I was rear ended last month and went to see Moe at Phase 2 as he came highly recommended. I had several friends who had work done there and they referred me; I'm glad they did! Moe was VERY detailed and made sure that everything was fixed properly. He even showed me all his equipment he uses to check for frame damage and other issues (who does that?!). He even gave me a detailed print out for my records (I've never been given this before). I had a rental car and he made arrangements to have this picked up for me. I'm also told from friends at MPI that they love working with him and he fights for every dollar to be sure your car is good as new. He found some very minor damage that was probably done when it was towed multiple times and MPI said that I'd have to open up a new claim for that to be fixed and Moe went ahead and did it anyways for me (MPI missed this) as he could not leave that in good faith. On top of all of this my car was fully detailed when I got it back! Just a great guy, excellent service and communication plus timely work. If you need any body work done I'd HIGHLY recommend Moe at Phase 2! Thanks Moe!!!

By far best auto-body shop around. I've used different shops in the past, but some time ago I ended up at Phase II to fix fender bender on wife's car. Amazing experience all around! It feels like people really care about what they do, when you talk to workers. Color on the replacement part was matched perfectly (unlike previous shops I used to fix my car). My vehicle was detailed inside and out. it felt like I drove out in a new car. I hope I don't need their services in the future :), but if i do that's the place to go! wish every business was run like Phase II !!!

Customer service at Phase II is outstanding from the minute you make the first phone call to the time you drive out of the lot. Friendly, helpful service from everybody in the front office, and even when I was transferring my car seat from the rental vehicle to my car one of the guys from the shop ran out and offered to help. Very organized front office, and smooth process. The workmanship is excellent and I drove away with a vehicle that was as cleaner than the day we drove it off the lot, felt like a brand new vehicle!! Outstanding service!!

Phase II has repaired 2 vehicles for me. Both were excellent jobs. They fixed a door ding on one car that was in to repair the bumper. Attention to detail is excellent and both cars looked brand new when they were done. I would highly recommend Phase II. Another repair and another excellent job. The estimate from Autopac had used parts for a 2 year old car. Phase 2 worked with them to get approved for all new parts. I don't know why anyone would go somewhere else.

We brought our minivan in for minimal damage repair and the manager jacked up hours not needed diliberatly to write off van , we towed van to the best body shop in wpg and it was fixed for much less than phase 11 quoted ! We were appalled to hear childish behaviour of shops MGR, HE DELIBERATLY THEW OUR ONLY SET OF KEYS AWAY ,AND TOLD US HE LOST THEM ,!

I recently took my vehicle to Phase 2 auto body. Their service and work was amazing. I got my vehicle back in only a couple days after I dropped it off. The work they did was perfect. Looked like a new car after. They even went above and beyond and cleaned and detailed the interior of my car. I would recommend Phase 2 autobody to anyone.

Dropped into this business seeking guidance relative to a stone chip on my newly leased vehicle. Fortunate enough to meet Roger. He examined the damage and offered solutions. They repaired my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. They where friendly and sincere, a quality you don't normally see. Lastly my rental was ready before I even dropped off the vehicle. They made the experience as easy as possible given what a hassle getting your vehicle repaired can be.

I got my bumper replaced here and the communication was fantastic and the work was done very well and quite quickly. They even gave my extremely messy car a thorough detailing! Overall great customer service and friendly staff, 10/10 would recommend.

I'd give them a 5, but the last time I had a windshield replaced, that business did a full detail on my car. I was a bit disappointed that Phase II didn't. But was fast and the guys are always nice.
