Just Average nothing special.. this was my first visit experience. Now I been second time on 11/07/21 at 11.30 pm around and order two Veggi burgers. I been home and open the package, I found one chicken burger and one veggie burger. I called few times at store no one pickup the phone. How disgusting that working in hospitality business and taking wrong orders and even not answering the phone. If you don’t want to answer the phone than why f..in keep the phone on Google. Now after reaching at home and not answering my phone, we share one burger with we two vegetarian friends. Not even enough meal for us and even we can’t order anything else at 12 at night and no one even delivered. To enjoy the meal I drive 20 minutes from my place …. Please everyone this is not a jock and I am not in mood to make a story. I have attached the photo what I received. Please be aware everyone if you ordered any food from this place than please keep my advice, before you leave this place open your package look and check properly that Did you received right meals ?? I am not interested , you guys get experience like me to work whole day and before you go to bed someone ruined your meal and even you pay for $ 22.45 for just f..in two burgers. Make sure you check your order properly if you want to enjoy your meal. Or please support some local food outlets rather than buying the food from this type of Franchise chains. Might be they don’t even take a time to train their franchise or staff. Please support some local food outlets even we don’t want to pay $ 22.45 for two wrong order burgers. This feedback is specifically for store owner. First of all, I really appreciate that this is one of the Oportos that serves until midnight. About my experience, I checked on Google that store opens till midnight both dine-in and drive-thru. I went to the store and literally stood at the door for 5 min but door was closed. I saw employees inside doing their duties. I can certainly say at least 2 of them saw me at the door but instead of giving just two minutes of their time to tell me that dine-in is closed and drive-thru is open they completely ignored me. I could see they were noticing me and then giggling among themselves. Such a shameless staff. To the owner, if experiencing reduced sales between 10pm to 12am, then this is the reason. I am sure customers must be coming there after 10pm since no other Oporto is opened after 10 in same area but your staff highly discourage customers to buy from the store. When I asked at the payment counter during drive-thru that why didn't they notice me? Then employee said the glass is tinted. But the fact was I knocked on door three times and I am sure that door isn't soundproof.

We were really disappointed last night with customer services at Oporto Graystance. Staff was rudely attentive and not helpful at all in front of kids. seemed like not interested to to serve when we requested for quick dine as the priority for the closing store at 10:40pm, where closing time is 2:00am. We requested few times that we are here straight from airport & A 6-7years old can’t stand and eat outside & if they let kids eat quickly inside but staff turned out really brutal and discourteous in front of kids which is not something they will expect for their kids as a parent too. Due to delay in flights kids were really hungry & Tired. We went straight to Oporto for dinner reached & placed ordered around 10:45pm, they literally told us to make it take away order us, no dine in because the closing time. We understand it’s there work but the service and behavior as barbarously and boorishly was unacceptable . Regards

This is my local Oporto and i could say that i barley ever write a review but i have to for this one. I went through the drive thru to get a double Bondi burger meal and take it home to eat. I was super excited, however i went to go bite into my burger to notice my chicken was abit grey and hard to chew so i got rid of that piece and took another bite to realise my chicken was still pink and uncooked. I got so turned off my food that i quickly threw it out. Its really disappointing that the food wasnt 100% considering that oportos is not cheap. I paid $22 for a meal i didnt even eat so i felt it was necessary to post my experience here.

My experience at oporto was one of the best in a while, I had some horrible experiences with other oporto’s with customer service and my food tasted half alive. As I talked to the lovely staff at the front I got warmly welcomed with a beautiful smile on their face. I placed an $30 order and got my order fresh with in 10 minutes. For a fast food place I highly recommend coming here often.

Oporto has no doubt one of the best chicken out there but good food requires good mood which was totally spoiled by the unprofessional rude staff. We requested a simple thing which every other outlet provides us but the way counter girl was talking is totally unacceptable. Oporto owners: best food as always but sorry to say the staff needs some manners and training as to how to talk to people coming in for a nice meal and a quality time. Thank you

Worst staff ever and they don’t want to work. Very bad food, cold and raw fries. Staff can’t provide plates for dine in because they have to wash. She put my dine in food in bag when I told her I’m going to have here & she’s making excuses of giving plates to me( we are busy ) only two tables there. Will Never go again and not recommend this place to anyone. Waste of money and time. I definitely inform to health department about the they serving people.

Few days back I bought the Rappas and the bread was all broken and the vegetables falling out. Besides this the wrap was not packed tight as well. It was late night and I could not go back at midnight to show it to them but this was really upsetting. When I called, I was told.theynhad never heard about the bread being broken and asked me to take it back so they could get me a new one. It was late night and unpractical to go back at midnight.

This would have to be one of the best Oportos around... the Burgers and Chips are always fresh and very tasty... the service is always great and Lukshmer is always very helpful... also the store is always very clean... I would highly recommend Oportos Greystanes.

Opened recently. Have been here a few times. This weekend i took away a burger and half way through the burger i found toothpick which got stuck in my mouth. Wasn't a good experience. Customer service is okay, environment is alright. The high chairs and table heights are mismatch in case you take a toddler in. We enjoyed but wont be going as frequently after last experience.

Wish i could give them 0 star. We got 2 bondi burgers and loaded fries from drive thru, the person at counter did not inform that they put the fries face upwards (the oil leaked onto my car seats)! Told the staff to make the burgers spicy, instead they charged an extra dollar and gave extra spicy sauce separately! Such a disappointment as the whole order was ruined!

Chips didn't come salted at all. I tried to call to organise a credit but didn't answer the phone until after 10 calls. When they answered the phone they insisted there's no way they can't be salted and I'd need to drive down there and give them to them to look over before they could fix it.

Nice food, but first time I have been charged for extra chilli sauce for chicken, surely you shouldn’t charge extra for chilli on top of your extra expensive food!! Didn’t even tell about the extra charge! Asked for dine in yet still gave it to me in massive cardboard/paper bags!

We ordered chilli cheese chips and half chicken with corns and salad this is what we get from the staff. I don't know she was new or not but last we went their the presentation was good but this time it's just awful. We ordered the food from drive thru and this is what we get.

10/10 The restaurant was clean, along with great table service and amazing Customer experience. Thanks Team we will be back
