Usually has some pretty good deals. However, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. On my most recent visit, I entered the store (without encountering a closed sign or locked door) and then was told abruptly "the store's closing, actually." as if I had done something wrong by simply walking through the doors. I responded with "oh, sorry about that. I didn't realize!" I received no apology from the sales clerk for the misunderstanding, who just looked annoyed and went back to talking to her coworker. When I checked the time upon leaving, there were still 6 minutes until the closing time posted on their sign. I understand that many customers would spend more time than this in a thrift store, but my intention for this trip had been to be in and out in less than 5 minutes, so being (quite rudely) denied entry when the store ought to have been open was seriously frustrating.

Mission thrift stores are the most organized thrift stores I have ever been in. Was looking at the crafts today. Slid a bucket out 6 inches to have a better look as it was on the second shelf. Looked and slid it back in to the exact same spot. An older female employee came up behind me and moved it over 6 inches and told me to put I back in the same spot. I told her, I did NOT move it, I put it back in the exact same spot. She said they have a problem with people moving things, so I stated again that I did not move it, I put it back in the exact same spot. She said Sorry but not for accusing me of moving the bucket. And she did not even put it back above the labeled spot. Before having staff or employees accuse customers of doing something, maybe make sure things were wrong before commenting.

Very disturbed by the number of unmasked customers in this store. Left very quickly, because it didn't feel safe to shop. Edited to reply: This was the Bells Corners location, on Robertson, next to the Salvation Army thrift store (where I didn't see a single person without a mask), early this afternoon. During my brief time inside, I saw three customers without masks and one more with it under his nose before I walked back out the door. Very disappointing.

Bought a 5 dollar hair dryer there. It ended up having a European plug on it. I call and was told they would exchange it. So spent more gas to go back and when I got there was told I could not exchange it but could spend MORE money to get a plug adaptor!! I went to the store because I don’t have lots of money floating around but your terrible store wants me to spend more?! Thx for not looking out for people in need!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Newly opened and a great place. Wonderfully clean, and very friendly staff. As it is newer, the stock is still growing, but I have found some phenomenal finds here. I have not looked through the clothing, but found some nice wall art, books, movies, etc. Electronics are pretty empty. I always enjoy seeing what surprises await! My only gripe is the opening hours which are very narrow, so it can be hard to get to when they are open.

RACIST…manager always comes out to stare at my daughter like she’s stealing! I called her out on it today and she played the ignore game. I’ve seen them do it to other people too! Don’t give me that “oh our number stealer is actually the middle aged white male” I’ve heard you use that on another gentleman. I gave it chances and it very clear what you’re doing and I’m sick of being targeted and seeing it happen to others!

I love this place, I go weekly. Great prices compared to other thrift stores and they often have tag sales that make’s it even better. I always feel like I’m being followed in this store though. But it’s the best thrift store in the city in my opinion. And the stock is allways changing and tag deals make’s it more affordable. Most of the staff or volunteer's are very friendly.

This is my favorite thrift store! The prices are very reasonable. The selection is very good. They have a wide selection of books, furniture and toys. There are many clothes as well, for adults and children - maybe not as many as larger thrift stores, but still a great selection. I appreciate that electronic devices seem to be tested before being put out for sale.

I always have a good shopping experience at the Bells Corners location and the volunteers do a great job. I have found many little gems there and always enjoy seeing what is new and what has sold from the last time I was there. The store is well organized and the prices are much better than the Salvation Army store next door.

Used to really like this place as it was possible to find some neat stuff. Around a year ago all the prices went up to VV equivalents, which seems questionable if all the staff are volunteers. The Christmas shop every year is unbeatable though...housewares and furniture are expensive and average.

First time visiting this thrift store today and it was a great experience! The volunteers go above and beyond, the prices and promotions are great, and the things I got were all in great condition. Absolutely no complaints! Will definitely be returning! …

The older lady working at cash could put a smile on her face. Not sure why she needed to be rude when asked a question nicely. Won’t be back for that reason. Completely unacceptable. No need to be condescending to my mother who asked a simple question.

Lots of neat and handy items for the house and also clothes for decent prices. The quality of the items depends on what is available for that day. It's great that it's a charity and the money made goes to a good cause. All the workers are volunteers.

Very nice store. Courteous people. Getting pricy... also at cash when packaging or wrapping merchandise for paying customer is a little rough on the edges. This is the final Customer step and stresses us right-out... otherwise a 5 star.

My favourite thrift store in the city. I come here frequently to check new arrivals in the books section at the back of the store. The store is very clean. Their donation drop off area is at the back of the building.

I have visited this store on numerous occasions and have always found it clean and well cared for. The prices are fantastic and I have found many quality items at very good prices. I would highly recommend a visit.

Really great deals and cozy, clean and welcoming environment. they have taken good covid precautions and are clean. I love their Instagram aswell and appreciate them posting the sale items too :) worth visiting!

I love this store. I went to find jam jars for a project , found lots and the cashier got a box to put them all in. Everyone is so nice. The clothing and the books are a bargain compared to other thrift stores.

  • danemark viloria

I was supposed to give Donation but I been refused saying they have too much today. That is weird I never knew Donations have a limit. Yet some public people never get too much clothes or so .

  • Diane Mathieson

Just a wonderful store! So clean, well organized, great prices, and the staff are really nice people. Easy drop off for donations. Will be going back. My new favorite thrift store!

  • Susan withey

The best place to donate previously loved clothing and other items. It's also a fantastic place to shop. The store is extremely clean and all items have been prepared for sale.

  • Jason G

Expensive, for profit, not the best place if you want good clothes, very expensive for what you get, walmart, costco has better prices and don't have to worry about bed bugs!

  • sid hassan

Absolutely amazing store! Never have old stuff, always clearing out and getting new things and reasonable price.

  • Eve “Eve” Luimes

More expensive than I expected. However, it was clean and had good selection. The employees were polite.

  • Timexet

Prices are high. Kind of ripping people off..... Supposed to be a thrift store...

  • Taisi M.
