My girlfriend and I bought our first house with Nik, we chose him because all of his reviews were glowing and said he was an aggressive negotiator. After searching a few bottom of them barrel properties, that were on the market for awhile (that was our plan), he had plans to save us tens of thousands of dollars below listing price. But our dream house ended up coming on the market and in our price range.
