I took valuable time out of my day this Tuesday (4 days ago) and visited Nissan Penrith. I made it very clear what vehicle I wanted, what trades I have to trade in, I left all the necessary information with the dealership and I was told that I was going to receive a phone call that arvo, nobody called. I am the dream customer, I have 2 great trades and you don't need to sell me anything as I know the product already. If I ignored leads during my time as sales rep at Nissan, I would have been fired the same day, this was much more than a lead, a hot customer. You must be selling so many cars to afford to lose deals like that. I am now in contact with Chullora instead and it is likely they will be getting my 65k sale, 2 trades and finance. You snooze you lose.

We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Lucas as our salesman. From the moment we met him he had a wonderful and very helpful attitude. We were told Jan - Feb before we were to receive our new car which we were very happy with. He went above and beyond and managed to get everything sorted before Christmas. Along the process of waiting for our vehicle he was always updating us with any news he had big or small. I feel this service is something you rarely receive now days. I couldn't recommend Nissan penrith and lucas more highly if your in the need of a new vehicle. Merry Christmas team!

In May 2018 I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder through Nepean Motor Group, Penrith. A very well organised and professional dealership. The Nissan salesperson was Ashliegh Hogarth, very professional, we'll spoken and provided an excellent level of technical information about the Nissan vehicle I was looking at. I found the purchase easy, relaxed and not pushy. When I picked up the Pathfinder, the vehicle was absolutely shining. Well done to Nepean Motor Group and to Nissan Salesperson Ashliegh for being the best dealership and most professional in sales I've ever dealt with. I give them 10/10.

Went to look for a car as we had just had our written off, we weren’t sure what make today but had an idea of what we wanted size wise. Danny helped us find a car, let us test drive a couple and we decided on a QASHQAI. Danny was super friendly, not pushy and understood that we just needed a car ASAP. Went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as. His manager was great also and really friendly, congratulating us when we came to pick the car up. Would highly recommend Nissan at NMG. Danny was personable and genuine.

Parking is limited so I'm thankful we went on a weekday. Some of the dealers are great and allow you to shop without pressure but others are quite frustrating and don't leave you alone. Some of the yards are under cover which is great but others are exposed to the elements which would mean a bad day if the weather is bad. Make sure you ask about warranties and roadside assistance, some dealers include this without asking and others won't offer it. This can affect the price of the car and the value you are getting.

so I bought a qashqui a year ago, the sales team was excellent, super helpful and friendly, once I bought the car that service stopped the after sales service is rubbish, the service team is rubbish, I've had a few problems with the car and a few of the problems they have come back and pretty much said oh well, well recently I have had to put the car in because the emergancy braking was faulty and the brake would just lock up while driving... I called the problem and their reply was oh yeah there is a recall

I recently bought Nissan Xtrail from pernrith Nissan.. my experience was very good. In particular Ben S was very professional and friendly individual. I bet if you want to buy a car call them and ask for BEN.S and I can assure you will have a great experience. I like the way he follows up. He doesn't make up things unlike other car salesman..he tells you exactly what you get.. If it was not Ben.S I wouldn't have got a car from Pernrith Nissan.

Went to buy a Navara. Stood in the car lot for over 20 minutes while salesmen watched but never came near me. Another customer came in and looked at a car for 5 minutes before a salesman went up to him. I left and rang to speak to the manager who didn't seem to care at all and kept making excuses as to why I wasn't served. I went to Nissan Blacktown and gave them my $65,000 instead. Would never buy or recommend Nissan Penrith to anyone.

Had "Air Bag" recall on my nissan x trail, Booked it in with nepean motor group, have had work done by them before so was hesitant to let them touch my vehicle. Driving home after picking up the car the glove box fell out on the floor , refitted it myself a second time, fell out again ! took it to local mechanic , he re fitted it and told me they had not engaged two locking pins that hold the glove box in , only hope the air bag works !

Recently bought new xtrail. Experience was ok. Adam has excellent customer service/ sales skill and was helpful. Ben was helpful although dealing with him initially felt more like dealing with a service department person rather than a sales person. But in the end it was ok. He was punctual and set right expectations. In the end experience was ok. Car is awesome and fulfilling my expectations. Can tell more when the 1st service is due.

don't ever mention import to the guys in the workshop. can have a local car that has the same engine and ECU as an import but they don't know what to do with the import. Even simple fan belt and plug change on a cube and fault code reading on a elgrand, "import we don't know how to do them" how many cars are sold in AUS with a CR15DE and VQ35DE engine, go back to mechanic school!!

I came to the dealership to pick a friend up from the service department and stopped in to the showroom. I have an older qashqai and wasn't sure how to connect my new phone. Ben came to the rescue and showed my how to connect my phone and also how to play my music through Bluetooth. Thank you Ben, you were a great help. It's because of service like I keep coming back to Penrith.

Clay was very knowledgeable and helpful as I contemplated buying a Nissan for the first time. He guided me through the various features of the Qashqai (for the uninitiated , the model used to be called 'Dualis') and has continued to be a wealth of information since I took delivery of the vehicle and was gradually getting acquainted with it. Visited a few Nissan dealer when we were ready to buy a new Nissan Patrol. This dealer was by far the cheapest of all of them. Saved $6,000 on the exact same new car over Campbelltown Nissan. Their service was outstanding. Friendly and very helpful. Also got to test drive a new car for 24 hours. Now that's outstanding service. Highly recommended these guys.

People very unfriendly, not polite at all. They dont speak to you honest and try to bluff, had a very bad experience . They don't even offer a competitive price - I would suggest everyone to visit any other Nissan dealership except this . I got my deal done at Castle hill. Even Rockdale and Suttons at Homebush, Parramatta are much easy to deal with

Worst place for customer service absolutely dreadful, how they sell any cars is beyond me nearly turned me off buying a Nissan but went to Rockdale n they couldn’t be more helpful shows the difference between dealers who actually give a s$!t I’d love to say a lot more but they aren’t even worth that effort STAY AWAY PEOPLE!!!

Nissan Penrith actually don't deserve any stars at all, very poor and inflexible services. There are a bunch of illiterate people working there who cant even read their own system. Anyone reading this review please avoid using them wherever possible and take your car elsewhere as they don't know what they are doing....

Great service from all staff. Very professional work ethic. I've now bought 2 cars from them and have only ever been well looked after by them. I got all my questions answered with no hidden business. I delt with A great sales person Dion and had no trouble at all. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

Absolutely a complete waste of time. Will see you a car at recommend retail but act like they are doing you a favour. If your okay with that go here otherwise drive away, far far away from this place. I've never met a dealership to not negotiate like this place.

Wasn't willing to allow test drive of vehicle (electric Leaf) despite genuine interest and clearly a quiet day for the staff. If you want to sell cars then people need to drive them.
