Our children have been to elite private schools, in two NSW locations. Then our daughter gained entry in year 9 to attend Manly Selective. Her previous school could not offer acceleration. She has blossomed here, and the way the teachers care for each individual student is remarkable. They truly show what it means to be passionate about educating well, and without bias. Children can be whole without judgement. As well as great staff and teachers, the leadership team, headed by Cath Whalan is amazing and hands on, leading by example. The STEM faculty are excellent & very supportive. Unfortunately, the same can't be said about the school administration and some of the students. This school failed in fulfilling its duty of care towards our daughter. We tried talking with the school in good faith to address the shortcomings, but the school refused to work with us. Instead they started misrepresenting events to protect themselves, rather than acknowledging that mistakes were made, assure us they won’t be repeated, and move on. So very stressful for us.

Pretty good, but unfortunately Special K committed several acts of vandalism (including hiding lettuces in the female toilets, drawing genitalia on the forehead of a teacher that was sleeping in her car at her house, and worst of all it is rumored that he sprayed baby-batter with enough power and force to blind everyone in a 2km radius) also chicken shop

I love this school with all of my heart. However, the remnants of the war crimes which were committed by Mauri in dropping nuclear bombs in the bathroom with gas which could rival Hitler was the downfall of my great experience here. Now she is trying to shift the blame towards the school in a desperate attempt to recover her tattered reputation.

I got in trouble for breathing to loudly and were bullied and the principle talked about self discipline. I found one hundred bucks on the ground one time so 5 stars

As a proud student of this school, the students and teachers are both very nice. I'm looking forward to the many new joys of this school. :)

Abandon hope all ye who enter here. This "school" is a dumping ground for children who the dept of education don't want to cope with.
