I’m not a patient myself but call on behalf of my elderly in-laws, that don’t speak the best English. I believe Dr. Tang must be a good doctor considering they still want to go to him even after moving an hour North, but the RECEPTION is atrocious. I called explaining what I needed help with, she says “hang on” and yet I can hear her answering other calls and helping them, shouting in Spanish, I’m repeatedly saying “hello?”only to be hung up on 6 minutes later. And now won’t pick up, how convenient. Even when I called a week ago to book appointments it was a headache and I held for a good ten minutes, again listening to all go on in the background. Please do something about your unprofessional receptionist. Update: when I finally got through now two hours later (after 7 attempted calls) I told her what happened last time and rather than, “so sorry about that/sorry to hear that” literally ANY professional response, all she had to say was “well I’m not the only one that works here!” Even though it’s always been her who answers the phone.. what a joke! Imagine walking into that.. these good doctors should really hire someone with better work mannerism, instead of one that could ruin the whole atmosphere of the workplace.

RUDE FRONT DESK! I called to book an appointment to see DR. RAJ and told me to hold but after sometime she disconnected. tried calling again and she intentionally disconnected twice. what a joke! I didn't give up and was able to connect. I stayed calm and tried to book and clearly said any day as long as it's after 3pm because I have work til 3pm but she insisted on giving me different dates one at 11am and 10am. I again told her it should be after 3pm then she finally booked me using her rude unprofessional tone. Me being polite I still said THANK YOU and she didn't respond but hung up! She might be working there for many years and I understand they're always busy but it's not an excuse to talk to clients like that. I work in a medical environment(hospital) as well. She needs to be reminded that part of her job is to have excellent customer service at all times. If not for DR. RAJ I wouldn't be going there. This clinic's reputation is being tarnished by the front desk staff. Doctors are amazing here but they need to review the performance of their RUDE medical office assistant.

When I initially called, whoever answered the phone could have been more professional. Although this is a walk-in, they give you a time to go in and you don’t have to wait for hours to be seen for 2 minutes. When I went in for my appointment, everyone in the front desk were friendly and professional and the doctor was helpful and thorough. Remember that this is a walk-in and not your family doctor so you can only be seen for a limited amount of time. There is a pharmacy and I think they do bloodwork on site. I’ve been to many walk-ins but this clinic may have been the best overall. The only negative I can say is that it’s tight and crowded and needs some carpet cleaning.

Doctors ask rude questions like how long have you been in Canada when a person genuinely says that last time you prescribed medication for entire year but last refill I had concerns. Labs don't send the results to the patient but to the doc directly and if life labs is delayed in doing that the front office gets mad at me for that. I don't get it why can't care givers be more kind? Why is it so annoying to explain things clearly and calm instead of being rude and asking how long have you been in the country ?

One is best walk-in clinic to go. There is very kind, and resiposible front desk reception. Always call ahead to remind you of your appoinments. I'd like to especcially thank Dr. Tang. He is very kind, resposible and professional doctor with rich clinical experience. In addition to English, Dr. Tang can also communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin for patients whose native language is Chinese. The service exercised by Midland Eglinton Walk-in Clinic is excellent! Highly recommended!

I went to Dr. Tang recently on the recommendation of my husband who has been seeing Dr. Tang for 20 years or more. My own family doctor has been very dismissive of me and not giving me the tests I need. Dr. Tang was patient and kind and compassionate. He ran some bloodwork and discovered I was low on iron which wa slikely causing my symptoms. I am so thankful he listened to my concerns.

Dr.Rajasingham is an amazing doctor, however the lady who runs the reception counter isn’t! I politely asked her a few questions whilst booking an appointment for my grandpa and she not only SHOUTS at me but continuously gives me attitude. Not sure who hired this creature to run the front desk, but she needs to be fired ASAP! Horrible, horrible service! But the doctors are great:)

Dr. Raj has been a great help when ever I visit him. The staffs are very friendly & supportive here. Even the pharmacy understands if there is a requirement for the composition drug & helps it get on time. The receptionist is one I have specially mention here, she is one of the best. Over all a very friendly clinic & one of the best walk-in clinics I have ever seen.

I went there with my newborn baby to find a family doctor and talk about vaccinations but he invited me out just to show me something hanging on the door and told me to go elsewhere. Although this is the closest place to me! The employee never intended to help. It's so heartbreaking for people trying to adapt to Canada to meet such a person!

Dr. Raj has been my family doctor for several years now. Always caring and great help. I have also seen Dr. Tang few times within my time of visiting them. The reception nurses are even more amazing, very friendly and always very helpful. I will highly recommend this clinic as one of the best family physician clinics in Toronto.

The service care and dedication exercised by Dr Tang must not go unnoticed .Dr. Tang is the perfect image of the good doctor!! He reminds me of Dr.Arnold who would come in the middle of the night to my house to check on the kids with high fever.

Seen both doctors and they seem to genuinely care about the patients. Dr Tang and Dr Raj are experienced people and do not try to put you on medications if you dont need it. Would def. recommend this place.

Doctor Raj is the best doctor in town and the staffs are super helpful and friendly too. Whenever my family and my kids' are not well we go to Doctor Raj and everything will be fine in just a few days.

i Have been going to this walk--in clinic since i have to say 2008 when it was at Midland & Danforth i have no Problem always good 2 me i always see DR Raj Great DR i have seen DR Tang Couple Times

Dr tang is the best dr I have have been too I met him today in the walk in I was in some severe tooth pain he listened to my concerns now I’m going to have him be my family dr thank you dr

Doctor is so so but his Secretary of his called May she is very rude and forgetful also very poor English spoken I stopped going there because of her.

Dr. Tang is the best family doctor i ever have. He is very patient and spending time to listen to your concerns. He is passionated and professional.

Diagnosed me with type 2 diabeties 10 years ago and today I am in remission. Started out at 29 now 5.7 and the staff are excellent Joy is numer 1.

Receptionist named Marie brings this whole clinic down to below one star. Incredibly unprofessional and will blatantly disregard anything you say

Doctors always really good..very humble!! But the receptionist in the front is very rude and angry face,attitude…

Dr Tang is a great Doctor, he seems to care about his patients a lot. He always takes the time to listen

It shows the walk in but no longer a walk in. Appointment needed and working hours finish at 4 pm...

I like this clinic , doctor so nice. Remember is holiday schedule.
