Have to say the physiotherapist assistant I had was AMAZING!! However that was the only positive I have to say. Front staff charged me twice for one taping. After I was told to return for a refund I returned and was told by a different front staff member that I have to wait and have a cheque returned to me in ten business days if not longer as the finance Manger was on holidays . As for the physiotherapist. She wouldn't see me until muscle and stim was finished never before. Never checked the muscular pain I was referring to before. After six visits I stopped seeing them to find alternate therapy. Thank goodness I have benefits as they wasted a great deal of money.

I highly recommend seeing Alan Lam, an amazing physiotherapist. He is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients get the proper treatment to regain their lives. He could tell exactly what was wrong with my back when I came in and how that affected other areas of my body, and used a variety of techniques to help improve my issues. Alan gave me individualized new exercises with every visit and a game plan for when I was discharged to maintain the strength we had gained. He is also friendly, professional, and compassionate. I recommend him to everyone I know!

I am conflicted, the service, knowledge, professionalism and care are far beyond anything i have experienced ever before. My conflict is that you and others will try them out and see what i have experienced and that i will not be able to get in to see them again when i need to. Alan Lam, is absolutly amazing and unlike many physiotherapists they do not watch the clock, the only thing important to them is getting you back on top. Guys keep up the amazing work, much success is in your future.

I had a very positive experience! My therapist was Alan Lam and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. With his assistance, we developed a home exercise program to strengthen weak muscles. His assessment was the most thorough that I have ever received! After several weeks of diligently following the program outlined by Alan, the pain I had been dealing with disappeared! I highly recommend Alan and will return to him if other issues arise in the future.

I showed up for my appointment not knowing what to expect. The lady at the front desk, can't remember her name, was friendly. Seema was friendly, patient, understanding and professional. She explained and helped me understand what was causing my pain and the course of treatment for that day. At the end of my appointment, I was feeling better and hopeful about my recovery. I look forward to my next appointment.

She is the best physician have ever seen in my life. Very dedicated and very intelligent. She digs deep to diagnose the problem and gives the best possible treatment. Estelle has been my physio therapist for years now and she has always been very helpful with my neck & shoulder pains and headaches treatments. I see Tamara she is awesome very helpfull, friendly and has made my tendons feel better then they have in months. I know with her help I will be walking without my cane in no time. Tamara has givin me a better look on my health then any of the Dr. I was seeing who gave me not much hope. I recomend her to anyone.

I went in thinking my issue was with my feet as the doctor that sent me had said. Didn't take Bhivini long to let me know that the problem was really my back. Everything makes so much more sense now and we can finally work on correcting the real problem. Extremely grateful.
