Today, I showed up at 3pm, and admittedly the beginning of peak hour especially because it was a Thursday afternoon. What I needed done should have taken about 30 minutes tops. I got a $12 poster (16’:16’) which takes about 15/20 mins to print, along with 88 self serve photos. When I received the poster, it was too small initially, so the lovely girl who served me, helped me out and got it re-printed. Her service was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she was absolutely incredible. Reasoning why I’m giving only 2 stars is as it became busy, a man of Indian descent probably in his late 40’s was helping out. Not only did he finish with his 1 singular customer, he yelled out “I’m here for photo pick ups only, anyone picking them up?” When the 18 customers all shook their heads, he left this poor woman to deal with all 18 customers. It was actually astonishing as he could visually see how busy it was, and didn’t even attempt to help this woman get through all these jobs (ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING). So instead of being there 30-45 mins, myself along with many other customers had been there close to an hour (I myself had been there since 3pm and it was now 4pm). Finally, in the final 15 mins (at this time it was 4:15pm) another person came out and was finally helping this woman. Office works penrith. Do better to support your staff. Honest to god, I cannot believe how you have a single staff member on, during the start of peak times, especially on a Thursday where as a retail worker myself, understand is the most busy time (any day, but especially Thursdays) is after school and end of a lot of work days, and when printing thing at office works Is at the point of it being all round cheaper than a DIY print jobs (especially for A4 and normal photo prints ), it gets very busy. Every other office works I go to (Mulgrave, Gregory hills, even Rutherford when I’m in the area) always have 2-4 staff on in the printing section alone, even during the super quiet periods. And none of these stores are in central parts of areas like Penrith (aka, not super busy like penrith), and all are in central parts of big industrial areas.

I am a person with a disability who uses a back brace and a crutch. Thursday, 29th December 2023 I visited the Penrith Officeworks store to make a purchase. The staff did not know where the specific item was, and I found it myself. I had noticed that there were already TEN (10) customers in line. On my way back to the only register that was open, I noticed a woman with "bottle blonde" hair heading towards the back of the store. I thought nothing of this until approximately 20 minutes later, with still one register open, I noticed this same woman coming to assist. When I noticed this I called out: "we have been waiting 20 minutes", from my place 6 deep in the line, she yelled back, "yes, I'm coming now", as only an entitled child can. I was offended, considering this was the same woman moving at a leisurely pace in the opposite direction earlier. Luckily enough, sometime later, she called me over to be served at her register. She began to apologise but I cut her off. "I would like to speak to the Manager please" "Um, I 'AM' the Manager" "I want to speak to your Manager" "Just one minute, I'll call him down from upstairs" Insensed, there was a brief conversation between the two of us as to "How could you be the Manager, if you have to call the boss from upstairs, clearly you are NOT the Manager," etc. After two or three attempts to find him, the "Boss" Stephen arrived. He told me quite rudely to be quiet, led me away from the registers, and told me that yelling at him or his staff was not acceptable. When I continued to tell him that one register for 10 customers was not acceptable while the (alleged) store manager KNOWS about the situation and is strolling around at the other end of the store, he asked me to leave. This speaks to a CULTURE OF ABUSE BY WESFARMERS, the same company that owns BUNNINGS, OFFICEWORKS, GEEKS2U, TARGET, COLES, PRICELINE PHARMACY, KMART and online giant CATCH, as well as KING GEE, HARD YAKKA and STUBBIES. WESFARMERS ALSO OWNS SHARES IN COAL. BOYCOTT OFFICEWORKS, BOYCOTT WESFARMERS, BOYCOTT SELF SERVICE

For all women who go shopping to Penrith office work on their own! Please, bring someone with you if you have to buy heavy furniture in an oversized box! You’ll have to go with someone because, no one can or want to help you to get it into your car at all!! It’s very poor customer service! You can’t ask anyone to help you to carry. I went to Officeworks to buy a desk for my daughter to Do her homework. And asked a guy who worked there if he can help me to carry the box to the car and he said go and get the trolley! I knew that I have to get the trolley but I just want to make sure that I have someone to help me! when I came back with a trolley, he wasn’t even there for me. I saw a lady and she only helped me to put it on the trolley !!!! and I again asked the lady if anyone can help me to put the oversized box in the car and the lady said I should be able To manage to put it in the car on my own. Is it a great customer service?? Not even close!!! Even though the same lady saw me outside while I was struggling putting the box in my car, she didn’t even care to ask me if I was alright. She pretended not to see me at! This is so so poor customer service at Officeworks Penrith, shame on you and this is going to be my last time to visit to this Officeworks and I will tell all my friends about my bad experiences there.

The guy serving the print area tonight was lovely and knew how to work a computer he was very informative and answered all questions I had. He made the start of the process very easy and overall enjoyable, however, the lady that then took over from him when his shift ended was horrible and clearly could not care less about her job. She didn't know simple Control C or Control V or even how to just hold Control and select the things I wanted printed. I stood there watching as she copied and pasted each separate item into a new folder into the desktop to then print and it took sooo long. The printer kept not putting all my designs through and so she kept making me get my freshly printed designs out so she could count them again and again with her hands all over them AFTER she had just coughed a nasty chunky cough straight into those same hands. She also complained that it was my files that I was printing that kept messing up the printer and seemed to insinuate it was my fault. I live 5 seconds away from this office works but will be travelling somewhere else if she is on again. Hire people who know common decency and how to work a computer more than just simply turning it on.

Customer service is overall good - employees are nice and fairly attentive. My only complaint is being told incorrect information. I came in on 16/03/23 to print approx 40 photos. I went up to the service desk to enquire how-to, choose paper, configuration and kept reiterating that I wanted the glossy photo card stock used in standard photo printing. I was redirected to the self-serve area where the employee picked the option I was asking for - $4.50 per piece of paper. I asked again if that was per each unit of paper, I was told yes. I asked again clarifying that that was the price per item of paper, yes again. I decided to print the images on parchment paper as they cost >0.50c per unit. The following day, I accompany my little sister to her local Officeworks where she is also printing some photos. She uses the self serve kiosk and prints out beautiful, glossy, photo card images for less than 10$ for 64 photos. I paid over 22$ for my lacklustre images - approx 40ish images, 2 images per page. Why was I not told the actual option I was after? Disappointed.

Be Super careful of the One Pass scam that Officeworks participates in. I ordered an office chair with the belief that I was receiving free delivery as on the online invoice there was confusion due to one part saying that it would incur a delivery fee and on the other hand it stated that I had one delivery. HOWEVER, at no time did it mention the cost of delivery and it only appeared at $59 to drop a chair off from Penrith to Blaxland!!! No warning, no "confirm order?" just BANG!!! Order placed and it is costing 60 bucks more than you thought. DO NOT TRUST THIS ONE PASS SCAM and its participants. Shame on you Officeworks, your online billing is deliberately deceptive and I will never be using your business again and I will be warning absolutely EVERYBODY off trusting One Pass or Officeworks...utterly pathetic (and I have been online shopping for many, many years and never seen such a scammy method of billing)

I got photos printed out today of my great grandparents as present to my grandfather and when I went to get them my mother was with me who was also picking up photos she went to get her photos while I was in a different isle. I walked over to jump in the line which only had 2 people myself and my mother when the woman brought the photos back she gave my mother envelop with my name on one label and her name on the other I only saw this when my mother had shown me; sure enough when I opened the envelop it had my photos and hers in it. What would have happened if someone else got my photos I sure enough wouldn’t have gotten new ones printed. All because we had the same last name you thought maybe we will put them together. Our address were different as well. (My mother had said nothing about me to the worker.)

Hello On Wednesday 25 January at around midday we visited the Officeworks Penrith store to purchase a number of items. While there, we decided to use the bathroom and were dismayed at its condition. Not only were there discarded toilet tissue scraps strewn on the floor, but there was a number of used toilet tissue rolls discarded on the floor. Additionally, there were no spare toilet tissue within the bathroom to be used. While the tap was working there were no paper hand towels within the dispenser. To add insult to injury, the electric hand dryer was not working. The surfaces of the whole bathroom were dirty and clearly it had been sometime since the bathroom had been serviced. Given a choice, we will not be visiting the Officeworks Penrith store again. I do have a photo of the bathroom.

All I can say is wow. I came into the store to purchase a laptop, monitor, and extra curricular stuff for my new employee. I chose the laptop I wanted, and the staff member told me he needed a manager to unlock the anti-theft device. I waited for 10 minutes before another girl asked if I had been served. I told her the situation and she radio'd onto the manager. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before another girl asked if I has been served. She was told by another staff member that "rosie' was getting the key now. I wait around, and Rosie walks back out, Rosie happened to be the 2nd staff member I spoke to. At this point, noone knew who was helping me, so I put my stuff down and walked out of the store. Honestly shocking customer service considering I was spending >$1000 in store

This review is only directed to two certain staff members and not Officeworks. Went into store on the 5th of September at 11:30 am to return an item (everything intact and with a receipt) and two middle aged ladies attempted to give me a hard time. As soon as I answered one, the other staff would interfere and ask a whole range of questions. These older women had no business asking me questions for a simple exchange nor did they have the authority to so. I know this as none of them were able to create a return for me and had to call in the manager. Once the manager arrived, everything was sorted immediately. I applaud the managers exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, I had in to stand in that store far longer than I needed to do cause someone was probably having a bad day.

Placed a click and collect order for a printer with 2 hour pickup, after 2 1/2 hours rang service number and was told to ring back after 3 pm, that would be nearly 7 hours after order. Then got an email saying our order didn't meet security criteria even though they had taken the $800 + payment. Rang them to get told they could not tell me why ask for an explanation, got an email saying basically they cancelled the order because of security issues no real explanation. Waiting for the payment to be returned, they were quick to take but see when it comes back. Meanwhile contacted another retailer did a click and collect using same info and card NO PROBLEMS, and have already got it. SO BWARE of being stuffed around by Officeworks and not being given a legitimate reason!!!!!

Very poor customer service at the photo center. Staff literally told me he can't assist me because he does not know how to. While i was talking, private conversation was taking place as well with another staff who was not even bothered i was standing there waiting for assitance. Very unprofessional!. After I walked away and was fumbling my way with the kiosk another staff came over (i waved at him to come over) after I tried to print and was quick to point out I had the wrong network to transfer the photo wirelessly and walked away quickly. I went away and got my stuff done in another place under 10 minutes with great customer service. Officeworks Penrith need to pay attention to their customer service if they want keep their regular customers!

  • Patrick G

Great place to find everything you need for home or office!! They welcome you into the store with a lovely greeting and it's good vibes from there on. Logically set up, easy to find stuff you want and the staff can't hide!! But it's easy to find a knowledgeable helpful, friendly staff member! They don't have a reason to hide. Their pricing is expensive compared to smaller places, even though they have the "Bunnings style" price beat promise. By the time you fight them you may as well just buy it wherever... You just KNOW you can get just about everything office - that's why you go.. Parking is a bit of a nightmare - getting in and out and actually getting a park is problematic in busy times..otherwise its quite a pleasant experience.

  • Marcus R

Terrible customer service, wouldn't accept a digital copy of my 30 day account claiming they couldn't verify the account belonged to me despite my name on the card and refused to verify against my drivers licence. I've made multiple purchases from the same store using the same card and no issues. Then confirmed that if I presented my plastic card they would accept no worries?? If there are security issues with a digital card, why would you accept the hard copy?? It has the exact same details so why do those security issues magically disappear with a plastic card??. Really disappointing to be treated like a criminal in front of my wife, children and other customers!!!

Everything in this day and age has gone so lazy, you can not get proper customer service. You want something printed takes only 5 mins for the workers to do or even less. I’m standing there at the self serve trying to print stuff and you can’t recharge the office works card have to do it at the counter I payed for my card and walked out. This officeowkrs used to be good now they have just gone down hill. I asked for help and she just said something and walked off. I’m there standing in line & then struggling with the self serve for a good 40 mins and had to leave because the staff was hopeless and I have places to be. Came here for nothing.

  • Carol Cady

Poor customer service. Visited Penrith Officeworks looking for glitter. I spoke to a young woman near the entry and she directed me to the craft lanes. After searching for the glitter and not finding any I went back to the same person and showed her that after using the internet I found Penrith store did have glitter. She didn’t show much interest in helping me find the glitter so I said to her do you want me to go home, order online and come back and get it ? She agreed that it might be the best thing to do. How ridiculous to be standing in a store with the product I need available and being sent home to order it online.

Had an amazing experience with my printing at Officeworks Penrith. I needed a few documents printed for my uni assignment which were time critical and had them completed in minutes even though the team were obviously very busy. Only problem i had was i overheard two customers rudely demand service at a "SELF SERVE" machine and when counter service was offered, the customer refused as it "costs extra". Do people use their brains anymore? The reason they get a cheaper service at self serve is because it's not paying the team member for their time. Overall much respect to the team and their patience with entitled customers.

  • Joshua Sacca

I had a great experience needing to print out some things. This was mainly watching and being helped by one of the girls named Caela. Super fast and efficient whilst also being polite. The other girl with dark hair was a little less helpful, asking me to stand aside while waiting for an email to send??? And then proceed to serve 3 other customers, untill Caela was finished with helping an older couple with what seemed like a huge task, she then jumped strait into me and helped me out. Glad that office works has the facilities to be able to produce the product I got and the staff to help out. Thanks again to Caela.

I travelled from Katoomba by train to get a Macbook Air and asked for it in Gold, when i got home and opened it up was Space grey, called them to ask if there was anything that could be done, as i live so far I couldnt easily come back to the store to exchange. Then like some Christmas miracle the manager Reehan got his colleague Adam to drive all the way to Katoomba to replace the laptop with the gold one. Absolutley excellent and surprising service from Reehan and Adam! Thank you so much for driving all the way here to help me out and rectify the mistake. Top blokes!

Received email & text message to say my click and collect item had arrived in store that I ordered 2 days prior - I went to collect it 3 hours later and it couldn’t be found anywhere - even though the staff acknowledged it should be , I was told I could go to Minchinbury if I needed it urgent or come back tomorrow and they “should “ have it .the click and collect system is floored - staff had lacklustre attitude and didn’t seem to care that I ordered it for a reason , i was expected to chase up another item . Poor customer service Officeworks Penrith !

  • karloss martinezz

The most discussing service I have ever experienced. This is the first time I have tried to print photos digital. The staff at the print desk do not listen to what you want and do not help. They have a horrible attitude where they do not even stop to explain how to use the equipment, they just point and slur. If you try and get help a second time, you just get ignored. I recommend that you get rid of all of the staff there and hire some people who can actually help, and don't let their customers leave angrily. I will never go here again.

  • Iain Hocknull

Very poor service. I spent 30 mins with a nice employee on the phone helping them sort out bad errors on their product website specifications. He agreed to price match ARC after asking for a double check because I needed the item today and did not want to drive to ARC. After confirming the price match he said he would leave it at front counter. I drove all the way there and the register had it but wanted to charge me the full price. The floor manager argued in front of everyone and said it was my obligation to prove who I spoke to.

Always takes long time while waiting on photo or print out side . Staff’s particularly a lady at the photo counter and print our section looks like they are not happy for us to be there . Queues at these particular part is long and be ready to spend 1/2 hour there in queue . No one has eye contact with you . There was only staff for free gfs FG tee fvrfvdwth free at the counter while we were waiting in the queue, not one staff thought of helping out at the counter . Hope they will improve this customer service

  • Brielle Parkinson

I came into Officeworks Penrith with my mum who was very stressed regarding the printing of my nans funeral booklets. Bree from the printing section was an absolute queen!! She was very patient and understanding & even got them done on the spot even though there was cutting that needed to be done which would have taken longer than usual. I hope this reaches the right person and she gets the recognition she deserves. We will definitely be back for future printing and hope to be looked after by Bree!

  • dean mcclymont

As a landscape photographer,, getting all my work printed here for all my customers is second to none everything is of high quality and they print everything on time with no hassle, or delay, the staff are very friendly and the customer service is awesome the guy's behind the print desk know exactly what to do and what u want without any drama ,,thank u office works penrith,,because of your service and friendly staff my customer base has grown and iam definitely coming back again

  • nicole Riches

Disappointing came down to get some posters printed, and when I paid the girl at counter she told me about a 15min wait, after 15 min go to the counter then I'm informed by another worker it will at least be another 20 min. I think your staff need to be trained correctly if they are working in this area not to mis inform customers. It surely doesn't take 45min to print posters. Should bring back the store at Mt druitt never had to wait this long, penrith store is super slow

  • Amir Qavam

This is a big lie about the Price BEAT GUARANTEE I found a tablet which was 100$ more than another shop.I called the center and he said it's available in Penrith Shop. I went there to click and collect. the sales person started to ignore me and she started to talk with another sales person. 1 hour later, she came back to me and said we have one, but it is broken!!!! I said, "Could you show me?" she said NO. Penrith officework didn't want to sell it at a cheaper price to me.

  • Vita Miranda

Went in the other day to print a 5x7 photo. After waiting for about 30 minutes for the ONE photo, a worker walked up to me to give me the envelope while i was on the phone. I then packed pram and babies into car when i realised i was holding someone elses photos. Turns out they never printed my photo. After being there for an hour i walked out without a refund. The girl at the counter even asked me "are you sure you are not so-and-so?" Umm yes i am sure i know my own name.

  • Jason Houlton

Feeling ripped off today and all should know that the self serve if you use a word doc be prepared to throw your money away as the machine printed the doc all jumbelded but o that's my error for using a word doc and even tho I just paid neer $200 I now have to print it all again and pay again. all need to know of this as there is no sign saying no word doc it feels like I have just been scamed and that's alot of money! If there was a way to put 0 stars I would

  • Zoe Bochynski

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, I tried to enquiry about printing a few things in different sizes etc, the lady at the counter started to listen and then tuned out and focused on the other person getting served and also started to read a printed email whilst I was trying to explain what I wanted. Then all she said to me was email it and we'll sort it out and then walked away. What a joke, so upset! I walked out and won't be back

  • Muusty Basha

unbelievable customer service rude lady at the front counter shopped there the other day used my digital discount card and went in today to shop an tried to use it again and the rude lady refused it as they claim there policy doesn't cover and then showed them how they did it last week an still refused and not only but wouldn't price match the same item from another store! Worse customer service I have ever received wont be shopping there again.

  • Noelle Parra

I had very specific requests for the kind of print job that I needed so I had gone and visited my local Officeworks (Minchinbury) who have turned me away as they said they couldn't do it. I went to Officeworks Penrith and was attended to by Amber who had such a great can-do attitude! Despite the requests I had for my wedding invites, she was more than happy to help and I ended up with an invite sample that was exactly how I wanted it!

  • Sausage Mahoney

I’m not a 1star review kinda guy but this is just ridiculous. They accepted to order online knowing of their massive backlog. So our item should have taken max 2 days, it won’t be for another week. Also won’t refund so we can buy it elsewhere so we’re stuck waiting for this to come in and cannot afford to go elsewhere because we spent our money at officeworks. Poor work my dudes, this is not how to treat customers

  • Kieryn Kelly

DO NOT ORDER PHOTOS FROM HERE. Worst experience ever. Every step of the way was an issue, from uploading photos to trying to pay to trying to print, nothing worked and I had to line up 3 times just for a simple self serve order of 3 photos. In the end when the system wouldn’t print my order i just got a refund and walked out. What should have been a quick 5-10 minute trip turned into a 40 minute waste of time.

  • Jay Soriano

Very rude staff, not even a "Hi/hello". Went to collect an online order, stood at the desk for a minute or so and the lady just looked at me and asked if I have a barcode. Then when another staff brought out my order on a trolley which is a little bulky, I said the car is right at the front and the young man said, you can get a trolley. Google should add a zero star option to be honest.

  • Jessica Siagian

My absolute favourite Officeworks in the whole of NSW. The most amazing customer service and expertise in their products. In particular, Anthony, Alex and Jess were amazing staff who went above and beyond to deliver the best customer service possible. I am beyond happy with my experience shopping at this store. Thanks so much Anthony, Alex and Jess! Will definitely be visiting again.

  • A Rebecca (Ally)

Thank you to the Staff from Officeworks Penrith. I had an online ordering issue that was of no fault to them and the assistance I had to resolve the issue from Steve and the staff was amazing. This time of the year can be challenging as we are all busy but I was very appreciative of the service that I received! Will definitely be shopping at Officeworks Penrith again!

  • Ray Ray

Extremely poor customer service, waited 15 minutes after asking for assistance, not one staff member could opperate a machine designed to assist them retrieving stock on top shelves. That was after a further 5-7 minute wait while they could not locate keys for said machine. Terrible parking. Overall poor experience and I will never return to this office works.

  • Audrey-ann Moghaddam

Do not go here if you want to get children passport photos "apparently" they "dont" have a set up, even though clearly the set up is right next to where you are standing at the counter. We were advised we would have to go post office which are closed. Management will need to update website to show you can not go to office works to have passport photos taken.

  • Gail Simpson

On entry greeted by help desk - excellent I received valuable help today from all penrith officeworks staff Special mention to Mary in print and scan- patient helpful - job done - excellent Special mention to Tom who lifted and sorted heavy items and checked my problem with printer that I purchased yesterday - sorted - excellent friendly helpful atmosphere

  • Matt Johns

Delivery was a week late. I asked them to check it because tracking information was bad. Took a long time to find a contact page. Finally got a response "Deliveries can take up to a week". I asked them to just ask the shipping company if my package was on its way. The email bounced back from officeworks address saying inbox was full. Avoid these clowns.

  • tegra1

Officeworks at Penrith offer a discount on Avery labels when you buy three packs. Sounds good, however they only ever have one or two packs on the shelf. Obvious designed to suck you in to buy at a higher price. I now buy online elsewhere at a much better price than their so called discount, and my order arrives the next day :) Bye Officerorts

  • Jacinta Luppino

Last yr i had bought a roll of brown paper. When i got outside it was raining. Went back in and asked if there was any plastic i could get this wrapped in plz as it's raining? Not only did she go out to the back to get plastic for me, as she was wrapping it up, i had asked do i need to pay for the plastic and she said no.

  • Lauren Keys

Office works @ Penrith Have the most amazing staff, very helpful and understanding, especially the young lady Amber who works in the print and copy section of the store is remarkable with her eye for detail. She used the upmost care when printing invites and other bits and pieces for my wedding. Cant thank her enough

  • Preeti

No signs indicating they no longer do counter service for printing for standard A4 size. Stood in the line for 15 minutes only to be told to go to the self printing checkout as behind the counter they only do “unique sizes” or canvases etc. that’s cool, but put a sign so we know not to waste our time waiting.

  • Nathan Smith

Don't ever buy from penrith officeworks I bought a fibit watch and it was a big rubbish watch they said it was 5 Years Gurantee and I bought it $197 and they didn't refund my money even I couldn't ring someone with the smart watch even the charging was bad it was only 30%. even the price was so cheap

  • Donna Low

Print staff were extremely helpful with funeral booklets printed and folded (we desperately needed them for the next day!). It was done while we waited in 15 mins. I can't thank them enough as it was mid afternoon and quite busy. ✔✔✔I would reccomend this store over the new one at Eastern Quarter.

  • Jeremy Nathanielsz

Amazing service from Mary for a print job we had done for our cafe. Ordered last night and ready this morning. Her commitment to ensuring the prints were correct was impressive - received messages first thing in the morning to double check specs and prints were ready soon after! Thank you so much

Wow I got the best customer service that you just don't get anymore. I needed ideas to put documents into slips with boards. Anthony was the guy that served me and he was fantastic, very helpful and great customer service from such a young man Thankyou Anthony, you're the best. …

  • Jane Reynolds

Mary was very rude & obviously didn't want to help as I disturbed her little chat with 2 other employee's, after that incident I'll go to another office works! If you don't want to work give your Job to someone who does as you don't deserve to be working there...... Disgustingly RUDE!!

  • Claudia Morgan Vlogs

Unfriendly staff!! Didn’t even get a look in the eyes or thanks at the register. Just points at the receipt and says their is your receipt while her head is on the ground.I can tell you if she was in a retail industry where she had to go catch her commission she would Lose every time.

  • Ahmed Mohamed

Very disappointing service. I went to collect my items at 5 pm. I was told that the store is closed due to covid case, when I asked about the manager, he said 'the manager is self isolated ". Another staff member came out and said'I am the acting manager and the store is closed.

  • R Willcocks (Brockstar)

I usually love office works, the staff have previously been very helpful. I did my first click and collect yesterday and they have implemented a very impersonal system. As accommodating as the staff were, their procedures treat you like a number not a customer. Very sad.

Located in the heart of penrith city this store is always busy. Get all of your stationery needs, all in one place. The staff are helpful to assist you and it is always tidy. You can email items across to the print store for the majority of your print requirements also.

  • Rebecca Brown

Dont worry about the service, there was none. Never printed before using self service. I had to keep going back to the counter. It would have taken 5 min to help me, instead it took 25 min to print 10 page black and white. No customer service. They were not busy.

  • Mehtab Singh

Excellent place for stationery for Kids and others. One can very conveniently print documents here. Just send them documents via email with instructions and they have the prints ready for you. They have a smooth and timely service. Staff is good.

  • Chantelle Stevens

Long wait times in printing department and staff on floor is limited when you have a question, however when you do get assistance, staff are friendly and helpful. The shop does stock most things and is open early until late which is convenient.

I would like to thank Arron and the crew in the printing section of the Penrith store. They are totally professional, courteous and in my case exceptionally sympathetic. Officeworks should be very proud to have personnel of this calibre.

When you're on the phone ringing for 30 minutes after a failed order to try to find a time to collect your 'click-and-collect' order, to then be hung up on deliberately by an employee before you could say one word, is not nice
