My partner bought her first European car, the Skoda Fabia MC from these guys and the experience was fantastic. Right from the start when we walked in for a browse we were greeted with happy faces and upon picking up the car those smiles were still there. The staff were very helpful, in particular Dan the Man who showed us all the different features the car has so we weren't left in the dark. Highly recommend these guys.

Got my car serviced here. All can I can say is runs smoothly but it took 2 hours longer than promised. Didn’t bother to was the exteriors. I have raised the issue immediately and customer service following day as well. They agreed to send me vouchers for carwash. Expect me to go 30kms to get the carwash. Why didn’t you clean it the first place.

We went to the used car section, not Penrith Skoda per se, but Motor City used cars. We had a good experience, though without purchasing, yet. The gentleman who served us was helpful, not pressuring us, told us all about the car, had a drive with it, and gave us space to leave and make a decision. 10/10 will visit again
