I went to the store on 21-06-2021 to order 3 pepperoni pizzas. The cook made 2 pepperoni pizzas but only put cheese on the 3rd one. Coming out of the oven, and when the pizza was cooked, he realized his mistake, took out the cooked cheese pizza, put raw pepperoni on it and put it back in the oven for 1 extra minute so that the raw pepperoni sticks to the cheese. When I saw him do so, I called the cashier and asked her if that was what he was doing, she declined. When the cashier was packing the pizzas, I saw her put the mistaken raw pepperoni box in the middle of the 3 pizza boxes so I do not see it when I open the first box. I asked her to open all 3 boxes when she gave me my order, which she did, and there was clearly raw pepperoni on one of the pizzas. When I confronted her again, she started yelling, and the cook came as well to defend their mistake. Finally, the cook acknowledged his mistake and what he did, but refused to redo my order that took 45mins to make in the first place. I asked to speak with the manager, and suddenly the cook became the manager, so I asked to speak with the owner and the cook would not allow me to do so. I reported the issue to Pizza Pizza’s head office which said they would take care of it, and when they ordered the cook to prepare the order again, he took the dough to the back where I couldn’t see what he did to it. The issue has already been reported to the Food Safety commission, but what the employees did was utterly unacceptable. If you care about customer service, and most importantly, food cleanliness and safety, avoid this place.

Don’t ever order from the store on 1000 Decarie. They are liars and don’t respect the 50 minute delivery rule. They were 10 minutes late and driver didn’t want to give pizza for free as I was speaking to him on the phone. In the meantime my son arrived downstairs not knowing the story but knew I ordered pizza. Driver had my son pay for pizza and even took a tip from him. Basically stealing. The store didn’t even have the decency to come and bring me the kk et back. I had to go to the store to get the money. And when I did and was waiting for manger I saw 2 mice running in the floor in the restaurant and one mouse on a table near to where they were making the pizza. Disgusting. Always make sure if you order to be sure it doesn’t come from that store in 1000 decarie

Pretty awful in terms of food quality and consistency. Ordering a 1 topping pizza gets you a decent tasting pizza evenly covered with that one topping, a good amount of cheese and enough sauce to notice and taste it. Ordering a 4 topping pizza gets you a dry pizza with barely any sauce that maybe has 1-2 pieces of each chosen topping per slice and less cheese scattered throughout. Don't ever select a double or triple serving of a topping because they only put a single serving. This becomes more egregious when you pay extra for a premium base sauce and end up not being able to taste it.

Waited for 45 minutes just to find out they forgot about our order and took an extra 10 minutes to make it (restaurant was dead at that point). Then when we asked for any type of compensation, the cook didn’t even take their earphones out and told us no without apologizing or seeming to care since they had online orders. Weird that they prioritize online orders over in house customers. Also found a hair on our food after leaving (all we ordered was a small cheese pizza).

There's 10 people in the kitchen and one cashier, who also assembles the orders! What kind management is that? They hire anybody here, or do they only hire within family which obviously doesn't work. I would be ashamed to work here honestly. One bad apple spoils the bunch, pizza pizza X. Go to Domino's, they actually give good service and hire competent people. Pizza pizza, don't tell me to contact management.

For the 2nd time in a raw, the restaurant does NOT pay attention to the order. I ask for Thin crust, they still send me regular dough pizza. On top of that, the pizza reached out to me cold, even the cheese is not melted…. In addition to their weak, unprofessional and slow customer service

Worst experience I had with their delivery guy. Seriously, he begs customers for the tip with his broken English. Let me tell you, "beggar" tips are optional and it depends upon us, and since you getting paid by pizza pizza so you are not supposed to get any kind of tip. Well, after all beggar is a beggar, whether he lives in india or in canada. Okay, no problem. Wouldn't buy pizza from "pizza pizza" next time.

Busiest place and excellent quality of Pizza. Look like professional staff. No compromise on quality, quantity, presentation and of course Taste.

I bought pizza today and the taste and quality was not that I expected and I told the staff to putt some pine apples on my pizza with cheese and tomatoes but the amount of pine apples was too much and they were taking too much time to send the order and it was not like the pizza it was like the naan. Really disappointed

The place has been here for while so I trust them. Also place very clean. I ordered an All dressed whole wheat pizza well done. Unfortunately I didn't feel the doneness was put through because wasn't big difference between that and regular temperature. The crust was still soft and didn't have it's own hold. Was okay might have verbalize more doneness.

Friendly and fast service, clean establishment. I specifically want to thank Najwa at the counter who gracefully helped me out with my phone order that turned out placed at a different establishment. I have her permission to take her photo in action. She gave a great customer service!

It's been almost a year and a half that I didn't order pizza in this restaurant and I see I big renovation. New sign/logo, new taste, new flavor,etc While I ordered the pizza, the employee was very nice to talk with. Unfortunately because of covid there's no dining place and I respect them for following the public health advice.

The counter girl is respectful and welcoming she deserves a raise. However the guys working there sometime don't acknowledge clients. They are sluggish and look uninterested. I believe that hiring employees that are passionate about what they do would certainly give the clients an unforgettable experience in a positive way.

I went there on November 08, 2020. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly, we were planning to order 3 medium pizza and he recommended 2 extra large instead. We ordered a pizza with olive and onion and the other with grilled chicken and Buffalo sauce, both were great, would definitely visit again.

Stay away! Worst experience ever, and its not first time but had recurring bad experiences. The many negative reviews on similar issues are just proving a point that this store hasn’t done nothing to improve. Hope PizzaPizza helps them in improving their quality and customer service.

My go to place for pizza in Montreal, better than Dominos or pizza hut for me, server here is so good, at this location they are generous in toppings or cheese quantities

I always order from this branch never dine in. They know how to bake the pizza to well done. When you order, add the Italian seasoning. It makes all the difference.
