I have visited People's Church on more than one occasion. I don't recommend this church if your looking for a church family. I think the environment is lukewarm. My suggestion is that the pastors and leaders consider intercessary prayer for the congregation and the families in the church. I would not consider this church as a memorable church to attend but they have alot of missionary initiatives and discipleship within their neighborhood. It appears to be a good church if your new to Canada. I agree that People's church preaches from the bible however, like many churches today it stays away from controversial issues and fundamental principles in the bible i.e. healing and alter calls.

Very decent and warm church people. People are very warm. And the building is quite worth historical value. The building was built with bricks. The messages from the pulpit are pretty biblical and inspiring. They also support quite a few missionaries in different places. One can see quite a few missionary photos and letters in the basement where people gather for fellowships and meals. Very good for getting to know the righteous, compassionate, doctrinal, ethical and family elements of Christianity. Lots of internationals especially from McGill. Good to talk with academic Christians with the in-depth of the Bible.

I see going to this church as coming together with my immediate family. Everyone is so welcoming and loving! And the presence of God is definitely evident. The pastors preach the TRUTH and not just prosperity. Services are always lively! Can we talk about the 80 year old man that gives warm hugs before and after church? Bless him! He always makes my week There’s also a section for kids, just in case you have any. I would 100% recommend anyone, young or old, saved or not, to give it a try.

I can honestly say that Peoples Church was the BEST part of my four years as a student in Montreal. It's a solid Bible-teaching, loving and welcoming church, and it is easy to integrate the church community by getting plugged in a small group. If you are a student, I highly encourage you to join the CU20 (Cegep, University 20-something group) on Wednesday nights at 7pm; beautiful worship, challenging teachings, and a wonderful time of sharing and discussing in a small group setting.

I have been attending peoples church regularly in 2017 and I have grown so much in that church and strongly recommend going to the Adult Bible studies on Fridays or Thursday nights on Zoom .Great fellowship and welcome people of any cultures .Great place to grow in your faith and to know Jesus. So blessed by the people and great ace to worship the Lord !

I just have good things to mention about this amazing Church. My whole family is so well adapted in the community. All the Pastors are so well prepared and when the service is done, you leave the church with that feeling that you are in good shape to start your week. I huge thanks to God and Peoples Church community!

If you're looking for a church family, look no further. This is a congregation that loves Jesus and a pastoral staff that will love you and support you and challenge you. Get involved in a ministry as soon as you can and don't be afraid to reach out if you're in need.

A friendly church open to all. Non-judgmental. University students crowd. They encourage involvement. There is something for everyone. Accessable by bus and metro transit. Handicap accessability. Just the right tone in preaching the Good News. Highly recommended!

This year I had the opportunity to go to Montreal in the summer and the biggest blessing I had in my trip was to find this church, to make incredible friends there and to praise God with them. It's a beautiful, friendly and warm church.

I have gone to People's for close to 10 years. The people are welcoming and come from many many countries, which is fantastic. I also love my pastors. Conveniently located next to McGill Campus and McGill Metro Come visit us!

Such a vibrant and welcoming Christian community with a heart for service and outreach. I feel blessed to have discovered this church right away when I moved to Montreal (have been worshipping here for three months now)!

Between the warm welcoming from the ushers , to the general atmosphere in the church , the Christ centered worship and the theological preaching this place really participate in building The body of Christ.

This church has many university students from around the world. I normally like the preaching and it has groups that meet during the week for everyone. Eg. Hockey or basketball on Fridays for men.

The 2 pastors preach the bible and share Gods love and truth I have heard many powerful messages and shared many good times here if you are looking for a church in Montreal look no further.

I enjoyed the welcome, the singing and the message. It is encouraging to know I can visit a city far from own and still be with the family of God on Sunday morning.

Phenomenal pastors. Worship was below average. Lead singer needs to stop putting vibrato in her voice it was incredibly distracting...
