I called the dispatcher to get a taxi for an early morning flight on Dec 23 afternoon, and this is the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. While asking me questions about the ride, the dispatcher was unclear and generally very rude, and at one point asked for "name". When I tried to clarify whether he wanted to know my name or the street name for the pick (I had already provided both these details), he completely snapped and just yelled "NAME, NAME, NAME" at me like if I were deaf or stupid. I was startled and upset, and told him that I was disappointed in this level of customer service - then, the dispatcher just hung up. I will never be using Mississauga Taxi again, and will also discourage all my friends and family members from using their services. Truly awful service and inhumane treatment of their customers.

Worst experience in my life I was actually scared of his driving. He was drifting as if he was either falling asleep or under the influence. I had to yell at him from the back seat few times to tell him to be careful and at one point he crossed the solid line and went in to the HUV lane knowing I had to get off a certain exit that he almost passed when I yelled at said you gonna pass my exit he crossed the solid lanes again unsafe with out looking and existed. I felt my heart was gonna stop. Worst experience in my life. I called to complain I was put on hold so I had to hang up. He really scared me. NEVER AGAIN I WILL USE THIS COMPANY. I was scared for my life.

Not so good experience I took the taxi from trillium hospital Mississauga to Pearson airport on Sunday the 20th. The meter in the taxi read $44 by the time we got to the airport. Driver charged us $53. When I called the office to confirm first they said it was for airport charges which suppose to be 4 dollars. Upon reminder that it will still be $48 office person asked did you had lots of luggage there were two adults including myself and 4 luggage. The office reply was its extra luggage charges. I asked them we had standard luggage which should be included. The response was since you requested a van the extra charges are for the van.

Very poor experience, I called and the lady on the phone had a negative attitude. Next I speak to the driver on the phone and he gives me an ETA of 10 minutes possibly 15 minutes max and he shows up 30mins later! I missed my appointment, he didn’t call to tell me he was running late either I had to call him. When he speaks he doesn’t seem to care that he’s inconvenienced me and looked so fatigued it didn’t even seem safe to get in the car with him so I waited for him to leave and called a different taxi service. Driver was very rude and I would not do business with this taxi service again in the future.

I had a very bad experience with them. I had to take my child to sick kids hospital last night, they said they will be at my place in 10 minutes. Operator asked me if I am able to pay , why would anyone ask that? Obviously I am able to pay if I'm calling the cab! 10 minutes after the order, I got a call from the driver confirming the location , he said he will be there in 2 minutes. I was waiting with a sick child outside for 15 minutes, I called the driver multiple times, but he didn't pick up and didn't show up. This is simply horrible and unacceptable service! I will never use them again. Ever.

I don't write many reviews, but I feel a duty to warn people. I had an early morning flight so I PRE-BOOKED the cab for 6:00am through their website, I received a confirmation and everything. They never showed up. I called at 6:05 asking about my ride and was told 5 minutes, called back at 6:20 and was told 3 more minutes, they didn't show up until 6:30. If it wasn't for my flight being delayed, I could have missed my chance to check my bag at the airport. Not worth it - book with another taxi company instead.

Terrible company DO NOT USE THIS TAXI SERVICE Horrendous customer service as well as the driver didn't even stay in the lines!!! NOT A GOOD DRIVER!! Driver took me the wrong way amd when I had realized my meter was already at 15$!! When I ask if he could take at least 10$ off because he had gone the wrong way he refused. They take you the wrong way just to get a tip! I call to complain and told me it was my fault!!!!

I ordered a taxi, to go the airport they asked if I needed a minivan I said no the driver still charged extra for the minivan. When I contacted the company to tell them they told me that it’s my fault for paying the driver. I’d never use or recommend this company. The disbatcher was rude and blamed the customer, the driver himself wasn’t bad. Personally I hold the disbatch accountable.

Worst taxi ever - I wish there was something less that zero star Highly would not recommend this - Overcharged service - You tell the driver to go one direction and does not listen to you and goes the long route even after telling the driver 10 times. They cheat their customers. They act like they know the route. If you are new to Canada - DO NOT TAKE THIS SERVICE - you will be cheated

I ordered a taxi to take me to pick up my car which I left overnight in a parking lot. I ordered the car on the app for 1 pm. When it hadn't showed up by 115 pm I called. The dispatcher asked if I had ordered by phone. When I said it was by app, he said they have other things going on and don't always check [the app]. Wow. Finally got a cab at 125 pm and the driver himself was fine.

I had a negative experience with this taxi service. We booked through the app, and it stated that the fare would be $47. However, upon reaching our destination, the driver insisted we pay $72 due to traffic conditions. I do not recommend this taxi service as it seems dishonest and the Mississauga Taxi company appears to be the worst. Additionally, the operator was rude. Scammer!!!!

I order taxis from them all the time and everything was fine. I called today and a rude and veeeryyy bad attitude started lecturing me about the address I gave. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL customer service! When I asked him 3 times to transfer me to a complaint department or manager n he just refused and hung up in my face.

Requested a battery boost. Guy called later saying he can’t do underground parking, but tells me he told the taxi company to reschedule another guy. Waited 20 mins no guy showed up and I can’t contact anyone on phone, instead I get redirected to another cab company. Called a tow instead and never got a call back from anyone.

Terrible service, they rush you off the phone & they will cancel on you without notice even when their at the location, the driver I spoke to just right before being cancelled and was speaking rudely. Don’t call this place if you want a cab. There’s definite better service.

Terrible service. Made my mom wait over an hour and they never even showed, despite calling several times. Called to complain and the operator deflected the blame that they contracted to a different taxi company. Even 1 star is too much: I would give 0 stars if I could.

I used a taxi cab from Mississauga to North York yesterday May 19th and got excellent service as well as cost from the driver. It was at rush hour around 3 - 4pm and he found the best routes to use. He discussed the route with me before making changes. Thank you

One way it Smelled like sweat and I was gagging and another time the driver complaining about construction and whining that I better give a tip cause he wouldn't have picked me up and I called the number with my location and destination before hand. Just trash

Mississauga taxi is the worst company ever. More than one hour (1h 14mins) wait. I called them back 4 times and I had to give again and again the same information to pick me up. They are very irresponsible. A lot of lies and excuses and no apology at the end.

Absolutely loved the driver, our car broke down and the driver was amazing, he let my dog come in and all in all he was a life saver. I never got his name but I'll check my receipt of there's a name and update :) 10/10 service and would highly recommend!

I called and asked how much they charge from Mississauga to Scarborough. They told me around $70 so I said yes. When the driver came he asked if I have cash and I have said I have $100.00. When I was about to pay, he said $109.00. That was a ripped off

I Called and booked a taxi the guy told me my rate is 35 $ When the taxi arrived it was unlicensed Car with no taxi number When we arrived to the destination The driver said that I need to pay 55$ Trying to scam me so I will pay more Don’t use them!!!!

Well sorry to say...but you can not rely on them like uber...they took 1hour for me to respond and even after that they didn't come...i was standing for 1 hour with 2 kids ....if you don't have any kid or any toddler... better to use to uber

The worst service. He came after 30 min I was at square one. I told him my phone stopped working so I couldn’t do Uber then he started shouting at me don’t talk about uber and the whole car was smelling smoke only and he asked me for money

Called last night to arrange a taxi for this morning left me stranded and then said “I was the no show” Do not use this company . Totally unreliable!!! So mad . Had to walk to the train with my luggage . Awful company !!!

20mins late even though I pre-booked it the day before. If you have somewhere important to be, don't use these guys, they don't have the organization or systems in place to be considered a professional company.

He took 40 mins to arrive. The driver tried to finesse me For $50 for a 10 minute drive!!! Becareful when ordering taxi’s with this business. It’s full of overpriced rides given by scammers.

Was able to get a cab from my hotel, with a stop at the post office, to the airport, within ~15 minutes, and we got to the airport with plenty of time. And the driver was nice and friendly.

We had a very good experience because of Ali. He is kind and warm hearted person. He made our trip so good. You are the best!! I wish you a very good and successful life ahead.

I booked a day before, taxi was late by 15min after I called 2x to follow up. And a blue & white taxi came. So not sure of their relationship but could have been subcontracted

The dispatcher paid little attention to my online booking for medical transportation: He misquoted twice and I had to explain a MT to Him. I went another way.

Good service when booking. Driver was on time and was polite. Didn't mind that it was a short ride. With other services, drivers complain about short rides.

Waited for over half an hour to get back home with my toddler from the hospital at 11pm and the company said 5 more minutes twice. Never arrived.

I called and told them I was lost and where I needed to go and they came and got me right away. The driver was very nice and got me home safe.

Only used it once but the driver was very courteous and efficient and the cab was very clean. I'd use them again if I was in Mississauga

Prompt service at midnight. Drive took the proper and shortest route. The driver was pleasant to talk to.

Cab #388 driving with both brake lights out on the 401. Safety is NOT a priority for their passengers.
