We had Grilled Salmon with Rice, A Battered Barramundi Meal, A Grilled Barramundi Meal, Breaded Calamari Rings and a Serving of Grilled Baby Octopus. Everything was cooked to perfection, fresh and delicious. Particularly the Grilled Bbq'd Octopus and Grilled Fish. The batter was light, crispy and not oily like other places I've tried. The Aoili garlic sauce was a great addition and tasted great. Very friendly welcoming customer service from Neha and the other lady behind the counter. I think it could've been her mum or relative. Everything was prepared and ready in less than 20min. Forgot to take photos as we were so hungry. We had a delicious seafood dinner tonight.

I ordered a grilled barramundi combo. Waited for my food and saw the person cooking the food and questioned them, why is the fish battered? My husband was standing next to me when I ordered and can confirm I said, “grilled”. The person was very certain they “heard” me say “battered” and I said, “no, I said grilled”. They kept arguing back saying I said “otherwise”. The look of disgust on their face and rude response - I won’t be back, even if it’s the local seafood. The person continued to argue to say, “I always repeat the orders to the customer and you said battered”. I left the store and my husband went to get my order. Don’t treat a customer like that! That kind of customer service is a big no for me!

The best takeaway shop in the area may be the best in Sydney very clean and well presented was the first thing I noticed. Staff very nice and friendly. The best bit was the food, the burger was excellent and in my humble opinion the best "takeaway style" Aussie burger I have had in recent years, chips on point and everything was mad fresh. Only constructive criticism would be I'd prefer a clearer menu but that's just being picky. This place is legit 100% worth it. Sign says best in town. That's no lie. No photos of the food sorry ‍♂️ I was too hungry to let the camera eat first.

Been here many times now, very happy with the service & the portion of barramundi. Whether battered or grilled it's really nicely done. Their own made batter tastes delicious, better than in some places in the city! The customer service is warm & friendly. The batter is dairy free, which is great for some of us with lactose intolerance & ibs. They have steamed rice available too for a healthier alternative to chips.

I used to buy my burgers from the store that was here previously and they were great, then the shop got closed down and opened as Pritchard Seafood and i gotta say im very happy the food and quality of service hasent changed one bit. They are a small business and the backbone of our community and im goning to continue to buy my take out from them and my 1 litre juices witch are 3 for $5 just saying great deal, Michael is an absolute gentlemen as is the lovely young lady that works there too. Very deserving of 5 stars

Went here as a takeaway for a family lunch spent about $200 best thing they had was the chips. Ordered the salmon old mate reckons "it was caught the day before" they were off and recooked the crab claws were also off. Definitely not coming back they think selling off food is ok. This place is apparently same owners as the charcoal chicken next door wouldn't surprise me if they doing the same thing there.

Affordable quality takeaways . Bought 2 burgers, 2 fish and chips for $27.90. The fish was battered after ordering, so, not precooked. Clean oil. Generous portions of chips, and the chips themselves were decent thick cut ones. Burgers were tasty and staff were cheerful and quick. All round great experience. Would have posted photos, but we ate it too quick. Will definately go again.

Can't fault this place!!! Food looks amazing and taste even more amazing! Probably one of the top seafood joints in Sydney, no joke!! The staff are so so friendly and very lovely!!! The place is very clean and tidy highly recommended!!! They don't take long either, we ordered 3 big seafood deals and it wasn't a long wait at all, food was so fresh and delicious!

Was craving Fish and Chips and went to buy some for dinner. Price is a bit dearer than most places but thats because the drinks in the deal wasnt just fizzy drinks and the caeser salad was suprisingly crunchy and fresh. The guy was very generous with the sauce. Crumbed the barra fresh and fried to perfection, oil wasnt oozing out worth the price !

Really good fish and salad. Great options to choose from. This place always gives you enough lemon pieces and sauce. Sometimes the chips get soggy or don't taste fresh. Their chips would also be best with more chicken salt. Easy to order online and the restaurant is super fast in preparing my food.

RAW crumbed snapper was served to us after an hour wait. We were told the wait was 20 minutes when we ordered. Fish cocktails were smaller than chicken nuggets and overcooked. Understand the demands on this business on good Friday but it just wasn't good enough. It wasn't that it was super busy, as nothing seemed to be going out regularly.

I just ordered off of uber eats and it literally came within 25 minutes. Very generous portions and taste amazing, fed my whole fam. So much better than other seafood shops I've been to, 5 stars and will be ordering again. Thanks

Given Good Friday is busy these guys couldn't cope at all waited over 1 hour and ubers were given preference over several walkin customers which really frustrated everyone knowing that there is high demand of seafood on Good Friday there should have been more staff. Very disappointed.

Walked in and ordered a large seafood salad for $15. I gave them $20 and never got my change back. Previously to that. I had to tell them to give me more as I ordered a large salad and basically got three quarters of it. I've been going there for years but NOT anymore

Terrible experience. I went there for scallops and fish cocktails but instead I receive burnt fish nuggets and potato cakes with no potato. I took it back and showed the guy and his response was what do you want me to do about it. Extremely disappointing

Honestly the worst scallops I've ever tasted, like I can't tell if they were off or what was wrong with it, took one bite and spat it back out. The burger had tomato sauce on it, not what I asked for... and the chips are ok

Just went here for the fist time , with my two year old , the people were fantastic , happy and treated my daughter great , even gave her a lollipop and free seafood salad while we waited , we are definitely going back
