Where do I begin... AGAIN. Your reply was appreciated, yet im pondering on the whereabouts on this "invitation" to discuss with you further on my HR complaint. Clearly, my opinion on this matter does NOT matter. I would like the email address of Matthew to discuss this matter further. I am appalled by your management and the way that customers are treated in this store. Hence your other reviews that I have indulged myself in, whilst waiting for your reply, I can see that instead of customers being served, we are having personal conversations about fruit??? Not only do I feel bad for these overworked employees with minimal pay and breaks, I feel terrible for the customers that have to walk into your premises just to get a script filled.. Which also, from reading your reviews, sounds like a hard job for you. If Matthew is not available, I would like to speak further with Sam. Please provide me with the next steps to get this issue resolved. How else am I suppose to get in contact with management if theres NO HR email addresses on the website. Poor form. Cannot wait for your response.

New management have ran this place into the ground. Refused to dispense my daughters script as it was a Schedule A medication as he "didn't know me" and couldn't contact the prescribing Paediatrician... on a Saturday... who primarily works in the Emergency Department. After being humiliated and taking my script back, I turned around to walk out only to be told by another man waiting that the Pharmacist is also refusing to dispense one of his wifes medications. I have certainly heard of Pharmacists asking for more information/clarifying the purpose but I find it completely bizarre and unprofessional that they find the need to complete a "reference check" (without even asking me) with the prescribing medical professional when you have their signed prescription (including the authorisation code from Canberra) in front of them? Looking at the reviews, seems like I'm not the only one appaled by their odd policies and poor service. What a shame.

During a Pandemic I would have expected better from this pharmacy. Selling Hand Sanitiser for $29.95(450mls) when Chemist Warehouse across the road is selling 500mls for $11.99...same brand(Scotts). Please explain to your customers why you felt the need to exploit us? The whole experience of Isolation has left most of us with positive feelings towards shopkeepers and workers, but not about you. I will never buy anything from your Pharmacy again. Customers take note!

I highly recommend this pharmacy. The staff and pharmacist here are absolutely lovely, warm, polite, extremely helpful and always friendly! They are very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to talk to as well as being personable. Every time I go here I feel so welcomed and cared for and as someone who suffers from a chronic illness and needs a lot of medication I couldn't have a better pharmacy looking after my needs.

I left a script this morning at 8:30 while I went to Woolies. I came back at 9:45 & was told it wasn’t ready. I sat there till 10am & enquired again & still not ready & I was asked to come back in the afternoon. I took my script back & went elsewhere. This was terrible service! At 8:30 am there couldn’t have been too many customers ahead of me! I only needed a box of antibiotics - nothing complicated.

A great local Pharmacy with friendly service and good range of products at reasonable pricing. The renovation has changed the look of this Pharmacy to that modern warehouse feel, but you still get old fashioned customer service. The staff are very helpful if you have questions or need advise on products etc. I buy my vitamins and probiotics from here, their prices are very competitive.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Often don't have what I need. Charged me for a script when it wasn't in stock and told me to come back the next day to collect it. I've been here 3 times now and none of my visits have resulted in me getting what I needed. This time I waited while they chatted about bananas, only to be told they don't stock my item. Never again.

Incredibly helpful staff with knowledgeable and insightful advice on all products and medications. Effective and swift service with attentiveness to customers regardless of the extremely busy environment at the pharmacy. Highly recommend to anyone in Caringbah looking for a permanent place to fill in prescriptions!

Friendly service, good range of vitamins and great prices. Used to shop at the supplement store in the same complex but pleasantly surprised by their range and price update since renovation. Really handy having a pharmacy with such good prices in this location

Lost details of our several recent Rx orders and WPs, lost our scripts, “have you received webster paks from us before?” Refused to provide webster paks even after resending Dr’s scripts. Unacceptable, unprofessional, slow, and medically undependable.

Disgusting, charging exorbitant (4 times @ 29.95 for 450ml) prices for hand sanitizer! The price wasn't even displayed, had to go to the counter. Pretty sure that's illegal. Lost this repeated customer. Will be reporting to the ACCC.

Their website states a closing time of 6pm on Saturdays. Having checked this fact online I drove from Sans Souci to Caringbah with my prescription only to find that their door was already down at 5.47pm.

Located conveniently in Caringbah Shopping Village (so lots of parking available), this pharmacy has polite and helpful staff. The pharmacist at the dispensary was particularly friendly.

Exceptional range of vitamins and supplements. The staff member who assisted me went out of her way to help me, and managed to find some products I hadn't been able to get elsewhere.

A fumbling mess, 4 less. They cannot organise a script in a pharmacy, literally. My recycling bin is more organised than their filing system or ordering process. Go elsewhere.
