Went to this bowling venue Monday night. From website the place was looked wonderful and bling. Reality wasn’t exactly like those photos. So don’t expect too much. Price was good for Monday night, $18/game or $32/2 games. The bowling lanes are not many. Machine darts are plenty, also couple of pool tables. Service was sucks. We were served by a very unprofessional lady staff member. She was asking us to pay for food and drink upfront in rude manner. She could just explain nicely that the venue doesn’t accept tab or pay later, as the previous male staff didn’t mention that we couldn’t. Her unprofessional behaviour went on to our table at bowling section, where she approaching us and took 2 unused glasses (we ordered jug of cocktail and waiter brought 4 glasses but only 2 of us drink). Funny enough she was asking us “if anyone us these glasses?” while she was checking them if they were clean or not and then walked away with those. Obviously this is a very unhygienic practice. Once they’re on guests table, all utensils should be expected as being use. Anyway.. we couldn’t help but laugh on how unprofessional this particular staff, not sure perhaps she’s the owner or manager that’s why has attitudes and no hospitality (but work at hospitality venue). Not sure if we would ever come back. There’s many better venues than this.

I read some negative reviews and saw that management had responded to most and asked the reviewers to get in touch via email. I gave them that chance by emailing first. Nearly two weeks later and no response. The following was my initial complaint. The three gents serving behind the on the evening of Sat 17th Dec must not have wanted to be there. I was behind the not busy bar for close to 10 minutes without being served or acknowledged. They were avoiding eye contact and doing random tasks to appear busy. They were more content looking at what each other were doing instead of serving customers. When I eventually raised my voice to get their attention I ordered two $28 cocktail jugs from the printed specials menu. I had to wait over 15 minutes for my two jugs to be made and delivered to our table. I don't know what mix the boys used but after drinking most of the two jugs myself, I wasn't even the least bit "tipsy", and I am not classed as someone with average tolerance. Either they mixed my order for mocktails or barely put enough alcohol in the blend to appropriately sell it as a cocktail. We were very disappointed with the staff and the vibes at this venue. Furthermore, management just paying keyboard service to customers providing feedback is a sign that this business is far from getting its act together.

The people who work there, especially the cleaners, are put the guests at Risk, she make the reception floor extremely wet while we entering the place, I was trying to ask her to wait until we move to bowling lane, she refuse and said she already put a sign, she have to finish the cleaning on time. The staff, also has a very bad attitude, trying to prevent children under 10 years from entering the bowling.Hope the management pays attention to the fact that the customer felling extremely disrespected and unsafe while we entering this place.

This place used to be 5 star. Now, not all the bowling lanes are working, the hip hop music has stopped playing, half a projector is working!! Absolutely astounding how a 5 star, polished bowling alley, recreational establishment, could turn downhill. This place used to be, the go to bowling and darts arena. I am not sure why, but the maintenance and up keeping of this business has taken a dramatic downfall. Please return this to the 5 star business I went to went it first opened!

Had a lot of fun at this bar thats full of activities like darts and bowling - rly enjoyed playing darts properly for the first time and would play again! You can also go to the arcade section next door so there's something for everyone! Great idea to come here with friends or a date (: you can even grab some yummy cocktails and snack food after (highly recommend the watermelon martini!)

I cannot imagine what type of customer service training the staff got, because the cleaning lady and the male at the counter had horrible and hostile attitudes, like they don’t give a f about anyone coming in. Seriously this place is a disaster.

Gotta love new venues and this one is no exception. An amazing variety of spirits and liquors to choose from local to imported brands. If drinking isnt your thing, they have darts machines, pool tables and even bowling! What more can you ask for

Staff are extremely rude and ESL. Ordered food from their extremely limited menu and they didn’t have stock (of the karaage and edamame). They offered squid instead. If I could leave 1 star review I would. Bowling is extremely over priced

13th Monday roughly 11:50pm. Bartender told me that they didn’t serve cocktails or mixed drinks anymore. Sounds like he was just lazy to me. What kind of bar doesn’t serve drinks lol. I really loved this place but now this just sucks.

Can’t be more exciting to have bar with bowling in Burwood. $18 a bowling game, nice price and facilities are all brand new. It just so enjoyable to lay back on the sofa, drink with my friends and play bowling at the same time.

Great place to relax and have a bit of friendly competition with mates and loved ones. It has darts, pool and 10 pin bowling. Have a couple of drinks and the competition gets serious. Great way to enjoy some games.

Nice place for fun games like bowling, darts and drinks too. Bowling is 4 Aisle only and do not have own restaurant which took some extra time to receive the ordered items. But its good to hangout though.

Really a great place, a nice bar . Eight darts machines, 4 Darts-live and 4 Phoenix also have 4 bowling lanes. My friends and I really enjoyed the Bar. Don't miss that nice place to hang out.

Cityhero对面这家保龄球馆终于开业啦，里面有保龄球道还有台球桌，设施真的很全！飞镖台旁边有很多桌椅，吧台的酒水也很全，很多朋友一起去也完全可以坐的下。而且飞镖前面都是塑料头的，是有感应装置来计算位置得分，所以玩起来也很安全。 保龄球体验也很好，我以前是从来没有打过保龄球，真的是姿势也不正确球道也是歪的，但是真的可以大力出奇迹哈哈哈哈。整体环境挺好的，价格也很实惠
