The lady at the counter mentioned that she can't do a printout at the counter, but that I can use the self-serve if I want it immediately. So, I went to the self-serve, took the receipt from there to pay at the counter. Asked the person, how I would get the printout before paying. He mentioned that, I just have to scan the barcode & it would be printed. So, I paid, took the receipt with barcode & scanned. It said, it's in process & would take a few minutes or ask at the counter. I waited, then went to the counter to ask for help. The lady now says, that the printout will come at the counter. But, she can't put the paper in as it's now considered to be 'counter service', that I would have to wait until tomorrow morning. It's ridiculous for self-serve to be considered counter service. Why would the options be at self-serve otherwise. When questioned, she said that policy changed in the last 2 weeks. She couldn't show me a written policy nor, I could find in the website. I wonder how customers are to know & plan our work, if it's not written anywhere. Absolutely horrible customer service.

This store is AMAZING, from the products to the service to the accessibility. I always receive consistent and outstanding service from the lovely people here, in the printing section, in the service section.it’s always a delight. I would highly recommend Declan, luke , callum , Alyah , georga. They always go above and beyond for you. Even when they are really busy and under the pump ( which is mostly ) the team here serves you with a smile. I brought my daughters laptop in the other day and even thought it was out of warranty they still did the best they could to help me out. And I don’t mind waiting in long lines or waiting a few minutes, the service is worth it. They’re trying their best. I’ve read these reviews and some of them are just ridiculous, people need to grow up.

Ordered a Matrix adjustable desk it was not clear to the staff that it came in three cartons so I had to visit the store three times. What's worse is that the Indian supervisor did not acknowledge the inconvenience. I was looking for an apology but an acknowledgement at least would have been nice which the junior staff member who had served me on my second visit then did provide by apologising for the inconvenience. Won't be ordering online from Officeworks again. Your staff and systems can't handle it. The desk itself appears to be good value but assembly was challenging and the table top was dented. Not going to bother to return after the nightmare to pickup the order and effort to assemble.

Hi I visit the store regularly 2 or 3 times a week. I am an early childhood teacher and I buy all my craft,card,paper, pens and inks for my printer here. I am there 7.00am as soon as store opens on the way to work or after 7.00 at night on my way home. Always helpful, polite, cheery early in the morning. Were there all through Covid. I have ordered stuff which was not in stock and have always had good service The parking is great noone scratches my car. And now I can use my flybuys. First class. Merry Christmas to all staff I will be in at 9.09am this morning to collect my order. Have you noticed their great recycle bins at the front door. I am a fan

Was an issue with our printing order which was needed before Christmas. For some reason, their system said dispatched instead of still processing and was meant to be delivered on the 20th of December - so most probably not anyone's error. Matt went above and beyond to find another way to get my printing order sorted in store and ready while I was there. To be honest, I was expecting an "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do to get your order before Christmas" but they were very apologetic and went out of their way to help me out. It was extremely appreciated and the customer service level was excellent.

Tried to print photos online to pick up I'm store but the website wouldn't let me check out numerous times, phoned the store first thing in the morning to see when the best time to get prints as I would be coming in with 3 young children I was told after 8pm is really quiet and I wouldn't have to wait long made it to the sop at 8:30pm and was told we are no longer printing and I would have to come back tomorrow , such a huge waste of my time and the staff weren't accommodating at all! Considering there staff gave the incorrect information.

Lots of helpful staff. Also some very lazy staff. 9/1/24 I bought a HP laptop after been told by tech salesperson it would be ok for Google Chrome turns out it couldn't handle it well so it was virtually useless for Chrome. So needless to say I had to return it. I still appreciate the help a staff member who helped set it up. But the guy on the phone shouldn't have sold it to me in the first place. So I recommend being careful purchasing laptops

Horrible customer service by the person on print and copy register. Apparently she was too busy to scan passport and asked me to book a time with her to do it or use the self serve station (which took me 20mins to scan one passport). While I was scanning the passport at the self serve kiosk she served other 4 customers that were not even booked in and straight away did their job. Definitely would give a zero or -1 star to the customer service.

I had a very good experience of customer service at Mulgrave officework. Ajay shah was very friendly and co-operative and I got prompt service and response from him. My problems were very well addressed and he provided me with good suggestion which was very helpful. I recommend Ajay if you are looking for a reliable and quick response with the good suggestions. Brought in my USB, stuck it into their machine. Pre- Paid $3 using phone. Selected USB, print, black and white (cheaper), then hit print double sided (cheaper), then got all my prints! Quick, efficient, easy. You don’t even need an Office Works card anymore. You can choose to have a receipt printed at the end free of charge if you’re a business and want to claim. Super clean place!

I wanted to enquire whether a laptop was in stock. After waiting for some time amount of time, it was clear no one was available. I approached an older male employee and said “excuse me”. He snapped back “I’m with a customer. What do you want?” I said some customer service. He yelled to someone to help but no one came… ever. So we left. It didn’t appear particularly busy.

Ample parking. Nice staff, absolutely horrid store. How a company became as big as Office Works with stock control that bad is beyond me. Intentionally confusing layout that not even the staff can navigate. Often understocked despite what the website says. Want something from out the back? Hope you brought a snack, it'll be about 20 minutes, if they have it.

Had to go there three times in 3 days. Only one staff member took the time to really help me. Matt, had excellent customer service skills and was genuinely interested in helping me. The various other staff, were in experienced and made me feel like I inconvenienced them for asking for help. Thanks Matt, I appreciate nice people like yourself. Merry Xmas.

I am disabled & I have Parkinson's Disease. I walked into Officeworks Mulgrave 19 November 2022 at approximately 13:00 to purchase some ink for my printer & a small USB flash drive. I'd had a big day my legs were failing me the staff noticed me struggling & helped me. Great staff I can't thank them enough for there help. I'll definitely shop here again.

Shout out to the staff who were more than happy to help me out still, and a BIG thank you to Laura K who went out of her way to make sure I got everything I needed. Attended Officeworks McGraths Hill purely to purchase a Blaupaunt 55" Android TV. stock was available, staff were helpful and assisted me to load the item into my vehicle. Great price, happy with purchase.

Your price matching T's and C's need better advertising. Don't tell customers over the phone one thing and another when they get to the checkout. I wasted my time coming there the other day.
