Was waiting at the printing station, already sent the email to print and the employees were idly chatting to each other, while we were waiting for over 5 mins for no reason whatsoever. The printing department in this store is a joke. I've tried several times to print item here and each time have given up. I just stood waiting in line for 20 mins to be served - one staff member asked another if he was serving me. He said no, first staff member walked away anyway. So I walked out.
