I had a few problems completing my insurance by the fact that my application sent online was lost, even of the payment was taken. After calling multiple times and also being in my local nrma office they were not able to fix any of my problems. By the suggestion of my friend I went to this NRmA office hopeless after the previous experience, and here is where I met Nora, a lovely woman that fixes my insurance problem with a few calls. Thank her, I’m travelling Australia in a safe way without unsubscribing my insurance and losing time. Thank you so much Nora

Overall the customer service was good. I didn't need to wait too long. But the outcome not as expected. I went to get a price comparison for a home insurance expecting NRMA to come out cheaper- but they didn't ! over $700 more expensive which I and the customer service person were surprised as he had my renewal policy and was matching like for like. Obviously, I am staying with my existing policy. The fellow helping me was very nice and I will check again with NRMA as I have switched to them before and they have been cheaper in the past

So much headache and time wasting with NRMA trying to put in a simple claim. In May 2023 we put a claim for home content and still waiting for them to act on. We also were asked to pay excess for a small repair after someone hit my car behind traffic light. I had to call so many phone call to get my money back. I feel like I talk to people trying to scam and be unlawful. 40 years of car, house…. Insurance was a waste of money. So disappointed ☹️

Great service received here. They were very busy however an appointment made for a little while later and staff friendly and helpful.

DO NOT TRUST. NRMA are thieves. Will not pay claims and makes you waste hours and hours on the phone to try and avoid paying claims.

This is directed to NRMA insurance, you make people wait 1 whole month to get assessed this is disgusting you should be ashamed.

Not sure I like the new setup. It feels like people were taken out. But staff we dealt with were quite pleasent and helpful.

As someone whose car was hit by an NRMA customer, I've received very poor service. Now 2 months without a car.

I was served very quickly by a friendly staff member & was out of there in no time at all.
