I cannot say enough about the assistance of Mr. Frank Wilson who went above my expectations . Most time was helping me long distance by email and phone calls .Then in person right up to the minute before burial. I grew up in Lennoxville and always appreciated the kindness of a small town. I've dealt with Louis-Philippe and Penny on a number of occasions now from dealing with a loss of a family member, setting up the funeral pre arrangements for my mother and myself. They put the wrong birth date for my father and several emails to them it was never corrected..so I am not sure why this happened. Not the best in my opinion.
