I ordered some pizza and snacks today, I had ordered for a Large cheese pizza, large Chicken and Jalapeno pizza, chicken and curly fries snack box, a box of onion rings. I understand that pizza 73 is being creative by putting 2 pizza in 1 box but how can you put a meat pizza and veg pizza in the same box, that too the meat one on top. Finally for you saving a dollar in box my whole evening plan was ruined. My wife being pure vegetarian couldn't even have the pizza, after paying for food+delivery+tips still you all want to be cutting on cost and ruin our plans for the evening is totally unacceptable. I want this issue to be escalated to the top and I want to understand who gives you all right to decide that you can put 2 separate types of pizza in the same box, specially 1 veggies and 1 chicken, that too without asking and informing the customer. I wonder how are you operating a restaurant by not following the basics of food industry. Emailed the issue on the their mentioned email ID, the reply was super funny that "We have been supplying like this and next time I should tell them to pack separate". I agree that you are doing this from 38years but ethically it is wrong to supply 2 different toppings pizza together, improvement and change is the only constant thing in this world. At least learn from the mistakes and improve. Be professional.

If i could give zero stars i would. For starters this franchisee owner has staff giving hardly ANY toppings. I moved from the west end and the pizza 73 that delivered to my house in meadowlark was awesome, when you order a pizza you actually get toppings and good service. I live FIVE minutes away from this place and it takes 45 to get to my house. On top of that last week i had a pizza order and they forgot to put sauce on BOTH my pizzas and it was cold. I fought customer service when i said the pizzas were terrible. First told i would get a 15 dollar credit and i said i wanted my money back or the order remade because this was the final straw from this location. They called the store and said my order would be remade. The pizzas took another 45 mins, one STILL had zero sauce and again they were cold. Normally i wouldnt ever do this but since i moved ive given them so many chances... i wrote in the box i wouldnt be ordering from them again. I see one person had the same problem i did with no sauce and bad toppings. Absolutely ridiculous.

As always we ordered a pizza and wings .....todays wings looked like this in the box...."see attached pictures "....i always asked for "extra crispy" on our golden crispy wings....generally love how they taste and always hot and crispy on delivery....and quick delivery.....honestly.....i feel like stopping into this location to express my disappointment with this last order...and to show them the pictures of what showed up..."soggy oil filled box of wings".....sure....i could called them back and complained....but its not worth the effort to complain to someone in a call center who probibly could care less....so in summing up this review...im going to close with....its been nice...the food used to be good....but its just not worth it for a box of greasy soggy wings....i will be deleting the app and i will never ever order from pizza 73 again.

We order 5 orders of wings and 2 large pizzas with dips and drinks all the time. Order came greasy and incomplete . The pizza is now little tiny pieces of shredded meat with raw uncooked dough. Also the delivery guy would not honor the coupons left from previous orders and argued. Pizza 73 no longer put slices of meats or vegetables on the pizza . You will get little shreds of meat and Greasy Soaked Wings . NO Value for service.Not traditional Pizza , you will be disappointed with specs of meat . New workers don't care about the Pizza they make. No customer Service . They want tips but not a Good Product. Disappointed Always.!

The one thing about Pizza 73 did I don't care too much for is there very very expensive on their prices and another thing it really disappoints me and you phone them and you ask him what they want do the person on the other end should be seen why we do have good deals here the amount you're spending it be better for you to buy one of their special deals what they don't do that they don't reach out to the customer again it's another business who does not care about the customers all they care about is how much money we can make and if people don't like what I say they don't have to read it like I say it's my opinion only

Ordered a large supreme with extra cheese. Got a horrible pizza that was burned on top and undercooked crust. Complained but got no resolution. Too bad, the thing cost me almost 50 bucks( including the tip). Ended up throwing it in the garbage. Won't order from there again. Suggest you don't either. Couldn't eat the doughy crust, so I tried to eat some of the toppings. It hardly had any! It certainly didn't have extra cheese. I usually order once or twice a month. Usually it's not bad, sometimes even pretty good. But paying 45 dollars for something just to throw it in the garbage is too much.

This is by far my worst pizza experience. At the hands of a cheap franchisee. I understand you gotta save every penny you can as a business owner in this country. But I shouldn't have to pay full price for a terrible job. Some pieces on the pizza didn't even have cheese. You could see clearly the saucy doughy through the scattered toppings on nearly 70% of the pizza. Called customer service. Was offered 5 dollars credit. Told them to keep and put it towards a cheese budget. Never again.

The new owner is AMAZING. My girlfriend and I came in to order a pizza and he was there with a smile on his face and gave the best costumer service I have ever received at any Pizza 73. The place seems to be run with joy and not by workers who seem like they don’t want to be there. If you want great service AND pizza, this is the place to go in Edmonton. OH, and the food was made in an instant. I had a pizza in my hand within 10 minutes. Props to the new owner!

We will not be returning to any Pizza 73 again. We tried years ago and got all the toppings in the corner. Now we've moved and decided to try again at a different location and I regret. It took 50min for the one pizza and side when I could drive 2min. When I called they gave us 10 dollar credit I said thats useless we will not be redeeming anything with them. Pizza box was tilted, Pizza was not even cut and the donair meat was tiny tiny pieces. Just an awful experience.

The service at this pizza 73 is nothing short of 5 stars. I’ve been to many locations across the city but the gentleman at the front provided the best customer service I have seen. He was welcoming, efficient and caring. The food was also made quickly and diligently all while maintaining a high standard. I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend any pizza 73 customer to give this location a visit!

Wow! December 21st at 1 A.M., swamped with orders and faced with plenty of stressed customers, pizza 73 and their personnel served my pizza in timely fashion, hot and fresh. The delivery driver (apologies for forgetting his name) was extremely friendly and personable despite being SWAMPED with work. I enjoyed the quality very much. I am very happy with my service - great job Pizza 73 near Southgate!

Pizza 73 is my usual go to for parties. The man who helped me was fantastic! He shuffle around the deals I had gotten from my order so they could fit my needs and was very sweet 10/10 customer service. If you're hope to dine in this is not your place, they are pickup only at the moment, not sure if that will change.

Best Pizza 73 Location I've visited so far! Their staff is always super accommodating and friendly. Always make my pizzas and wings just the way they should be...delicious! I've never had any complaints. I live on the opposite end of the city, and drive 30-40 mins just to get pizza from this location! That says a lot.

Got a small pizza after a long drive up on Christmas eve. The service was great and the food was phenomenal. Good proportions for the price too. One of the best pizza 73's I've been to.

The staff wasn't the easiest to deal with and the pizza had no care out into it. Got a not so basic cheese with extra cheese and Donaire meat on half of it. There definitely was no extra in the cheese and the meat was all to the outside of the slice. Now I remember why I go with Papa John's or Pizza but these days.

Raj at the disk took care of us and got our pizzas done in no time. They have several Halal options which makes them my favorite in the area

When I was there last week, the owner offered me a special on a pizza that was just cancelled. The pizza was delicious and the customer service was excellent. Recommend this particular Pizza 73 as the owner was new and went above and beyond for me as his customer.
