We visited the cinema, we got a love seat which cost us £42.74 and included a snack and a drink each. The cinema is beautiful, truly a picture to see and service from the staff was great. What was particularly disappointing however was at the love seats, which is on the corridor, we were disrupted throughout the film from children running backward and forward throughout the corridor and people talking loudly. We also had the pleasure of a drunk couple sitting in-front of us who were very disruptive throughout as-well, of course this isn’t the cinemas issue. If I was back in Amsterdam I’d book again but for the balcony this time.

Notably, the popcorn sizes are smaller here, with the largest being medium. It's worth mentioning that during our visit, we observed mice climbing on empty seats, which was a bit disconcerting. Overall, a one-time visit for the historical ambiance, but improvements in amenities could enhance the overall experience.

This is a magical movie theatre in Amsterdam! You can experience a totally different vibes than in other cinemas. Classic, secession interior, well-designed. The staff is also very friendly. The buffet is small, but you can also go to there bar to have more drink selections. In our smaller room, there were couches for 2 with nice side tables and cute lamps. If you want to have a special night out or enjoy a movie in a theatre environment, I can highly recommend Tuschinski. They also provide a walk around tour, if you don’t fancy watching a movie there.

Supermooi, oud en sjiek gebouw met een mooi en best modern interieur. Leuk dat de oude details er nog worden gebruikt, zoals het houten bordje waarop staat of de zaal al open is of niet. Wij zaten in zaal 6 helemaal vooraan. Hier had je poefjes waar je je benen op kon leggen zodat je toch nog heerlijk relaxt naar de film kunt kijken.

Classic movie theater experience. From the moment one steps into the theater. The interior is amazing, the atmosphere brings you straight back to the 20s. The quality of the projection and sound though, is a little underwhelming, especially if one has seen the IMAX theater in Pathé Arena. But overall, it's a great movie experience.

This is a great old theater that has been updated and still retains the old school elegance. Super comfortable seats and good quality sound and film. It is very nice to be able to have a nice drink with your movie The bar is also super comfortable. The workers give very welcoming service.

Love this place! Amazing architecture, incredible interiors, you may have an audio tour in the morning before movie and see Al the hidden places of this cinema and dive to the history of this place. I recommend it! You can book in on their website.

Such a fun experience at the theater! We got the box loveseat and loved it. This was the perfect afternoon activity, wonderful service and super comfortable. The setting is special and was a treat in itself.

Unique movie theater dating back to 1921. Combination of Art-Deco, Jugendstil and Amsterdamse School. Comfortable seating, good bar. Mainstream movies. Go check it out!
