Came in to get an art piece framed. We had some questions since we are unfamiliar with the product. Marika was incredibly rude & snobby. She gave us the most short answer as if every question we asked was a super obvious question. Hoping it was just an off day for her because the customer service is so unprofessional.

The whole framing department stocks narrow profile ready made frames. This is an issue if you wanted to add a custom matte. Thus forcing you to have it customed framed.
