Today, we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Loretta at the beautiful and modern clinic Paws on Fraser. Her kindness and love for animals are evident in every interaction she has with her furry patients. She took the time to listen attentively to all my concerns about Blue’s health and provided me with comprehensive explanations and recommendations. It was clear that she posses an immense amount of knowledge and expertise in the field. While Blue was getting a nail trim, Dr. Loretta gave me a tour of the clinic. I could appreciate state-of-the-art equipment that showcases the clinic's commitment to staying on the cutting edge of veterinary medicine. One aspect that I found particularly impressive was the clinic's range of services and resources. From routine check-ups to complex procedures, they have it all. This left me feeling confident that Blue will be receiving the best possible care available. I also want to mention that the staff at the clinic was very caring and made a genuine effort to make both, me and Blue , feel comfortable throughout the visit.

I visited Paws on Fraser Veterinary Hospital for the first time in October, and each visit has been a consistently positive experience. The clinic has a warm, clean, and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a genuinely caring staff that clearly demonstrates a deep love for animals. During my visits, Dr. Kong provided excellent care, including bandages and dressing changes for an injured paw. Additionally, she offered thorough explanations of my dog's health and recovery plan, showcasing her commitment and love for animals, as well as her dedication to building strong relationships with pet owners. We recently switched over to Paws on Fraser and we are so happy with the wonderful care and attention provided to our Shiloh. Shiloh's vet is Dr. Yuen and she took the time to put Shiloh at ease for her first visit and thoroughly examine Shiloh, addressing all my concerns with patience and clarity. We've since been back for some appointments and Shiloh has also been treated by Dr. Kong. Both doctors has been wonderful for Shiloh. Recently I had a concern about Shiloh's diet and called the clinic, even though there was no available appointments on the day I called, Dr. Kong called me to go over my concerns and what I could do at home for Shiloh. A staff member called the next day and I was able to let her know Shiloh was doing much better after we updated her diet from Dr. Kong's instructions. We are incredibly grateful to have found such a reliable and caring team for our beloved pet.

Finding a good vet in Vancouver is worse than pulling teeth and I’ve been to many and most have been brutal. My kitty Levi had a bladder emergency and they were willing to see him even when my own regular vet wouldn’t help. I couldn’t be more grateful for the compassion and kindness to squeeze him in. Dr Kong didn’t make me feel rushed when explaining the diagnosis even though it was near closing and I was a last minute booking . She was on the conservative side with treatment rather then pushing drugs on him that he may not even need. I will be switching to this vet and bringing both my cats here for future visits . Thank you so much for everything today! The receptionist was so kind and helped me with a spay estimate for my other kitten Luna I felt right at home as I walked through the door . Highly recommend to give them a chance even if you’re not looking for a new vet!!!

We've been following Dr Cheryl Kong around the city since the first time we happened to be lucky enough to have her see our cat, many years ago now, and are so thrilled that she has opened her own clinic. Hands down the best Vet we've ever had the pleasure of working with and we just love her and how she treats our cat. Dr Kong is knowledgable and thoughtful, listens respectfully with understanding, and is very attentive to both animal and human. She practises without judgement and is very embracing of our participation in the decision making for our cat, and has only the best interests of her patients (the animals!) in mind. We really like how open she is to raw food diet (not an easy find) and in finding solutions that work to ensure the health and well-being of the animals in her care. We are so happy to be able to have her as our Vet.

Best vet in Vancouver! From the moment we walked in we felt recognized and welcomed by the front desk and the whole team. Dr. Yuen took the time to inquire about Cypress’s general well being, and was genuinely caring and interested in what I had to say. Her physical examination was thorough and extensive, and she was extremely patient with Cypress. She has a calm demeanour and we didn’t feel like she was rushing through the visit. Cypress received a couple of vaccinations, but he didn’t even realize he was being poked!! Dr. Yuen is a pro! I really appreciate her feedback on diet (as Cypress has a few pounds to lose) and her knowledge and expertise on the latest research and ingredients in varying dog foods. Cypress loved being there and didn’t want to leave! Thanks for a wonderful visit, to all the staff at Paws on Fraser!

Paws on Fraser is an exceptional vet team! We have been a patient of Dr Yuen's since Cayley joined our family 2 years ago, and are thrilled to follow Dr Yuen to her new clinic. Cayley was the clinics inaugural patient, and was so well cared for by the entire team at Paws. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I always feel well informed in Cayley's care, and feel confident in the assessment and management provided at Paws on Fraser. Cayley loves the staff, is relaxed in the new clinic, and even was happy to return a 2nd time for more shots! So grateful to have such an incredible team caring for our puppy!

Have been bringing my Sharpei to Dr. Yuen for about 6 years now and was thrilled to be able to follow Dr. Yuen to her new vet clinic at Paws On Fraser. I have always found Dr. Yuen to have a fantastic bedside manner, so to speak, and I thoroughly trust her sound clinical judgement. Had my first visit to Paws On Fraser yesterday and was very impressed with the new digs. I look forward to continue bringing my Sharpei to Dr. Yuen at the well-thought out and well-appointed Paws On Fraser Veterinary Hospital. Yes, it may be a little bit out of the way (I live in West Point Grey), but it is more than worth the extra distance.

Although this is a new clinic, my dog has been cared for by both Dr. Yuen and Dr. Kong for the past 7 years. When you find a veterinarian you trust you follow them where they go! Remi had his first visit at Paws On Fraser Veterinary Hospital today. There was a warm welcome at the door and the care he received exceeded our expectations (as it always does). We also got a tour of their hospital and I was impressed by all their new, modern equipment. This is a fantastic addition to the neighbourhood and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this vet clinic!

I am so glad we found this new clinic! I am an ANXIOUS pet owner. I have cried twice already taking my babies in and I was met with love, patience and understanding. When I would perhaps expect judgment. My cats are rescue cats and are easily traumatized and have had some truly awful vet experiences. Paws on Frazer are PHENOMENAL. The vets are kind, funny and soooo generous with their time and energy. I really feel like my girls are safe there, and feel safe and loved there. They are now our forever vet. Highly recommend

Dr. Yuen has been our family vet for well over a decade and we’ve also started seeing Dr. Kong for the last few months. Both Dr. Yuen and Dr. Kong are knowledgeable and compassionate. The clinical environment has a positive and professional vibe. Every staff is careful and diligent in caring for our Kayah. The hospital is very well equipped with all the modern medical technologies (Thank you Dr. Kong for the hospital tour!). All you need in a hospital. I highly recommend seeing this great Team!

Dr. Yuen has been our cat's doctor for almost 18 years. Nala first saw Dr. Yuen when Nala was adopted from the shelter and has received excellent care from Dr. Yuen ever since. Nala is an elderly cat and requires more medical attention, and Dr. Yuen is always very prompt in getting back to me with lab results and treatment recommendations. Nala enjoys a good life, is happy, comfortable, and does really well for her age. it would be nice if Dr. Yuen could take me on as a patient as well......

Dr. Yuen is so kind and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured into doing anything that I didn’t understand. She gave lengthy and thorough explanations and was also very personable. I really appreciated all of her time and how well she treated my dog. The new facilities are also beautiful and such a nice space to be in. Overall fantastic experience and I would recommend their office to everyone!!

Dr. Yuen has been caring for our dog since Riley joined our family as a puppy. As first time pet owners, we feel particularly grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and compassionate veterinarian. Based on the great experience both we and Riley have had with Dr. Yuen, we were excited to be able join her new clinic. The entire team at Paws was so welcoming when we visited today. I was lucky to get a same day appointment for my cat. She got checked out and I was given some advice and suggestions for future care. I really enjoyed Dr Yuen's vibe and handling of my cat. I didn't feel rushed and really enjoyed chatting about my cat. I didn't catch the receptionist/assistants name but they were lovely and helpful. It's a lovely, clean, and modern space. Glad to have them so close by. Will be back!

We are very happy to have our dogs be patients at Paws on Fraser with Dr. Kong. First, Dr. Kong loves animals and is patient, gentle, and thorough in her examinations. She explains everything clearly and always has the doggies' best interests at heart. We have been returning to her for years with our dogs and were excited when she recently opened this new practice with another veterinarian. Highly recommended!

Our little Jerry has always been fearful of the vet and it always made me nervous to take him for his yearly check ups. We heard good things about Dr. Yuen so I decided with its very convenient location to give this office a try. Our dog was attacked by another dog at daycare and Dr. Yuen made time to see her immediately. She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She treated the wounds efficiently and my dog was very comfortable with her. Dr. Yuen has been our vet for many years and we are so happy that she and Dr. Kong have opened their clinic in this great neighbourhood!

Our dog was stung by wasps, we called Paws on Fraser and they had us bring our dog in immediately. He was examined by Dr Yuen, who is kind, thorough and professional. It was a pleasure to visit this state of the art facility and meet the pleasant staff. We will be returning to Paws on Fraser Veterinary Hospital for all our dog’s medical needs.

Our first puppy visit couldn’t have gone smoother. Dr. Loretta Yuen was very friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable. She didn’t rush me (at all!) and was happy to answer all of my questions. Dr. Yuen, Dr. Kong, and staff provided my corgi with really great care and and they take the time to explain things, which my partner and I really appreciate. Great experience. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Kong is so caring and so attentive. The technician and assistant were pleasant and a joy to be around. The clinic layout is beautiful. Equipment is tip top quality. Quality of care for my 120 lbs cane corso, myself, and my 2 kids was amazing.

Dr. Yuen and Natalie treated Dilly, who is generally fearful of going to the vet, for a bacterial infection today. Dr. Loretta (as we like to call her) has been the vet for our dog, Luna, since Day 1 (Luna just had her 11th birthday). She is professional, compassionate and practical. She always explains in layperson's terms any procedure or treatment that Luna requires. I highly recommend Paws on Fraser!

We took our cat Busy for an initial checkup, Dr Kong was very thorough and gave some excellent suggestions for us as first time cat owners. Busy was very nervous but both Rowan and Dr Kong were very sweet with her and gave her a salmon treat. Will def be our go to vet for our girl!
