Wonderful store! Young Moon, owner and florist, artistically creates beautiful floral arrangements. Table centrepieces and floral arrangements are eye catching, beautiful in colour and lovely in presentation. I typically bring a table centrepiece as a hostess gift and the arrangement prepared by Young is consistently applauded for its originality and beauty. Young will also prepare an arrangement to her customer’s own specifications or thoughts on what her customer would like to see in an arrangement. The store is also great to shop in for cards or pottery created by Young. This is a real gem of a flower shop! Anne Marie

Ordered $120 peony bouquet (+$10 delivery and HST). Bouquet (from pics my friend sent me and showed me when FaceTiming) was much smaller than image on website and certainly not worth $120. When I sent a message to Moon’s (I now live overseas) to ask about it never received a response. Further, within two days half the peonies had dropped most of their petals so not good quality flowers. My friend is too polite to complain but I’m not. Personally I’d avoid this florist and I certainly won’t use them again. Expensive and disappointing.

Bought this beautiful dried flower arrangement for Mother's Day. I noticed right away the vase was not as fancy as the online photo. The store owner was very kind and explained she chose this vase because I requested a taller arrangement. But she also understood that I was not expecting such a plain vase so she gave me the option to come back later so she can do a swap. Once I got home and added my final touches, I realized the overall look was perfect. Most importantly, my mom LOVES it!!

I'm so happy that I tried ordering from Moon's Flowers. I called shortly after 9am Tuesday. The lady who answered the phone was so sweet and helpful. I ordered a large orchid plant. It arrived by noon following my specific delivery instructions perfectly. The orchid plant is the biggest and most beautiful one we've ever seen. I plan to use Moon's Flowers from now on and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I've been ordering flowers from Moon's for years, and they never disappoint. They always deliver exactly as ordered and the plants last a long time if you treat them right. My mum still has her orchids from the last few birthdays and Mother's Days and they're still gorgeous. Easy online ordering system and multiple confirmations to keep you abreast of what's going on. This is a cute shop with great service and the flower arrangements are beautiful, but 90% of the house plants (cacti, succulents, bonsai, etc) I have purchased from here have died within two months despite following proper watering/lighting instructions. I will absolutely still purchase floral arrangements here for special occasions - I just won’t be buying house plants here anymore.

Ordered flowers bouquet for my DIL to be’s Bridal shower and it looked absolutely gorgeous. I have requested delivered to the venue in Burlington and it came right on time. Everyone was complementing and absolutely love it. Unfortunately I don’t have a proper pic but thanks to the staff for great work. Thank you. My son ordered from here as well and same complements. I met Young the day she opened #moonsflowers. Over 2.5 years later I have seen her store blossom into a beautiful magical store. The hidden gem located on Dunn Street behind #secondcup in Oakville. EXTREMELY unhappy with the flowers we got my mom. They delivered with absolutely no card so she didn’t know who they were from and the picture of the bouquet had WAY more flowers, and blooming flowers, than what we received. Here’s a picture of what we got versus what they advertised. I wouldn’t recommend using this company.

Ordered from Moons over the Christmas Break. Was told I would be getting white and red roses delivered to a friend, they delivered a green and white mixture of foliage. I was disappointed as there are lots of other shops I could have ordered from that wouldn't have been dishonest. ORDER FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.
