Tuesday 1st June 2021 Thanks Ralph Isn't it refreshing to see a respectful executive or station manager walking to every passenger on the platform to apologise about the inconvenient that occurred on the Green Metro Line yesterday? If I was a decision maker, I will promote Mr Ralph who is probably the station manager at the Macquarie University station. He made our day this 6:15 morning, when walking to each an everyone interacting, apologizing and assuring us that they are making sure that this doesn't happen again. I haven't visited here since the Sydney Metro opened and so the information below could now be outdated and wrong, especially the part about low frequency trains. **------------** North Ryde Station is in a convenient location for Lane Cove River Tourist Park, Macquarie Park Cemetery and Crematorium, and the many offices in the area. There is also a somewhat frequent bus connection, there is a separate bus connection to Sydney Olympic Park when events are on there. Also, the escalators are very long but not always a lot of trains.

The station is just like Macquarie park and Macquarie University station and all the three train station are close to each other stations.i liked the station because of the service and it's underground. When I went there so first I thought it would be a small station but when I went inside it was so big and the station is very nice and good because it is very well maintained station.

My go-to metro station. Very clean and always well maintained. Take door 13 for elevator. The only downside is there’s no parking space around. And since it’s very down under from road if the elevator is under repair it takes huge inconvenience to go all the way down with baby and pram. That’s the only inconvenience unfortunately

My son left his phone on the Metro and the train station assistant, Patrick was amazing in trying to assist in finding it. Patrick co-ordinated with his colleague on the Metro to check at Tallawong. The outcome was amazing with a kind Metro user taking the phone to Castle Towers. Thumbs Up to the Metro.

Pretty busy train station these days specially after Sydney Metro, there are many big enterprises around this station quick makes it one of the busiest station on northern (Chatswood-Epping) line. There is no parking space near the station, parking around this area is always an issue.

Beautiful area very modern safe , good friendly mixture of people in the area. Close to the city. Many shopping centres close by. Good roads and public transport. Nice architecture and good gardens and parks. Clean and safe.

Always clean. The lifts and escalators are often not working which is not good for those with accessibility needs. There is no street parking for this station so you need to bus or walk or pay to park nearby.

Great train station. Trains on time. Off peak not so many trains. So check schedule. They have clean toilets in station. Later in 2017, the station will close for new track build.

Station staff are friendly and helpful. Forget the escalators.. The lift to and from the street is much faster and worth waiting for.

Desperately needs bus connections to Gladesville, Ryde, Drummoyne, etc. Ideally an interchange but at least a local hub.

Nice station, but you can't find any nearby parking. Kiss and ride is the only option for pickup/drop-off.

lift always broken is really hard for people need to use lift take more than one day to fix it

Need more services during non peak times. The wait is too long 15 min is ridiculous

Hells gate, lots of trees, zombies and traffic Jams great place for going insane

Modern and convenient station, could do with more frequency in off-peak Gladys.

i once dropped my phone in the train and the staff is very helpful. they care.

One bloody long way down if the escalators dont work you're in for a workout

Lifts and escalators broken all the time and no one cares to fix them!!!

Great station Walking distance to north Ryde business distric
