Service très décevant, mauvais expérience avec la fille qui m’a servi ce soir 15 janvier 2021 vers 19h à pizza pizza langelier jean talon. J’ai commandé 2 pizza moyenne ( une pizza poulet barbecue ), j’arrive à la maison le poulet est piquant, je reviens au magasin vers 19h35 pour comprendre ce qui est arrivé. La fille ne peut pas me donner ma facture que j’ai oublié de récupérer, ne veut pas me faire une autre pizza, m’informe sans aucun intérêt qu’elle ne peut rien faire, je demande son nom pour faire une plainte elle ne veut pas me le donner, je demande après le gérant il n’est pas là. Vraiment pire service reçu à Montréal, elle me laisse devant le comptoir et s’en va parler avec son College. Vraiment déçu de ce qui arrivé, avec la pandémie, le couvre feu, les commerces qui fermes, on voudrait encourager les restaurants ouvert mais franchement cela ne mérite même pas. Des employés qui font de la pizza sont même des gants de travail dans les mains, la même caissière qui m’a servi travail aussi sur le comptoir de préparation sans gants. Vraiment pire expérience.

I want to preface this by saying that I don't usually care whether or not employees speak french or not as I'm bilingual but this is still Quebec and employees should be required to be able to serve clients in french. My mother who only speaks french couldn't get served in french. The lady behind the counter didn't even make a single effort to speak french and my mom obviously couldn't understand. If I wasn't here, how would she have gotten served? What about the other clients that don't speak english? This is unacceptable customer service. I see other people complaining about this same exact issue in the reviews and Pizza Pizza didn't answer them. On the other hand I saw that they quickly responded to other negative reviews that are not related to language issues. This tells me that the company reads the reviews but doesn't care in the slightest about this issue. With that said the pizza was fine.

Here’s an update: I dont know what happened to the pizza or location but we usually order « thin crust pizza » and normally when we do there’s still dough. This pizza was ultra thin like a piece of paper. The large pizza was not tasteful at all because of how thin it was. Very disappointed cause we paid about $60 for large pizza, wings and funnel sticks. Even the funnel Sticks had really bad clumps of sugar and cinnamon that wasn’t mixed well. Some had the sugar cinnamon and some didn’t have any at all. I feel like they’re not caring anymore and got the wrong size dough and didn’t want to start all over again. Terrrible. —————————————————- Cheap pizza that looks and taste good every time. The wings & funnel fries are my all time fave every time i place an order from here.

La salle à manger est ridicule et n'est pas digne de pizza pizza. Il vaut mieux commander en ligne sans oublier que les coupons rabais et les speciciaux sont quasi inexistant par rapport à Domino's. Trop salé par moment, on dirait qu'on vieut boire toute une rivière après avoir manger leur pizza. Conseil: si vous n'avez pas de choix, c'est le dernier à conseiller.

Très moyenne, stationnement au même niveau que l'entrée, pas besoin de rampes mais la porte d'entrée est difficile à manipuler et serré pour les fauteuil.

Well... I had to edit my review. This time I wasn't very lucky. I ordered to pick up. My pizza was ready on time. However, they put a very little amount of ingredients I wanted pineapple, banana peppers and Salami. I got 1 banana pepper ring, 1/4 of salamy slice and 4 little dices of pineaple per pizza slice. I mean 2,5 slices of Salami, 1/2 cup of pineapple and 10 rings of banana pepper in a large pizza?!?! It was mostly dough, sauce and cheese. On top of that, they gave me a very dented can of pop. I am guessing it fell on the ground at some point.

Ils se sont trompé dans la commande, ne s'excuse même pas et ne font que sortir de la caisse l'argent pour te rembourser de façon arrogante. Il ne font meme pas un minimum pour essayer de te donner un service. Pas de ketchup . Je me suis présenté à la caisse pour demander du Ketchup , la femme originaire de l'inde je crois, s'est retourner m'a regardé et est partit en arriere. Ce staff devrait pas travailler dans une chaîne de restaurant. Pire et 1er mauvaise experience que j'ai eudans un pizza pizza. Aussi, ils sont zéro bilingue. Je cromprend qu'il y a des problemes a trouver de la main d'oeuvre mais il y a quand même des limites..

I came 16 min before closing and the person who works their refused to give me a large pizza and chicken wings cause he said its just me who works here and i want to close before 1 am i am sorry ,i said if i call for delivery or pick up can i get it he said he’s just going to cancel the order so while i was their calling pizza pizza service he was taking an order then accepted to give me chicken wings and a sandwich the chicken was badly fried i am very disappointed i didn’t get my pizza and i was forced to take something else that wasn’t even cooked properly

La personne au comptoir D'aujourd'hui 15/06/2022 a 21h00 ne parle pas français mal poli J'ai demandé des ailes de poulet pour mon fil. Une fois à la maison j'ai trouvé des croquettes de poulet. Je suis retourné la personne au comptoir me dit que c'est toi qui a demandé les croquette et j'ai constaté qu’il comprend pas le français. J’ai lui demander son nom il ne veut pas me le donner il me dit que c'est moi le boss, il ne veut rien savoir. Alors je suis obligé d'acheter d'autres de ailes de poulets par chance il y avait un client pour bien traduire en anglais

Jai commandé une pizza et celle-ci et arrivé une heure plus tard. Le livreur était irrespectueux. Jai dis à ma fille de 13 ans d'aller chercher la pizza a la porte et ce dernier avait lair fou. Il parlait rapidement. Il a commencé à crier parce que on lui a pas donner de pourboire. Il sest plaint quil n'avait pas trouver de stationner à l'extérieur comme si c'était de notre faute. Après avoir fini son discours sur le gouvernement qui le payait pas assez, il nous a donner les pizzas violemment. Il est parti sans s'excuser.

on a passer la commande par téléphone, la personne nous propose la promotion 2 pizza large plus 4 boissons pour 32$ taxe inclus. très bon service au téléphone ! MAIS une fois arrivée sur place à la pizzeria où nous demande de payer 42$ ! on essaye d'expliquer à la dame (une indienne) que le prix ne correspond pas... elle veut rien savoir, je cherche pas à comprendre... aucune volonté de résoudre le mal entendu... on a malheureusement annuler la commande ! on est parti chercher nos pizza dans l'établissement d'en face

I usually order from here solely because its cheap and edible when I need a pizza fix. However, when I ordered an XL pepperoni and cheese pizza on June 30th around 6pm, I knew the pizza had been tampered with. It is obvious from this photo that a slice of LEFTOVER pizza was added to this pizza. Although the pizza is cheap, I did not spend my money to eat some ones leftovers!

Le goût est ok, par contre très cheap avec le topping, t’as presque rien, même le fromage, il faut tu commande extra fromage et même là c’est comme le fromage normal dans un autre pizzeria. Tu commandes et tu payes direct sur le site et quand tu arrives au resto pour prendre ta commande il essaye de te faire payer encore, pourtant c’est très bien indiqué que c’est payer, bref ils devraient être plus généreux avec le topping parce pour vrai, ça fait dur

Mauvais service. J'appelle pour une commande 1hre plus tard aucune pizza. Je rappelle pour leur expliquer la dame me transfère au service à la clientèle et j'ai attendu sur la ligne pendant 45 mn et toujours pas de reponse. Exécrable comme service. J'ai finalement commandé ailleurs. Une deuxième commande et je n'ai pas la bonne commande. On te transfère à l'acceuil personne ne répond au téléphone. Donc je ne passerai plus de commande chez eux.

A 17h 15 on a commandé des pizza, des ailes de poulet etc. Ils nous ont dit que sa prendra 40 min à 60 min et on attend sa vien on a apeller ils nous ont dit qu’il arrive dans 5 min et ils ne sont pas là ensuite on rapelle et dit qu’il arrive mais ne sont pas là après 3h ils ne sont jamais venue et il nous ont dit qu’il ne vont pas nous ramener la pizza et c’est ps la première foit donc voila mauvaise expérience !

I bought 2 large pizza freshly made it was super hot and tasty. The server that took my order was nice and thoughtful for which one I should get in order to pay a reasonable price. All positive vibe and good service. The bathroom had no soap to wash ur hands so I asked the employee and gave me soap atleast.

29 décembre 2022, j’organisais une fête pour enfant, j’ai commandé 3 grandes pizzas a 17h09, pour une livraison a 18h09, a 20h30 toujours rien reçu, j’appelle le service a la clientèle 1h d’attente sans parler a personne, je demande un retour d’appel, aucun retour a date. Voir tous les enfants attendre leur pizza plus de 2heures et qui arrive pas, c’est vraiment très décevant.

Horrible seriously everything I call customer service no one is professional and the delivery driver argued with me and forced me to pay for food when order wasn't complete, after contacting customer service no one wanted to offer a refund or even try and help me out with a solution.

We order one large pizza with thin crust and one small pizza but both pizza base are un cooked and base was so dry. It is test less. First time it happens when I order in pizza pizza and I get worse food. We have to garbage this food. Please check and I don't buy the food from this store

I love this branch of Pizza pizza . I go only to this pizza pizza to order my pizza . The service is great . Fast and . Specially the little Algerian girl who works at the cashier. She is so kind and great worker. For the pizza and Onion rings always good and delicious. So 5 stars and soo recommended

Celui qui m'a servi ne parle pas français, mais il a essayé. .., et pour la pizza c'est très cher pour le rapport qualité- prix et même pour la quantité (pizza large avec peut de champignons, tomates et poivrons pour 13.99) menu compliqué pas facile à choisir. ..

Clean place. Fast in and out. Very light pizza that is NOT HEAVY on the stomach wich is perfect before bed or perfect for an after party on the weekend leaving you WITHOUT the uncomfortable feeling of making you bloated, feeling lazy and super full.

L’employé a préparé la pizza sans même laver les mains ou bien mettre des gants jetables!!!! Merci de sensibiliser vos employés de l’importance de l’hygiène alimentaire.

Cheap eats served pretty quickly. Deals to be had pretty much year long. This is no gourmet eat but it serves it's purpose well. The staff is helpful and able to make recommendations.

So disappointed with my pizzas…I know it’s cheaper than most restaurants but it was like eating dry bread. No sauce, no cheese, no flavour! Never again.

Come here all the time with family , manager very friendly and our kids loves her . Very restaurant you feel at ease to eat there . Strongly recommend
