BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter’s birthday - with plenty of time to arrive beforehand. Ottostore stated the item was in stock at the time I ordered it. 10 days later, I had to chase this company up (via Messenger as no one ever answered the phone and no one responded to emails). They admitted that they had only just received some stock in and would send it the next day. I kept asking for a tracking number and finally got one - three days after they said they would send it. This was now getting close to my daughter’s birthday and I had now requested for it to be express posted, which they didn’t do. It didn’t arrive on time and took over a week to get here. When it finally arrived, my daughter got a few hours use of it before it needed to be charged up. Plugged the charger in and it wouldn’t charge. I borrowed a charger from a friend to see if that would work, but no. So now we had a faulty Hoverboard. We let Ottostore know and asked for a replacement to be sent and a return postage slip to return the faulty one. Took days to get a response. We sent the Hoverboard back as soon as we had a return slip and sent them a photo of the receipted postage. However, they would not send the replacement until they received the faulty one back! That was almost a week ago and we have only now been sent details of tracking for the replacement - and once again, not express post! So we’ll be waiting another week for it. All up, this experience will have been going on for 6 weeks - and that’s only if this replacement is not faulty too! This company has zero customer service skills or any common sense. They have been unhelpful throughout the whole process and very difficult to contact. They offer no apology and no compensation for the inconvenience of their actions or faulty product. WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN. (And I’m guessing any good feedback here is actually written by Ottostore themselves...)

I could not praise OTTOSTORE enough. I purchased an ebike off them on the 11/05/2022 and it arrived on the 16/05/2022. That's 3 working days. I had a few queries and some of them were very stern and direct. OTTOSTORE'S team answered me promptly and were very happy to help me and made me feel very comfortable in my choice of purchase. I am so happy that I have recommended them to many of my family and friends. I was so surprised when one of my family members ordered an ebike off of OTTOSTORE, they were given a 10% discount just because of my purchase. They then offered 10% loyalty discount to anyone I recommend. You don't get that from many stores. Cheers guys.

22/12 update: was told the item was out of stock they need 6 weeks to order it in. I’ve asked to cancel the order and a refund to be issued. I’m now being excuses as they why a refund can’t be issued. Sigh what a hassle! Just stay away from this place! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an item from their online store. 2 weeks later and it hasn’t been dispatched and no one is answering the phone. I was hoping to get this before Christmas but I’m starting to wonder whether I will get this item at all. This place feels like a scam now. Don’t pay them any money.

We tried purchasing here to sell to our store. The car is very handsome, haha, but it depends on who rides haha, I will not install it when I buy it, and then teach me how to install it with the after-sales video. After it is installed, the customer service is very patient. When I go out, I will ask me where to buy this car ,pretty. To be honest, I feel pretty good. I don’t recommend riding this bike for people under 1.74 meters! Because the car is tall overall, the seat adjustment is also high. Currently riding is ok. Follow up again!

Delivery shipping is fast and they have a good customer service. The scale is simple and elegant in appearance, and the quality is quite good. The tempered glass is made of toughened glass and is very durable. It is quite thick and sturdy. You don't have to worry about the glass suddenly breaking when you stand on it. It is very convenient and has many functions., The data said is also very accurate, you can understand your physical condition. There is a non-slip pad at the bottom, and it will not move.

Horrible online store, extremely poor after sales service, purchased an ebike which broke not long after I picked it up from these jokers. Have tried multiple times to get into contact with them but no one answers the phone/email etc. I wonder if they have gone into liquidation. Buyer beware they will not and do no honor any warranty on products they claim to have on sale. If you have any problems with a purchase forget it they will not help.

I ordered an e-bike from here and it arrived within the week. Their online store does look a bit dodgy/unprofessional but they do seem to be legit with Australian stock. A word of warning, though - it appears that they literally get the stock from China and send it onwards. No instructions in English were provided, though my bike's assembly was very straightforward and 90% complete in the box - just handlebars needed to be attached.

I had gone over to Ottostore for getting hold of an EBike. It is extremely comfortable to ride on and can smoothly move across all kinds of roads. The battery backup is high and hence, it can keep running for a longer time period. While riding in town, you can lock the front suspension and then unlock it for trail ride. If you are planning to buy an electric bike, then I would recommend you to try out Ottostore.

Oh dear, how much hard to to contact this company. The phone number always busy, the chat no reply.. I’m just got my package but, it’s not complete They forget or what ??? Hi everyone, i m just want let you know. That, the best way just email them.. they will fix for you. As I cancel and I got my refund in the 2 day.. Alexa is very nice customer service, thank you.

I bought an E bike from Ottostore in Oct last year. The whole experience has been fantastic. The bike is 48v which is very powerful. It could climb Sydney hills with ease. I must say you won’t get any better after sale service elsewhere. Frankie from the store is extremely helpful. I really appreciate it. Also would like to thank the helpful girl Sandra :-) Jason

I love this bike. T8 Model.Rides like a beast. Lots of fun.Battery holder gets loose. Front mudguard broke off and now the paint is falling off. They try to scare you by saying that if it's not there fault they will charge me for repairs. The tyres are so thin they get puntures all the time. I, m very disappointed with their customer service after sales.

Purchased an expensive window cleaner. The instructions are written in chinese. Tried to contact them but no one answered the phone ..I thought it was illigal and against the law to sell products with no instructions. I may as well throw this in the bin. Do not buy from these people

Advertises products to be 'in-stock' when they actually do not have any stock for the next few weeks. However they do not advise you of this, instead they simply hold your money and not ship anything out. I'd stay away.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS! They don’t send out what you purchased and refuse to do anything about it. They claim they “will be at a loss” if they rectify the issue. Avoid at all costs!
