We decided we wanted an ebike for commuting to work (18km). After researching, we settled on a Pedego Avenue. Sean was able to answer all my questions and made me feel confident about our major (to us) purchase. All was well. Until two weeks later. In the middle of my ride, the bike display stopped working and the ebike went into acoustic mode. I was choked. But I knew I had a 5 year warranty (one of the reasons we went with pedego) and that I could call them directly and ask for help. When I called, I was mostly looking for ways to troubleshoot the issue so I didn't have to bring the bike in. However, instead of troubleshooting, Sean said he would simply meet me in the park and swap out the display and get me back on the trails. Amazing. I was not expecting that level of service. Sean totally made my day. I wasn't even close to the shop. He drove half way across the city. Pedego Edmonton is absolutely worth it. Great experience. Great support before, during, and after service. Highly recommended if you are in the market for an ebike.

I am an epileptic and don't drive; my Pedego is my main source of transportation during the day. My husband who can drive owns a car, and uses it daily for the commute to work and back. With high gas prices and equally crazy insurance rates (especially for someone like myself,) my Pedego is both a necessary and incredibly valuable investment. I can get to doctor's appointments, and even get my youngest to preschool and back. Recently my battery died, the customer service was perfect. My battery was replaced free of charge due to their rock solid consumer warranty. If you are looking for alternate transport, but are questioning which ebike is safest and most reliable, my answer is Pedego Edmonton hands down. Totally worth my money. I drive my Pedego almost every day;)

Sean’s such a swell guy, answered my cry for help. My trikes my primary form of transportation and he came a far way to help me out. Has experience working on trikes and really knows his stuff. Super chill too, just tells you straight up, truly passionate guy. Fair prices and will fix you bike, but will also teach YOU how to maintain your own machine. As the old saying goes “If you give a man a fish, you’ll feed him for a day. If you teach a man to fish, you’ll feed him for a lifetime.” Definitely the type of shop and dude that’ll get your bike up and running in better condition than you got it. Found a customer for life! You guys rock, I can’t say enough good things! PS: they also have a solid supply of parts considering the crazy times. Thanks guys!

My 90 year old dad and I visited Michelle and Seann's store last June. They both went above and beyond to provide my dad the opportunity to test ride one of their customer's electric trikes as they currently had none is stock. He thoroughly enjoyed the ride, his first on a bike in over 10 years. The stability and comfort was excellent. We then ordered one and it arrived last week. We went back out this weekend to have it all fitted and ready for him to ride. Thank you both for such care and service. This was a wonderful experience for my dad and I. A few weeks ago Sean replaced a three speed hub on my Pedego Latch bike with a Shimano Alfine 11 speed hub. Wow what a difference, it rides like a dream now. At high speeds you don’t have to pedal like a mad man anymore. It also has the ability to climb some pretty steep grades now as well. I once rode it up Pilot Mountain in N.C. with the three speed hub. It was so steep in spots that I had to push the bike up the mountain. I may be able to actually ride it up now. The 11 speed hub should have been installed as standard equipment or at least as an option when I purchased it new. It’s like the difference between night and day now. Last summer, I purchased a Pedego City Commuter from Pedego Electric Bikes Edmonton. Last Saturday, I had a fall due to avoiding a pedestrian collision and dented my helmet. My City Commuter was damaged. I was able to ride to a street where the chain jumped off. Not knowing what to do, I called a friend to pick me up. I was just going to lock up my bike until I could find a truck. I called Pedego Edmonton to see if I could bring it in. They offered to pick it up. Shortly after my phone call, a Pedego van arrived, picked up my bike, repaired it and returned it to my home. Now, that is excellent service.

Went to Pedego Edmonton to rent a bike for a friend so 3 of us could go for a ride. My husband explained how he was having some minor issues with his Pedego bike he purchased in the fall of last year. They set him up with a rental bike at no charge so our plans to ride could still go ahead. When we got back all the issues were fixed as well as a full tune up. Staff here are very friendly and nice to talk to. The experience and customer service was top notch!!!

I have always received excellent care and attention from all the staff at Pedego Electric Bikes Edmonton. Right from the start ensuring I purchase the correct bike for my height and abilities, to any questions or help that I need. My first tune-up was quick and easy, there was no wait time for my scheduled appointment, a complete review from one end to the other with a few minor adjustments and I was ready to go off riding again. 5 Stars from me. We dropped in unannounced while at the Fringe to see if I could get my gears adjusted and my wife get her squeaky brakes looked at, and Sean was able to take us in, on the spot, adjust everything, and did it without cost. A few days later my wife got a flat riding to work, and again, was helped right after work, no appointment, no cost. The customer service is 2nd to none!

Seann and Michelle are so nice to work with. Their store is so welcoming and a great selection of ebikes. Seann has a thorough knowledge of the bikes. I just love the bike I chose and they were great at making sure it was the right one and so quick in getting it ready for me to take it home and ride it.
