My husband and 4 year old son were left standing in the store for over half an hour because the pump charged the last account that was logged into the system. They’re error and they didn’t own up to it, and spent half an hour trying to figure out how to charge us for the gas. Ended up double billing so us and this other person have paid for the gas, I hope they reimburse the other person but this was not confirmed. They were unapologetic, they could have at least waived our sons chocolate bar for making him wait in there so long. Terrible place with limited problem solving skills.

I walked in to ask if there is something wrong with the wash. The lady on the counter said that’s the quality of wash and they can’t do anything with it. According to her the front grill, fog lights (in pictures) are hard to reach corners. I spoke to her nicely but I don’t know why she felt offended and asked me not come back and asked for my plate number. The only thing I said “I respect your point but nobody would spend 13+$ if that’s the standard of the wash”. EXACT SAME WORDS. She refunded my money although. Not one of the good service. PICTURES WERE RIGHT AFTER THE WASH

Sherjung Singh and Sumran Jasjot were the kindest and most amazing staff that we’ve ever met at any gas station that we’ve ever been to. We had a situation where someone stole our phone, and cards. They went out of their way to help us in our trouble, find the transactions processed by the stolen card and to even retrieve the phone. They were true heros and we felt supported by them at all times. We were just so impressed by their kindness and would come to this location knowing that they have such wonderful staff and service.

Horrible service, working night shift plowing snow needed to use washroom told them i was buying fuel and everything and was told i cannot use the washroom by the a&w manager. Why do you have to be so rude to other workers. Like seriously whats wrong with you people. Most of us arent theives and are actually serious about needing a washroom and buying fuel and food. Went to mcdonalds instead where they actually let you use the washroom and bought food there to forget you a&w i wont be going back to that location.

As a long time customer at this petro-Canada, you have officially loss my business. Fire Fighters fighting a severe fire today at a building close to them asked for water to drink because the temperatures now are above 30 degrees celsius. They were flat out told “NO”. Thankfully, Shell actually GAVE them bottles of water to help them fight a fire. That is NOT community oriented and you have lost business from my self, and many of my friends and family.

STAY AWAY FROM A&W they have there!!!! THE WORST A&W not only in Canada but on the planet earth !! The only thing useful of the whole meal was the napkins !! Cold old plastic fries with old oil taste inside it !! Rotten beef and no sauce and cold. Waste of money and waste of time, bad service and the employee there didn’t care while taking the order was like just woke up from a nap … STAY AWAY!!

Awful custom service. Use car wash in this local. NOT wash off anything, still a cover with dust (my car front and back) after car wash and I go in right after ask for a rewash. And JENNY said, only detail car wash can clear the dust. And rejected my rewash , showing the most awful costum service. Never come back for this location.

Stopped by after my shift for a burger. Sat at the A&W drive-thru for 5 minutes. Nobody served me. Drove up to the window and honked my horn. Saw the POS system was open on an order screen, so someone was working there. Seems they don't care about their customer's time. Not the first time this has happened here either.

This is a good location, has an A&W inside. The station itself was good but the service inside at the counter of the A&W was very poor as I received no service. The guy at the counter told the guy in A&W 2 times We were waiting and still, no A&W service. The A&W didn't look to be the most clean of restaurants.

The auto car wash didn't work and they wouldn't refund me. They were cooking in the A & W side while I needed assistance. They wanted me to go through again and I was 'no way, something's wrong with it'. The cashier could see my dirty car with a few streaks and she refused to refund. Risky business here.

Convenient location near all the big box stores around Kenaston. As an added bonus this location has an A&W restaurant inside if you get hungry pumping your gas. It even offers a drive-thru at the back of the gas station. If you have a Petro Points card don't forget to collect your points.

The customer service was very good. Sherjung Singh, Sumran and Jasjot were the most kindest staff I have encountered recently. They were willing to help me the best they can. I am very satisfied with my experience here and would love to visit again!

Bad customer service experience, Carwash applications is usually down once or twice a week and when we ask for help to customer service people (Sukhdeep) they are not helping...not even listen our complain...just ignoring and serving next customer

Bad customer service, have to have a fuel card to use the showers! Never heard of that before. Driving across Canada we just wanted to freshen up.wasn’t a problem at other places so they lost all our service ever again

Location is clean and well maintained. Jennifer was working overnight shifts and was so helpful, going above and beyond to assist me on my way through Winnipeg towards Kenora!

Today @ 6:45 am i went there for filling the gas and the lady was knitting something and i asked for fill up and she refused the service without any reason. very disappointed

Car wash is leaving little black bits of tar on my car. it goes in with just road grime and comes out covered in tiny bits of tar. It needs servicing badly

It's hard to say that I love a gas station, but they have found a way. Friendly staff. Clean. Coupons at the till. You could not expect more.

First visit December 30th around 2pm, car wash closed. Second visit January 6th 12:30pm, car wash closed. Will not be returning.

It's a Petro Can...need I say more...this one absolutely spotless. Fully stocked convenience store with an A & W.
