After making my lifestyle choice to always try the best foods and the best restaurants in an area I'm in, to expand my knowledge of food and culture and to not waste any money eating at the same restaurants again and again. I've come once full circle to try Maccas because I was craving it. I use to always get Maccas since I was a child and I come to Maccas Lansvale whenever I crave it on a full moon. Now I realise why people don't consider Maccas 'real food'. Service: 2 / 5 stars Vibe: 2.5 / 5 stars Food: 1.5 / 5 stars Going into a fast food restaurant like KFC, Hungry Jacks and Maccas, I gotta acknowledge that the service is going to be questionable with underpaid teenagers who were never trained how to give good service such as smiling or being accountable for mistakes. I've had some orders wrong in the past and complained but they gave me the biggest attitude like I was on the wrong. Seems like Maccas has spent all their effort into marketting their food to make it look great instead of the expected good service and presentation of food. Their Big Mac is literally just slapped on, on top of each other. As I child, I use to love it but after trying the best burgers in Sydney, it made me wanna vomit. They don't even toast their buns. So why the two stars? Chicken nuggets are literally the saviour. I always come here for the chicken nuggets with the sweet and sour sauce combo and the efficiency is top notch. I recieve my food in almost no time. But I would be happy to sacrifice some efficiency with more quality food. Some staff are lovely but it's only very rare. Most of them are teenagers with a monotone voice. I am never going to Maccas again unless it's for the chicken nuggets. This is the only Maccas chain I'm going to review. If you love the Big Mac, consider switching up and trying other better burgers such as Betty's Burgers, The Gidley Burger, BL Burger before you judge the Big Mac as a nice burger.

Went through drive thru ordered, double checked at window to make my order was correct, when we gotten the order asked again & was told yes you order is correct with staff member rolling her eyes! Got home & order was wrong ordered & paid for double burgers but only got original. You would think after checking 3 times order would be right! Check everything before leaving even if staff gives you attitude

Ordered food from here fillet o fish had a bug in it just had to admit my daughter into the ED due to this disgusting place. Tried to call them numerous times and no answer. By the way it was 3am it looked like a maggot in the burger I can’t believe this place is still up and running. I have a petition to stop this health hazard before someone dies. I ordered an Aussie Angus Deluxe burger for lunch on January 16. I ate half of it and saw that the patty wasn't cooked properly and I almost threw up in disgust. I took it to the staff and showed it to them, but the manager next to them looked at me like I had done something wrong. The manager and staff didn't say a word for apology until the end. I'm curious what kind of training she received to as a manager.

Does anyone at McDonald's even care about how their products are presented to the customer? How hard can it be to put all the ingredients of hamburger between the buns? Instead half the sauce is on the outside of the bun and all over the wrapper. Come on. You can do better than that. If this is the quality of care your staff pass on... god help us when these kids are in the corporate world... if they make it.

Dumbest staff I’ve ever seen. Even the manager is a complete idiot. I was waiting 20 minutes for a meal while they were dealing with their roster. Maybe don’t roster all the 10 year olds at once so we can have a decent meal. And after all that they gave me freezing food which meant it was ready they just didn’t bother bagging it till I told them off.

Waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. The girl was rude when we finally got to the window.. Was pre ordered for convenience. A better system needs to be put in place for mobile orders ad they are usually placed by people in a hurry

Just ordered 2 large pineapple Sundaes, both had barely any pineapple sauce in it, tried calling the phone number but keeps hanging up. Ordered yesterday from circular quay and it was amazing. Ashamed that stores cannot not be consistent for such an easy item.

Why can we only drive way? Why can’t we go and place an order on site? I placed an order from the McDonald‘s app. When I arrived, a girl at the front desk said in a very impatient and unfriendly tone: You order at drive way next time. The service is very poor, which seriously affects my mood of eating McDonald‘s. More

Waited 17 minutes for one happy meal, didn’t even get a sorry for the wait and the food was cold. Could’ve understood if it was extremely busy but there were three cars in front all waiting and just a handful of people in the store. Trash service honestly and such a hit or miss store every time we’ve been.

Absolutely rude and horrible customer service. They ignored you on approach. Waited for 20 mins and rudely said “ how am I supposed to know if you didn’t tell your code” . I assumed the order should have been prepared but not even started yet. No apology whatsoever More

I ordered home delivery @ 8.30pm, and requested a knock on the door because their food is invariably delivered cold. Now after checking the front door every 15 minutes, when there is nothing there by 10.10pm, their web site says delivered.

Main reason for poor rating is the silly drive thru procedure, the staff have no idea about how to position cars and when to send someone to the waiting bay. If u send me to the waiting bay, the staff should not be walking out, immediately

All good except... The driveway is very tight and I am sure has caused car damage before. The drive through path should be reengineered.

Girl at drive in register was very patient but when I collected my food and asked for salt packets, tall Asian male manager with glasses said "you have to request for everything at the drive thru" and walked away.

Nothing wrong with the staff or food, only issue is how narrow the drive through is, like was it designed for Hotwheels toy cars.

I feel like half of my childhood was spent at this Macca's. It was the first drive through I ever went through when I got my licence. I still go there today as it is of the upmost quality.

Food was great, staff are friendly, service was quick as well as the drive thru only thing was the place was a mess. Think they need to keep at least one worker on cleaning duty.

Use to be my local maccas but it's become the worst maccas in NSW. Gave me food poisoning, place is run by a bunch of kids.
