Not sure if they changed owners but ive never seen anything so incompetent. I ordered at 8pm. Order had not arrived an hour later, i called back and customer service explains that the order was accidentally canceled and that we will receive our order for free. Another 2 hours passes and still nothing. Frustrated, we decide to go directly at the restaurant which was closed for some apparent reason( they should have been opened as per customer service clerk and google). We call the following morning to get our free meal. It arrives an hour later with a mistake. Once again we call to inform them they made a mistake. They replied back saying someone will come and bring the right order. 2 hours passed. Still nothing. Another call and customers service explains that the restaurant said they made no mistake and wouldnt come. We asked the person over the phone if they would fix our order if we show up at the restaurant to show them the mistake and she said yes. Once there, it was a whole other joke entirely. They were looking at us dead in the eye saying thr was no mistake and that we are liars. One person said that they would spit in our food. Never ordering from there again

Not a very great 1st experience. Everything was fine until some customers came in after us to pick up their online order and upon receiving their order, they noticed it had cheese on it when they specified no cheese. The cashier gets annoyed and literally in French says "je m'en calisse" and turns away. The customers are obviously upset and ask to see the manager who is as equally unhelpful. While all this is going on, I get my order which was 2 cheese pizzas, both have pepperoni...i decide to keep one to minimize waste and wait for them to make another. After about an hour waiting in the store, I finally get my pizzas and I can go home. Get home to find out my second pizza is also messed up, c'mon guys, it's just a cheese pizza! Witnessed some really terrible customer service and waited almost an hour for 2 basic cheese pizzas. Won't be going back. Oh, would also like to add, that the cashier also serves food and wears gloves while doing so, awesome right? Well, it would be if she wouldnt go back to the cash and handle money all while never taking her gloves off and going straight back to touching food with her now dirty gloves.

There is a man who takes order and who doesn't reply. You ask him a question and he doesn't answer. If you dont want to work, then dont. I asked what offer fors that have now and he says look there (2 for 5$) . Really ? I ordered medium pizza and you say that only one offer that you have is for slize pizza? C'mon! What's wrong with people !? When we notice that he didnt even half of order that we asked and he said that he wont redo it but he charge us.... we asked for refund. Did he give it us back ? Yes after yelling at us. I HOPE HE WILL BE FIRED ! I guess dominos is better for me now. Will stop ordering and recommending pizza pizza. Never again ! Super upset and cant believe I use to order there every month.

I made an online order for pickup at the restaurant. It kept erasing my order, I put the HABS code but at some point it disappeared and I ended up not having the promo code. I picked up my order at the store and asked the employee to please add it to my order but he said he couldn't. The pizza was ok (why I put the second star there). I ordered a family sized fries but the box was half empty when I opened it. The fries were wetty and soggy. They looked like they had been in there for the last 2 hours. Not crispy at all like I like them at pizza pizza... Anyway I won't return there

This place closes at 1am. I arrive at 1210 and wait over 10 minutes then finally call out hello three times over the counter before theyd acknowledge me at all. Then I order and he literally says the store is closed and theyre doing me a favor. Then goes in the back once I had paid without giving me the receipt. I was gonna go buy a couple things at the tim hortons in front and come back but had to wait inside instead. Not the first time this happens, last time he locked me in until the pizza was ready. I wish I was joking

Worst experience ever. Lady named Monika said she is the owner and she doesn’t know how to behave with someone. I ask for bathroom key so I can clean my dirty hands before eating but she totally refused and started shouting. I had ordered before and all the time the pizza wasn’t good at all. they try to save cheese so they put almost no cheese. I have worked in Pizza Pizza myself but never seen something like that. I would say everyone not to go there.

This is my new favourite pizza place. The wait can be a little long but it’s well worth it. Try ordering ahead on the app if you’re in a rush. The chicken bites used to be juicy and delicious but the last ones I picked up were dry... ymmv. PS. The crust is a little thin compared to other places, so try ordering it with thick crust, it tastes way better. Update: Please try the jalapeño poppers. So good.

every thing from meats and cheese feels a bit stale and the vegetarian meat or whatever it was called had such an unpleasant texture that i can only describe as "Rubber Salami* it's so bad. place looks clean enough and the staff is pleasant in my experience of going there. Other then that, it's not worth the price.

Left review on pizza pizza that box delivered with uber eats was no sticker no nothing to hold closed and pizza pizza responded to my review telling me to email them to make this right. My e mail was answered by ; its uber eats issue not with us lolll basically they just wrote in review as if they cared

Pizza is ok. Employee didn't wear mask to cover his mouth and nose. I asked repeatedly and he still is stubborn. Very disrespectful. I will not return to store again ever! They don't follow rule: wear mask properly .

The pizza was fine. The employees we’re acting weird, they were flirting with me & my friend. Once we opened the dessert it was ROTTEN. It was expired since july. You can clearly see it had mold.

The staff is super ruder definitely don't know how to deal with clients ,rush hours or not it don't take much to talk politely

They made a small mistake, we paid extra to swap the tomato sauce for the BBQ. they forgot, but they offered to put it on top. It was good, the service could be improved a bit!

The employee screamed at me for asking a basic question about the topping. Worse service I’ve had at a pizza pizza so far. Please review who your hiring very unprofessional.
