One of the worst nail salons I have been to. First they waxed off one of my eyebrows, although she didn't charge me for the eyebrow service, the fact that I didn't have one eyebrow during the holiday season was the most miserable feeling. The lady told me that eyebrow would grow back within a week, well it is soon going to be a month it's still growing. The lady also advised that I can cover it up with makeup...wow really? To cover up her mistake she kept tinting my eyebrow to a point where It just made me look like a clown. The tint which I told would last a week only lasted for that night.I also asked to wax my upper lip and chin, the lady waxed the hair off so bad with the hot wax, that I also had burns on my chin and the sides of my lips during the Holiday season. In addition I also got my manicure done here, shellac to be precise. Shellac is usually supposed to last a month .This one didn't even last week let alone a month. I paid 10 AUD extra for this particular am shellac color. My nails too began to chip. I a first time mum and I have a 4 month old baby, I wanted to get out of the house to pamper myself after her birth and this is the pampering session I received. I was in tears by the time I got home.

Much much much pricier than other nail salons in the area or rouse hill. Very average work. My nails are much longer on the right hand than the left which I pointed out twice but nothing was done about it. I can deal with uneven lengths but they lack of attention to detail annoyed me. The previous colour was left on the side of my nails and again I pointed it out and the guy acknowledged it and said he would cover it with a second coat of nail paint but forgot to do so. This is post the first coat being applied so it's a matter of seconds that his memory lapse took place. I pointed it out again but this time I wasn't even acknowledged. I got infills done on acrylic nails and a gel pedicure. If you are satisfied with average nails and love to overpay then this is the place for you. Check out picture attached from less than 12 hours ago. And no I can't come back to your mail salon for repairs!! I have kids who are school holidays and it's impossible to get away from them. If you cant fix the problem after its been pointed out during the session you definitely don't deserve a second visit.

I went in last night on the 7th/September to get a eyebrow and upper lip wax. The lady i had literally took less than 2 minutes. It was so rushed, she didnt even comb, or tweeze or trim- NOTHING. She didnt even offer me the mirror to see if if i liked it. So when i got up and had a look at the mirror i told her i didnt like it and she rushed my eyebrows ESPECIALLY paying $22 for lip and eyebrows for her to just rush it. I kid you mot she just applied the wax ripped it off and said ‘ok done thankyou’ when i explained i didnt like it she said ‘no no no its good’ and i said ‘no You rushed it you didnt even trim or tweeze she literally grabbed the siccors while im still standing and looking into the mirror and tried to snip some hairs on ONE eyebrow. The service i recieved last night was so disgusting and awful im never coming back. How RUDE ! learn how to treat customers and not just take their money !

Have been here twice. The first time was around Christmas time and myself and my mum had to wait over 1.5 hours from our appointment time for our nails to even get started (which I understood as it was close to Christmas) but then the second time which was only very recent I needed a new full set of acrylics put on so I asked them to remove old ones first and when removing them they didn’t take any care and ripped my nail and skin when removing the old acrylic which made my finger bleed. If that wasn’t enough for me to already be dissatisfied when my nails were “finished” they all have bubbles in them and they haven’t even been painted correctly, there is spots missing where they haven’t painted. I’m now on antibiotics with an infection in my finger from there poor service and lack of care. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I’ve been here a couple times and the first time was amazing. Most of the staff are so kind and welcome but there is one staff member who is blunt and rude. Every time I’ve had her, she never does my nails right and is so rough and rude. I am not a picky person but when I ask for coffin shape and you give me almond?? I asked for a baby pink and you put on a dark pink, then thankfully your staff college fixed that up. I also asked for rhinestones on my hands because it was my birthday and I wanted birthday nails. And you completely ignored me. I am only 17 and I’m scared to speak up but this has happened 2 times already and I’m sure other people have experienced the same thing with her, she is an older lady and I honestly think she needs to fix her attitude

Just wanted to let you know that our appointment on 15/2/2023 paid $90 total was very disappointing. Me and mom had come for SNS. I messaged you privately to give the review but you ignored so had to post here. Mom didn’t have the layering /dips done properly. I asked for double coat. The nails look really dull with a layer of thin nail paint. I have a cut mark on my fingers where the attendant cut the extra skin. Very Painful. While removing older and also it was very painful and rough no care was been taken. Even after showing discomfort she kept on doing it the same way. I didn’t have a good experience with her and she was not soft and often got angry. Made us move from one place to another atleast 5 times. Got attented after waiting for almost an hour.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The staff swapped 3 times and I was left with someone so rough that my nail bed was damaged during the removal. The tips were cut to all different lengths and the acrylic was laid thick and uneven and I was told it would be fixed - it wasn’t. All of my nails are bumpy, and different lengths, shapes and thicknesses. If that wasn’t enough, she filed into my finger, which left me bleeding and then proceeded to blame the file. She pressed the filed powder into the cut, and continued filing. To make up for this she said that she’d take $5 off because she cut me. $5 won’t cover any medical issues if this leads to infection.

25/11/2023: My second bad experience at this place! I went back because the last time I went for a pedicure, the lady did an amazing job. Based on that good experience, my partner and I decided to get a pedicure done on 25/11/2023! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The whole pedicure was so rushed! Heels were not looked after! No proper massage was done at the end. Wondering what would have happened if I had the nail polish option picked as well. My heels were not touched at all, and my partner’s right foot’s middle finger is all swollen!

Been here a few times now for a pedicure. Never really had to wait long. Excellent service and attention to detail. They don't skimp on the foot/calf massage and don't charge extra or complain when you ask them to use the razor on an extra dry heel. Some places ive been to have told me off for that. They also don't charge a fee for paying with card like every other place. The ladies are always friendly and welcoming. My new go-to nail salon

I had a lovely time here yesterday. I got a mani+pedi shellac and the staff were really accommodating and pleasant! My nails/fingers are wonky and they managed to get them pretty perfect. I have always experienced some sort of pain, like a pinch whenever I had my nails done somewhere else. Here, nothing but relaxation the whole time I was there! Love them so much! 100% will be coming back and recommending them to everyone

Friendly service and always happy to help In regards to pricing they are on the higher side, my nails below cost $80 and if I would have gone to my old nail lady this would have cost $55 (and ive had many creative designs and multiple colours). But they do a good job and its hard to find a good nail salon in the area. They would be a 5 star if they fix their pricing for nail design.

I would have given zero if I could. 1. They do a messy job with the shaping and the filing. 2. When I expressed that I’m not happy with the way my nails looked they provided an irrelevant reason instead of fixing it. 3. They charge for matte top coats which is pretty strange given that no where else charges for them. I honestly do not recommend them at all.

I went and got a full set of acrylics done and the staff were incredibly detailed and super friendly. I got asked every step of the way if i liked the look of things. I admit this salon is pricey for designs but they do a great job so I would say it is worth it. The lady who did both mine and my partners nails was super detailed and did a great job.

I’ve had my nails done here quite a few times and it’s about time I left a review. Every time my nails come out perfectly as all of the nail techs are extremely talented and efficient. Nancy did my nails today for the first time and she is just so precise and her work is amazing! For the effort they put in to the price is very reasonable. 5 stars.

I told staff oval shape and she did square shape . I told her but couldn’t understand what she said as her English was not clear. She told something to her staff sitting next to her and three is them started talking to each other in their language and stared laughing. I m not hoppy as they rushed in doing the nails. Not professional at all.

if youre going here for a pedicure, yeah its fine i guess. but if you want a pedicure where your nails remain strong dont go here with your hands. When removing gel, they did it so carelessly that they literally nearly filed down my nail to meat in the middle of the nail, horribly painful and now my nail is weak in the middle great...

The nail salon is absolute stunning, amazingly friendly staff who have done such an incredible job for myself and other customers around me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a very professional, and high quality standard performance and customer service. I Will be definitely making this place my go to place from now on :)

I got my nails done here and they ruined my nail bed. I had some acrylics removed and the lady popped them off instead of soaking them, resulting in my nails cracking and bleeding. This was an extremely painful experience and costed me $100+ for a gel mani pedi. I refuse to come here again. Would not recommend.

Have had my nails done here a few times and the staff do an amazing job. Even if they are busy they take time & care with your nails and have great attention to detail checking in with you throughout the process to make sure that you’re happy with the work they are doing.

I visited her for the first time, but had a lovely experience, the vibe was so different here. Lucy and Thuly were really awesome with their work. Good options to choose colours. Very neat and clean Nail Saloon. I shall definitely recommend this saloon to you ladies.

Got my nails done here for the first time and absolutely love them! Will definitely be coming back. It’s great to have a good salon that’s local. Also very family friendly, I saw the staff taking care of a customers baby while the mother was getting her nails done.

Very dodgy when it comes to pricing. They change amounts inspite on quoting you one thing. Had few occasions this happened and realised they try to get away with it if they can. Not happy with this rip off attitude. Honesty is surely not their best virtue.

Busy place anytime you go, but they make sure to take you in and do their best for you. The only thing I would like them to provide or do is sanitise the massage chair after each person uses them.
