All our family members including my relatives have been visiting this dental clinic for several years. We had teeth implanting, root canal, and teeth cleaning here. I think Dr. Berbari's treatment techniques are overall superior over a lot of dentists. However, the problem with this clinic is the worst administion... Last year, my husband went to this clinic to clean his teeth. He had really bad experiences with the hygienist. The whole cleaning procedure was painful. Now my husband even does not want to go any clinic to clean his teeth. Today before I went to this clinic to clean my teeth, I called the receptionist several times, and request please not to assign the same hygienist to me. The receptionist told me 'No, the hygienist who cleaned the teeth for your husband last time does not work here anymore. It will be another hygienist.' So I went...The receptionist lied. She assigned the same hygienist who cleaned my husband's teeth last time to clean my teeth. After ONLY 10 minutes, this hygienist started using metal tool to scratch, not in between my gum and teeth, BUT GUM itself! I can feel the pain. Then I stopped her, and left the treatment room. I asked the receptionst where Lyne (the administration lady sitting behind the glass wall) is because I wanted to talk to her about the experience that I just had. You know what? Lyne did not ask what happened. Instead, Lyne said 'Oh, you are hard to please.' And this lady with strong make ups on her face started arguing with me. I just wanted my teeth cleaned. What happened here is not what I expected at all. It was so disappointing and shock that such unprofessional employees are around there in a dental clinic treating patient like this...I really wish this clinic and Dr. Berbari good luck. If you can not keep good patients, that means there is something wrong.

I found Dr Berbari because he proposed special for students with students insurances. It was like half price from my regular dentist and i was broke. they made exam and cleaning as it was planned. 1. The doctor found a cavity and filled it surprisingly fast like in 15 mins (my regular dentist makes it in 45-60 mins). From this day I have started to have terrible pain immediately in the treated tooth. The filling was not adjusted. After first visit I come back 2 times more to adjust (polish) my filling (finally i showed him myself where to grind!!!!). I have several dozens of fillings and like 5 dentists in my past life and never it was like this before. But instead of right adjusted filing the dentist studied carefully my insurance and proposed expensive big operation (not urgent) of cyst resection (dental surgery intervention from jew side). Of sure I ve refused because even his filing was not ok. My regular dentist later instead of surgery made just chanel treatment which is much less harmful. My dentist said THERE IS NO CYST in Xray image. It s already several years after and few more Xrays still show no traces of cyst. Make your own conclusion.

Dr. Berbari has always been kind, patient and extremely professional. My entire family (and relatives and friends) have been going to Dr. Berbari for his great services. However, his head secretary/manager, Lyne, some hygienists and a few secretaries that we have encountered are rude and apathetic, just simply not good at their job. It's really a hit or miss experience depending on who you come across at the clinic. If your service is being completed by Dr. Berbari, you are in good hands. If you're just there to have a regular cleaning, good luck. 5 stars for Dr. Berbari, 1 star for many employees working under him.

I have been going to see Dr. Berbari and his team for close to twenty years now and I could not be more pleased with their dental services. From the minute you enter you are greeted by the friendliest people, the staff is extremely professional, I have been fit in very quickly during a couple of emergency situations and Dr. Berbari is not only an excellent dentist who takes time to explain what needs to be explained but is also a very nice person who I enjoy going to see (I know...you enjoy going to the dentist? At Montreal Smiles I certainly do).

I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by this amazing dentist, and I have to say they are the best in town by far! Not only did the procedure go smoothly without any swelling or complications, but the healing process was also seamless and painless. The best dental clinic in Montreal! I’ve been a regular here for about 3 years now; since I switched to them, going from one dentist to another, I always had impeccable service, from the front desk to every hygienist and the dentist. I’d like to emphasize that the receptionists at the front desk are the kindest. Very accommodating and understanding to people with busier schedules - something that is extremely important for me.

Dr.Berbari and his team came highly recommended for my family and I by a friend, about a year ago. Since then, other than the usual exams and cleanings, my daughter has had her four wisdom teeth removed, and I have had three crowns, all of which experiences have been positive. Dr.Berbari is attentive to patients and makes them feel they are in competent hands. His team exerts a superior customer service focus.

I had a nasty bout with a wisdom tooth infection, and the staff went above and beyond to help me out. I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted within the week I came in as a new client, and it was the most smooth and painless dental procedure I've ever had. I really felt cared for here and I can't recommend this practice enough!

Dr Berbari is simply the best! I had four wisdom teeth out without any problem; one was so close to the nerve that every other doctor was afraid to take it out and they rejected me while Dr Berbari performed the surgery with excellence! Best dentist I've ever been to. So friendly, efficient and they do excellent work. Hadn't been for a cleaning in two years due to COVID, so it was a bit painful but so much less painful + better of an experience than anyone I have ever visited previously. Cannot recommend enough!

They refused to send me my X-rays. They asked me to pay them to "transfer" it, not my file, just the x-rays i has already paid for.... They have also over charged me as well in the past. I've dealt with this rude staff a few times; I have decided to change clinics.
