I visited Pillow talk with my mum and my 3 year old son. I have been to this store many times. Needed to buy bed linen. The first staff member who I asked to help us did so but looked frustrated and couldn't be bothered to help. "Very Poor Service" I felt very uncomfortable with her and unfortunately didn't get her name. She had long brown hair with blue eyes age would be 20's. Wouldn't deal with her again. The second staff member Nina who came to help was absolutely fantastic and went out of her way to help me purchase everything I needed. Excellent Customer service skills and very knowledgeable. Thank you Nina for making my shopping experience worth while and not wasting my time................

I will never set foot in the door again. The large women working there was very insulting. When I asked the price check if it's on sale item she told me unkindly there was a price tag next to the product. She rudely asked to spray on my hands because I (looked asian) did slight cough. Actually It was not even a cough. But did not ask anyone else. Made me wait so long at the counter. Even the person behind me allowed to pay before me. Whenever I go there I feel annoying.

Ridiculous amount of pillows and throw rugs. Massive store just dedicated to that sort of chinch. What's great is that everything is colour-coded so that if you want something blue you can just go to the blue section. Their display setups are very well done and allow easy matching for customers. Shame some of the expensive pillows we bought from there have started getting holes in them around the zipper after just 12 months (light use decorative pillows)

Nia went over and above expectations when she helped me match colours and cushions for a child’s first bed! She was extremely patient and fun with my toddler so that I had a chance to look around in peace. It’s rare to find a salesperson who can assist a customer not only with a purchase, but can help on many different levels. She has an eye for both colour and creativity. Been shopping here a bit lately, so much so that am getting to know the staff. There's a relaxed peaceful vibe in this store and always someone around to help if you need it, without having a hovering presence. There's a 10% member discount, even on top of sale items. The product range is extensive enough to give plenty of choice across a range of items. Have to say I really enjoy visiting here and browsing around.

This is officially my favourite homeware store to shop in. Very unique, clean, stylish and decently affordable. There was an all store sale, with clearance items and the membership discount which allowed me to get an amazing deal. On top of this, the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. One of my best shopping experiences thanks to Nia and Nina :)

We outfitted our home here months ago. We had to do a sweep of the store to pick up a table runner, pillow cases and bathmats. We got what we needed at reasonable prices. I've signed up with their membership program as well. My birthday is coming up and they're offering me a 20% birthday discount.

Service was fine, wide pricing choices, mostly giving it a bad review because this retail shop is using big plastic bags. A shop and brand like this should be helping further education and leading as a role model in environmental health and positive change.

Quiet place, friendly staffs, huge collection for bed room, living room and bathroom styling, large sale sections, huge discounts all year round, member benefits, great location of the store. Overall it's a must to visit store if your in the Home HQ.

Went there to ask advice about which pillows is right for support my neck and head and the lady choose couple of test pillows for me to try it before I buy it. Definitely recommonded to come back here again for pillow case only.
