I am sending this review for a friend who's kids were at this school and was banned from writing a review: I am sending this review for a friend whose kids were at this school and was banned from writing a review: Think about twice before you send your kids to this school. This once great and autistic friendly school, has abandoned its foundation: love, mercy, wisdom...... all these Christian Values. It is not a Christian school anymore. When parents trust the school will care for your children better, the teachers and administration care about the school’s policy (uniform, appearance, line up ....) much more than your children’s welfare. The school has a very low efficiency administrative system. If you write an email to the Principal about an urgent issue, you could expect a reply weeks later or never. When You talk to other management members, you must wait for ages unless you push hard. When you push hard, the clueless Head tells you to contact the Principal ...... Finally you still get no solution for your kid. Think about twice when you donate to this school. They spent money on holiday retreat for management and raised a bureaucracy with many idle positions which you never know what they are doing and you never could get help from. In the meanwhile, they cut off the funding to students resources, remove senior school’s subjects, recruit less qualified Counsellor and teachers, ......, etc. The only star I gave here is for a few teachers who are kind to students and brave to demonstrate their faith in teaching. These teachers are rare in PHCS nowadays.

Christian Education at a premium. I attended Pacific Hills Christian School for 13 years culminating in my graduation in 2006. As such, it's hard for me to be totally objective about a place that has had such an impact on my life. The education offered here was decent, I would say above average. While it cannot compete with the higher selective schools or the likes of Shore or Pymble Ladies' College, it is at least the equal of William Clarke. On a sporting level, this school is fairly dominant across a wide range of disciplines both in the area and against Christian schools across the state. They very regularly win out zone athletics and swimming and are very competitive in netball, football (soccer) and rugby league. From a Christian's perspective (and depending on your view), there are few better places to send your child. The vast majority, if not all, of the staff are Christians and hold fast and true to The Bible. Your child will significantly grow in the spiritual life while attending this school. That said, not every school is perfect and while PHCS has had its fair share of issues, it is definitely better than most of what is out there. I couldn't imagine of going to any other school and was thoroughly pleased that my parents stuck it out in keeping me there, I loved every moment.

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Hills Christian School. As a parent, what sets it apart for me is not just the excellent facilities or the qualified staff, but the genuine care they have for my children. From day one, the teachers and staff have gone above and beyond to create a nurturing and inclusive environment. They are not only focused on academics but also place great emphasis on nurturing empathy, kindness, and respect among the students. It's this personal touch, this 'feels like family' atmosphere, that has truly impressed us. My kids are always eager to attend, and they come home each day with new stories of friendship, learning, and personal growth. At Pacific Hills, it's clear that the staff see the bigger picture: raising not only intelligent but also compassionate and well-rounded individuals. It's more than a school; it's a community that cherishes and nurtures the individual strengths and interests of each child. I am so thankful for the positive influence the school has had on my children and would highly recommend it to other families in the Hills area.

Pacific Hills is a school with a difference! They have a genuine care for our children's education, development, faith and social awareness. I was fortunate enough to attend PHCS during high school and loved the school so much that I am now sending my kids there. I have seen first hand the genuine love and care from the teachers that I have not seen at other schools I attended. Every teacher I meet is incredible but in particular Mr Waters, who also taught me and is now Assistance Principal, Ms You and Mr Perrett who have taught my daughter. They are absolute stand out teachers! An absolute credit to the school and as a parent feel so blessed that they are now a part of my kids schooling journey. Dr Boyce's commitment and faith is incredible and reflected in the school's heart and culture. Yes no school will be perfect for every child but their integrity, faith, dedication, heart for community and those forgotten by society is something that is so rare in a school and so special at PHCS. I see it as a privilege to have attended PHCS and now send my children there.

We sent both our children here thinking that PHCS would lead with Christian values, even tho we are not a religious family, the values seemed legit. Our experience over four years was traumatic. My 12 year old daughter was screamed at and told to ‘shut up’ in front of the whole class and made to cry. Not only that, she was passed up for most relay teams at sports carnivals, zone events and school sports teams even tho she was awarded swimming and athletics age champion for years in a row. My son was constantly bullied for his entire period there, which he reported to the people supposedly responsible for his safety, and they just swept it under the carpet and neglected to inform my wife or I of any of it. Thankfully we became aware before things became irreversible but the damage they have done will last a lifetime. The management of the school is pathetic and lacking in proper leadership. Dr Boyce needs to step down and let someone competent do the job.

A parent comments on Bil Ghali's Review: As a “Director of Advancement” at Pacific Hills Christian School, you do not try to comfort desperate families who encountered difficulty; you do not help to solve the arguments between parents and the School. Rather, you prohibit parents speaking out in Parents Fellowship Group; and you censor parents’ posts. Now you come to Google Review to rate yourself five stars. Don’t you feel shame about it? The Google Review is for customers (parents and students) to rate . As a part time staff of the School, you have been involved in conflict interest. Your rating is cheating. As staff’s children, your kids of course had enjoyed a lot of privileges, while other kids had to be under disadvantage situation in the same class. This has been the tradition of Pacific Hills Christian School, unfortunately.

I was a Baptist Pastor for 24 years and had 3 children graduate from Pacific Hills, for whom I’m very thankful to God. In my family’s experience over many years, all the staff were faithful, kind, caring and genuine Christian people. The school worked diligently to maintain an authentic Christian community where our kids could learn and grow into the fine young men they are today. Obviously kids will occasionally have difficulty, but we had no issues working with the staff when that happened. I was so impressed with Pacific Hills, that when given the opportunity, I gladly chose to work part time with the school. I deeply value what Pacific Hills is trying to do, and the manner in which it goes about it. I encourage you to come see for yourself.

My boy has been in this school from Kindy to year 5 now. We have experienced a lot during those years. My boy loves the school and teachers and feel safe and comfortable study there. Teachers are amazing on encouragement and care for the children. I like the daily devotion time in the school and my child learn bible knowledge and can apply in daily life. I think this is the most important part in life. Knowing God and working in his way, kids will be always feel safe and have inner peace. This school has different levels in each grade and care for and respect every child's development needs. There are small groups for kids who are delay too. I highly recommend this school to other families.

This school is okay but it made my friends daughter get anxiety and depression, she would come home very often crying saying she wanted to move schools. The teachers didnt do much but just made the bullys get detention but the bullying didnt stop. My friend's daughter got in trouble for not feeling safe. She was getting bullied so she brought her siblings to comfort her but then the teachers gave her a detention from that. Overall this school is okay the facilities are good but in some areas its not that good. This school is good for chriatian famles

Pacific Hills Christian School is a wonderful school, full of dedicated staff who care greatly about the education – as well as physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing – of all students. The atmosphere is inclusive and supportive with a focus on students developing and embracing their unique potential. I highly recommend this school as a place of quality education, set in a peaceful semi-rural location with excellent facilities.

This school is absolutely terrible, my poor cute little twinkly chubby white boy came home crying from such a terrible school! He told me that all the teachers here smell stinky and wear clothing that they haven't washed for weeks! He also told me that the teachers didn't give him his favorite cheeto packet. I think this school is terrible especially since they favorite the other kids and not my cute little chubby boy...

In the recent 18 months, I have heard three sad stories from my friends about their daughters, who became depression in PHCS. One of them was hurt so deeply that she even can’t attend any school due to PTSD. This School is obviously less fair to those teenagers who are vulnerable, while the students related to school staff receive more attention and benefits.

This school was really cool until they started asking kids if they “got down and jiggy with it”. That seemed a little odd and unprofessional - they would ask this before every class, and told us our only responses could be “amen playa” or “foot off the gas, daddy o”. Good school otherwise

All my 3 children enjoyed attending the school since K and they loved the school, teachers and their peers. Teachers are very caring and encouraging and supportive. Very thankful for the Christian values of the school, and how they want to partner with parents. Highly recommended

My Asian son went to this school for a semester. It is so sad that he had experienced racism from students and TEACHERS!! One of the teachers named Mrs Whiteman or whatever told my son to shut up! This is an unbelievable, disgusting high school. Never come here.

My kindy kid was enjoying being in this school. Teachers are trying their best to help my kid thriving . The headteacher is very kind and always smiles to welcome kids each morning. It is a very friendly school.

There is a teacher here who always tells her students not to eat or drink in class yet she has a can of pepsi max with her every lesson.
