Quick and great service by Mark! I recently got my bike serviced for the summer where it covered brake checks, gears, topping up tires and ensuring all components are tight and safe. The seasonal tune up is at a very affordable price and I highly recommend it over a chain/big bike shop. Mark was also very kind to fix a bent component on my bike that affected gear shifting where it had trouble gearing down. After the fix, shifting between gears felt very smooth and responsive. Very responsive and quick servicing for the tune up (~ 1 hr) when I booked the appointment with him. Highly recommend Mark for your seasonal/yearly tune ups!

Mark does good work but it can be frustrating to get a hold of him and to set appointments. I love that he stands behind his work and that he'll take it back in if the problem isn't fully fixed, although it was frustrating, but I appreciated the follow-up. We just had a bit more of the phone tag game than I would like. Also another pain point was trying to schedule appointments with him leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, he has a lot of great potential to grow this operation to something really successful ahead.

Great service. Mark brought back my road bike to life from sitting in the shed for 8-9 years. Asked for a general tuneup and potential gear shifter cable change. Was able to do it no problem. Bike runs and feels exactly like when it was my commuter bike during my university days. His service fee is very affordable. Highly recommended.

I've been to see Mark twice, once for a tune up and to fix my (what I thought would be impossible) brakes, then again when I had a puncture. He answers e mails so fast, will see you the next day, he is super friendly and notices stuff you didn't and I would never have been able to afford what he did for me anywhere else.

Mark advised me on a tire replacement when I had a blowout, agreeing to help change them as the nearest bike shop was too far away.
