I brought my Mercedes GLK 350 to Miguel, I knew there was a lot to be done as the car is over 250 clicks. With that being said, Miguel gave me a comprehensive quote for everything needed and even saved us a lot of money by cleaning and painting parts that didn’t actually need to be changed. It was a big gesture in my opinion because he could have told us we needed a new part which would have costed us so much more. That was very appreciated. Miguel was professional, sent photo and explanation updates as he worked on the car to keep me in the loop, he called me with various options to fix small issues that arose and not once did I feel blind sighted. We will 100% be going back to Miguel and recommend his shop to anyone who need to fix their car or rebuild.

Recently had our car serviced at R&B Automotive and Race Engines. Very welcoming . The mechanic took the time to speak with us directly and explained exactly what service was required and why. Along with the detailed explanation were parts and labour required given to us in a written quote. Service was completed on time. Upon picking up the car the mechanic reviewed with us what service had been done along with showing us what parts had been serviced/replaced. Fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended.

We have a 2008 Chrysler Town&Country with the tow package. The rear springs were tired and the shocks were toast. Miguel recommended we do the shocks and springs all around. The new suspension is unbelievable ! It drives and corners like a new van. The job was done on time and on budget, but I think he did a few other things to the van as well because it never ran so well. These guys are good and I will definitely be back.

I was looking for a reputable machine shop to rebuild and update the cylinder head of my matching numbers, 1954 Jaguar XK120 Special Equipment roadster and came upon Howie and Miguel’s small shop in Oakville. This is a DOHC hemi aluminum head, with hardened stellite seats that requires a skillful hand to ensure adequate clearances for precise tappet shimming. They did a great job.

Got a reference to bring my '74 MGB to have the new carb dialed in. these guys are the real deal. Miguel serious gear head and took the time not only to walk me through what they did, but made me take him for a "rip" to see for myself the change he made. already lined up for some further alterations to make Bernadette run even better!
