The MaLu Glow Glow Pom Pom tan leather boots is gorgeous! My granddaughter's eyes almost fell off their orbits when she saw this boots. Her happiness was just golden to see. I bought her pair at Marshalls, but realized the size was too small for her, so went all over Winners and Marshalls in Mississauga and Oakville but her size was gone. Didn't want the very sad look of my granddaughter, so I tried the MaLu number and lo and behold, Nancy got my call and said someone would get in touch with me via mail. Right away, Linda from Customer Service emailed and said I could do the exchange in their office. OMG that's the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the whole world! My granddaughter won't take off her boots now, she won't even throw away the nice box LOL. THANK YOU very much MaLu! Christmas came early for all of us. Everyone should be like your company; please don't change. We LOVE your products and the exceptional Customer Relations.

I Love my Swarovski Crystal Flats by Malu!!! These are the most comfortable, beautiful and high quality flats that after purchasing my first pair in beige gold colour I came back to purchase rose gold for friend of mine. We wear them all the time in the summer and receive many complements. They fit to the true size, the leather is soft and crystals don’t come off. They look great with fancy dress or jeans. Love them! Also I am happy to support Canadian company. Great designs MaLu! Aug. 2019 - I am very impressed with another creation of MaLu - backpack/handbag. Love the elegant design, high quality leather & detailed finish. Mix of brown logo printed leather with sparkly detail makes it very unique. This beautiful bag is also very functional and I rock it as a backpack or handbag. If you like quality and style this is it!

I cannot say enough about this company. Not only are their boots/shoes so beautiful but the quality is amazing. The customer service with this company is outstanding! My daughter, both winters got so many compliments on her Malu fur light up boots! Just bought a pair of the Glo Glo boots as a gift and I was having some trouble testing them to make sure they lit up. I emailed customer service with the inquiry and they got back to me within a couple hours with solutions if they boots don't work. Although I actually figured it out right after I emailed (just give the bottoms a quick, hard tap) I was so impressed by how they stood behind the product and how awesome the customer service was! I would 100% recommend buying products from this company.

Top quality fashion shoes. I have boots and custom heels made by MaLu and they are made of quality materials and super comfortable. I would recommend to anyone. I always always get compliments on both boots and heels when I go out. Owner is very passionate about what she does and really reflects in the quality and make of her products.
