We ordered Nachos and it was very spicy, so we asked if we can change it to the non spicy one and the server did that with kindness and she apologized for not informing us that the food is spicy. So when we got the bill, we noticed that we got double charged for the Nachos, so the manager came and said it was your fault not the kitchen and you have to pay for both Nachos, she was very rude and absolutely didn’t know anything about costumer service and keeping the costumer happy. Never had experience like that to any restaurant. DO NOT stop here for eating!!

The location is great and the patio is good for people watching. The service was very friendly with no complaints. The only reason I rated 3 stars is because the food was mediocre at best. The food was all over cooked and dried out. We have actually eaten here several times and it is inconsistent. Sometimes good sometimes not.

Been a customer here for years. (Also was a Irish Dancer with Tony's group for as long as I remember.) The food is Great and staff are lovely. They usually hire Queen students to help out. :) I highly suggest this place.

Great service, the drinks were amazing, order the bombers and the spinach dip, special thanks to Danielle for taking care of us there!
