This restaurant has always been a family favourite, but no more. Last night we waited an hour and a half for our meals. 2childrens meals came out an hour before the rest. Food was dry and very disappointing. The restaurant seemed to be more interested with serving take always than looking after seated customers waiting for meals. After the first bottle of cold water ( for 15 people) they ‘ran out’. At no time did the owners give an explanation or apologise. We like to support local businesses but we will not be returning to this one.

Food was amazing!! As soon as we sat down we were offered prawn crackers they were very yummy then we had spring rolls and BBQ pork buns they were delicious Our mains were fried rice, fillet steak and honey chicken which was amazing I would say it one of the best Chinese restaurants we have been too!! Fried Ice cream was a great finisher too. Food is reasonably priced and great value for money. Next time we visit we will 100% be back! Fantastic food and satisfied customers

I don't have a problem with these "chinese" restaurants that serve {place name + protein} dishes and understand the audience they cater for, but having ordered five dishes to have two sets of two dishes taste exactly the same is a bit ridiculous. Everything was also incredibly heavily salted. Service was superb. Addendum: they also serve Thai food for some reason.

Peking duck is a must and the steam scallops is too fresh, the sauce oh yum. Everything else ordered was top notch. We just keep going back.

Extremely disappointed. The food is good, But the service atrocious!! And the waitress didn't get all our order. We were waiting for our second dish. Eventually gave up. Went to pay and said cancel the dish, they said what dish and laughed at their error whilst trying to apologise, not good enough.

I have to rate Orchid 22 at 5 Star! The food is a pleasure, fresh, tasty & value for money. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the customer service & experience is exceptional. Would be a great place to celebrate an occasion. The restaurant is licensed too.

Friendly staff, nice decor, but the food was quite average for the price point. The sweet and sour pork was nice and crispy, the dipping sauce for the roast duck was a bit too sweet, mixed veggies were a bit bland.

Orchard 22 is a really fine Chinese restaurant in the centre of Windsor. I've been there several times since they opened. They're very handy to get to and the food and service is great. They were also more than happy to use my Dine NSW vouchers for takeaway.

Great food great service.. we ordered a number of dishes, they came out hot, felt clean and were tasty.. roast duck with plum sauce and bbq pork ribs were excellent..
