We started coming to My Gym prior to COVID and the staff and owners have always been approachable and kind to both me and my daughter. My daughter is autistic and when she was registered in their classes I found that the facilitators were always inclusive of her. Most recently we had a birthday party. It was the perfect place as the area is just big enough (but not too big) with tons of things to do. The staff were honestly so amazing and really made the whole experience overall. They did everything from beginning to end and were so good with the kids. At our party we had a different age range of kids and they all said that they had the best time and it was best night ever! The employees hosted several games and kept all the kids highly engaged. They ran the whole program and made it so easy to host the party. Usually I’m stressed running around trying to get everything ready but they helped with set up, facilitating, and clean up. This time I was able to actually talk to the other parents. The best part is the kids all got to play with each other and have great interactions. Honestly I 1000% recommend this Center especially if you have a kiddo on the spectrum. My daughter had a blast and a lot of core memories were built. Many adjustments were made for her and the teams first priority was always on the comfort level of my daughter. They made her feel so special!! Thank you again to the employees at My Gym and the owner. We are always happy when we come and feel warm in our hearts when we leave!

My son has his 3rd birthday party on this facility last Oct 20th and it was epic. I was very anxious at first that I might invited too many people but the owner, John and his son made sure we have enough spaces for our guests . The activities they have for the children (2-9) geared towards the celebrant but everyone are able to try all the games: such as Zipline ( while the owner are holding them one by one), dancing ( we availed the My nimo package appearance ) it was worth every penny, the kids and the parents are so happy, Piñata ( I ordered two) and everyone got a chance to try multiple times, bubbles and many more. The kids have a group picture at the end. They made the celebrant feel so special; with the singing of the birthday songs, calling his name every time they have a countdown 1,2,3 and many other activities. They set up everything for the party including decorations and food then cleaned up mostly everything after the party. One of the most important thing I’ve learned from this event is make sure you bring/order extra food/cups/plates if you have over the number of guests lists on what is listed on their flyers . I followed my gut , and it helps to accommodate all the visitors including the parents. Thank you John and to your son. Both of you are incredibly amazing ❤️

This past weekend we had my 2 year old daughters birthday. I would highly recommend My Gym for your child’s birthday party. I purchased the Grand Celebration Their venue has more space than it appears. They have endless creations of things to do for kids of all ages. We had 1 year olds- 10 years old there and they ALL had fun. There were two staff running the birthday and they handled everything with grace, calmness, and organization. Teacher Jade and I think the other girls name was Jody? They made sure the little ones were still having fun when the older kids hit peak energy. They had the zip line out, the bubble machine, obstacle courses, etc. They made sure we got a group photo. They gave my daughter a ride in a wagon around the gym to music to make her feel EXTRA special. They were so helpful when we ate and did cake- the long counter was perfect! They got everything packed up for us, they cleaned up, I could never throw a birthday like this in my own home and I don’t think you could have a My Gym birthday ANYWHERE else!

We've been going to My Gym since they first opened their doors here in Edmonton. We've attended both parented and unparented programs. Our boys, ages 3 and 5, love it so much that we have now attended any camps and Parents Night Out that we can! Not only is it a clean and organized facility, it is run by amazing and positive staff and the owners are fantastic. John often facilitates groups and my boys are elated when he is their instructor. Jody makes booking and changes a breeze and is always willing to help. My Gym is truly an integral part of our week. Our youngest, who is not as outgoing and social as our oldest, has attended the Preschool Prep program for the past several months. Now in preschool, he still attends this program and it is the perfect parallel to help with his learnings and confidence. I can't say enough good things about My Gym!

Very bad/poor customer service I had experienced. They don’t care about their new customers. If you are having birthday party in gym you cannot tell other customer to leave the gym who comes for registration. They don’t know how to treat new customers. The lady told me twice to leave the gym as they were having birthday party. If I had all info which I needed from your website why would I drove and come. I don’t recommend this gym for your little ones because their staff don’t care about customers how they will care for our little ones. If I have minus in rating I would do that. Also after these I went to another gym for inquire.. coincidentally they were having party too but their staffs were good and kind to new customers. Even having party she shaw me all gym area, gave me info which I needed. These is how customer service works. Thanks

This is the best children's program I have signed up for, by far. My son has been taking weekly classes since the Gym opened, and he absolutely loves it (He has starting singing the welcome song in the bath at night). Also, after a few weeks of participating I noticed my son's confidence and gross motor skills improving immensely. The teachers welcome my son by name, and that always makes him very happy. As an added bonus, I love the flexibility of being able to change into different classes within the week if there is a conflict in our schedule. I also like that makeup classes and changes can be made on the website, and don't need to be done during business hours ( a definite plus for this busy mom). I would highly recommend trying out My Gym.

My 1.5 year old enjoyed it. It is a clean and safe place to play. I would not call it gymnastics, it is more like a Mommy & Me play time. The place is small, but got lots to do. Staff is friendly but the class activities switch every 10 minutes. It was a bit confusing to see all the toys come out on the floor but then they were quickly taken away. I would say for free play time it is a good place to go if you are a stay at home parent. Free play times are scheduled only on weekdays, during the day. The evening play time is at 5pm, which is when I get off work lol. So it is good for stay at home parents. Also a pricey place with no-refund policy. Saying that I still signed my baby up for the fall and we will see how that goes :)

The program at mygym has been such a beautiful experience for my 4.5 year old. The instructors are very knowledgable about children's social, emotional and behavioural differences - every child is met exactly where they are at and leaving feeling included, proud, and successful. The programming is always well thought out, engaging, and very age appropriate. The fee structure also works great because you only need to commit monthly, so if or when other commitments come up, it is easy to accommodate. I tried the free week when we first started and was very impressed; I think it's amazing they offer this opportunity to explore if this is a good fit for a child/family. I highly recommend mygym as an activity for any child!

Phenomenal experience today for my son’s 4th birthday party. The two employees hosted the entire thing, all we had to do was show up and have fun. They planned and facilitated activities to keep the kids engaged and served the food/cupcakes, cleaned and packed up our stuff at the end. There was lots of focus on the birthday child which made my son feel so special. They paraded him around in a wagon with a happy birthday song playing, there was a zipline, bubble machine, dance party etc. Highly recommend this place for a party if you want to have lots of fun and none of the stress of hosting a party.

We have attended several birthday parties at My Gym and they are Outstanding!! The staff goes above and beyond to meet all the needs of the children and families!! Our youngest son is a bit of a handful and they were nothing but patient with him even though I myself was getting frustrated. The facility is clean and we have always been impressed!! Our boys love it there and always ask to go back!!! The owners are local and seem really involved with everything that goes on and it seems like they really want to ensure everyone is satisfied with their experience.

We have a very difficult time with the school makeup policies. My son has gone to the Monday classes for several months now. Being on Mondays in which statutory holidays always fall on, school is closed. I got charged for all the holidays but school will not accommodate on makeup class scheduling. We are forced to go to school twice a week to make up the classes. Jody, the owner, refused to give us credit or adjust the payment withdrawal date. School policy is very inflexible and owner will not accommodate.

I have been extremely impressed with how the team at Mygum Edmonton engage kids of all ages and provide a safe space that is inclusive and fun! The whole space changes every week. You can watch your kids play and learn skills. Plus it's a perfect spot for a kid's birthday party! The owners go to great lengths to accommodate people. I'm glad they have been able to sustain through COVID as they do an awesome job. Keep it up!

My daughter has been going here for 2 months now and she absolutely loves it! Every class is something different and SO well structured. The teachers are amazing and very kind. I love watching my daughters confidence grow every week while attending her class. Very clean and inviting place. I'm also super impressed how the teachers ALWAYS remember every child's name and never mix them up! Haha. Highly recommend My Gym!

Our kids have been doing my gym for a few years now and they still love it. In my opinion it's a great option for 4 to 7 year olds. We just had a birthday party there and the hosts were unbelievably good with the kids. Made the birthday boy and girl feel very special and all the kids had a blast. When they started helping out serving the snacks and cupcakes, we were extra impressed. Worth the cost for sure!

Very clean and super friendly. My daughter has been attending classes now for just over half a year, and it amazes me how we always do a new activity and the gym set up changes all the time. Never a dull moment! The instructors clearly love what they do. They don't just teach gymnastics (body movement) they also teach the kids how to count, colours, and taking turns. Highly recommend this place.

My kiddo has attended classes here for 9 months and recently had his birthday here as well. Staff is always super friendly, activities are fun and age-appropriate, the gym area is clean, and it was really easy to plan a party here too (and they were so accommodating and flexible with some special requests too)! We love MyGym!

My 9 month old and my 3.5 year old both take classes here, and they’re amazing. The staff is so kind and friendly. And helpful! That’s not something that happens anymore it seems. They’re so patient and understanding with the kids. I love it, but more importantly, my kids love it. I can’t say enough good things.

Diamond find. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Engaged staff. My son jumps with excitement to go back. In my opinion my child’s response to going back somewhere tells me a lot. I believe in listening to what our toddlers are telling us in their own way. When they are so happy, you are in a good place.

Had our daughters 2nd birthday there this week and it was amazing. The kids and the parents all enjoyed it. The staff is great and are changing the activities to keep the kids active and playing. The staff being to engaged allowed the parents to relax and also enjoy watching their kids have a blast!

Such a great place to go with your kids! Warm and welcoming staff, soooo clean, and the owners are so kind and go above and beyond to ensure my kids are enjoying class and learning the skills. We had a great birthday party for my son's 3rd! The kids (ages 18 months to 7 years) ALL had a blast. The staff made it so easy - we just showed up and they did the rest! It was even enjoyable for the adults as we could all just visit and chat and watch the kids have fun!

We were just there for a 4th Birthday party and I was so impressed! Staff were so warm and engaging. They remembered the kids names! Activities were appropriate and well spaced. Lots of ongoing focus of the bay child. Space was very clean. Really well done, My Gym team!

We just started attending My Gym and I am very impressed with my experience so far. The gym is clean, teachers are welcoming and my daughter loves it! If you are looking for an activity to do with your child, I highly recommend these classes.

This is such a very nice class for my little girl. She had the most awesome time. The teachers are very engaging. They had a lot of activities that was very enjoyable for little ones.
