I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. Some washers barely get any water, not sure if they reduced it on purpose. Then some of them finish with soap still remaining at the end of the cycles, and the owners refuse to compensate you for it and you’re forced to put it through another cycle with extra rinse which is additional fee. The dryers don’t work properly: the high temperature is very cold and you also have to press on start every 30 seconds because it just stops and the timer still reduces. So basically you won’t get your laundry done at this place.

The owner needs to take better care of this place I will never be taking my clothes here again. When I came the place was disgusting first of; secondly their were roaches on the tables and I had seen some crawling on the floor. The place is gross and the coin machine gave me casino coins that the machine wouldn’t take.... Do not go here. My advice their is better...

Paid for hot water and did not get it. Rip off!! Did 2 super large washing loads on hot water cycle except there was only freezing cold water coming out. Owner refused to have any responsibility or rectify the problem. Would not even speak to me on the phone. Never going back to get ripped off again!

The coin machine is set up to give you less than what you pay for and the drying machines are set up to work after 10 minutes of use on purpose. The place is dirty, the owner leaves a huge garbage bag at the back. The floor is being wiped with a muddy mop and a dirty towel cloth.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This is not a way to say out of service. So I lost my money and the detergent I had left had to leave and waste 1 hour because of owner’s incompetence. Clothes not even clean afterwards.

Dryer broke down with wet towels. Had to take here for a last minute need and my God this place stunk... I could hardly breath. They got my business because they were open on this night...

No number or staff. Machine kept running extra long for no reason. Can't contact anyone. Late for work. What's the deal. And they increased the fees lol. What kind of f-d up joke is this.

Well I’m not here to flag their business but I’m here to do business! No customer support and I inserted $20 for change and their machine gave me $18 with laundry token for souvenir!

They say they close at midnight. I come back 11:40 it’s already closed while my things are still inside… the heck!? Please call someone to shut this place down. Unbelievable

Very clean place price to wash, dry wasn't to bad will go back again.
