By far, the best gunpla store i have ever been, cheapest price, the best customer service, package was safe and secured, I had a minor issue where my order took a week in unfulfilled status, so i contact them why my orders were in unfulfilled status. It turns out it was in the "personal vault" which was my fault that i did not noticed wether to ship it or move it to the vault, so one of the items got out of stock they apologized for it (though it was my fault), and told me they will ship it as soon as its available for free, they gave me free item as complimentary on what happened, but then still they managed to ship everything at the same time. I will definitely order here again for my next kit/s. Thank you, you guys are the best!

Great place to buy gundam and other related items locally. There is paid parking behind the building as well as near the front. There is also public transit right in front. It's located inside the university mall called The Hub. Currently you can access it through the lrt entrance then go to the second floor. I'd recommend ordering online and pick up. There isn't anything you can really browse. Great shop, with great service, and helpful tips.

I recently ordered for the first time several gunpla kits from NiiGShop. They shipped out my order really fast and arrived ahead of schedule. Kit boxes were in awesome shape and everything were neatly packaged. Also appreciated the handwritten note on loose items placed in one of the kit. Prices were decent but wish they had stock on more items in their catalogue. Looking to find more deals in the future, so don't disappoint NiiGShop!

I was turned away at the open door by the employee, as stated by Google the store is open to in store shopping. The employee was cold and unsympathetic to me browsing within the store. Disappointed to say the least. I will not conduct business with people that operate in this manner. Go to Hobby Wholesale or Great Hobbies for your Gundam needs. Drove across town and paid for parking to come here, and they had the doors shut and told us they’re pick-up only. I checked their website and nowhere does it state that they are order online pick-up only, and the Google page states that they have in-store shopping. I understand Google isn’t always right, but making it obvious on your own website would have been beneficial.

Nii G Shop has always been my go to place for all of my Gunpla needs! Their inventory is always updated online and they always go above and beyond for all of their customers! The curbside pick up has been extremely helpful and they always notify their customers for any updates on pre orders and new announcements!

Love these guys. Best prices for Gundam model kits in the city, much cheaper than other places or online. You can also preorder items from them and they will reserve it for you for 2 weeks. My only wish is that they were open later... Hard to get there before 5pm if you work later than 4pm.
