Stay away from these crooks! My dad bought me a Jeep Patriot from this place. He traded in his truck and paid the difference in cash. The Jeep was very loud but we figured because it was a manual transmission and has cheap tires, that was why. And we had the AMVIC inspection that was done the day before it was purchased that said everything was great. WRONG. Transmission blew. Literally so bad that we could not rebuild it, we had to install a new one. $6500. Upon getting it repaired, our mechanic disclosed that someone had tampered with the transmission. Funny thing is, there is NO mention of any previous service repair of the transmission on the Car Fax that I had purchased. After multiple phone calls and messages with no call back from this company, my dad decided to go down there. Was told by the salesman AND the owner too bad so sad! I will be filing a complaint with AMVIC and will be plastering this all over social media, have recently contacted Global News troubleshooter. Absolute CROOKS and FRAUDSTERS!! AGAIN it was brought to your attention months ago, and YOU decided to NOT respond or return the MULTIPLE calls we made to you. Your “certified” shops? Like the one you used to fill out a phoney AMVIC inspection the day before we bought it? Right. I haven’t even had the car for 6 months so nice try. Just for the record, I have over 10 years experience driving a manual transmission so nice try putting the blame on me. The Jeep was not very high mileage at all for being a 2012. YOU are a liar!!!! So much so that you removed my first review along with your response. Your own sales guy told my dad that you are in Vancouver!!! You didn’t even know the right purchase price originally. My dad did NOT claim he was a mechanic. You are lying thru your teeth. Don’t worry, I have placed an AMVIC report on you, and have a mechanic to back me up. My lawyer is also involved. I walked into this car lot with my "I'm sure I will get harassed by sales" mentality, to find out that everyone working at this place is SUPER friendly and helpful! Everything they told in terms of car information was 100% honest and correct. It was very easy to deal with them as they are super patient and answer all the questions I had in details. A big thank you to Hasib and his brother for making me the deal I want! I even got a great extended warranty that was actually explained to me bit by bit. Highly recommend!

Basit and his team really went above and beyond to find us our new car. He stayed late to show us the car and let us test drive it. He also got the car professionally detailed and delivered it to us to make it convenient for us! We have been driving the car for 3 weeks now and it’s been amazing! They delivered the truck to me and wasn't as described. The amvic inspection form sad it passed . But when I got the truck the defrost did not work windshield was destroyed and the head lights didn't work. Was told me they fix it and now the won't answer my messages or calls . defrost
