This dealer ship is a fraud ! They had my family members sign a contract without asking if anyone had a drivers license or insurance, they then took the money and after they took the money they wanted to ask for insurance or drivers license. When they knew that we didn’t have either they didn’t want to let go of the car even after we had already paid for it . They didn’t want us to put our own insurance on it and wanted us to put their insurance which was really expensive! After all that we decided to not proceed with buying the car so we were told we have two days to return the car , mind you we never took the car off the lot and never got the keys! So they wanted to charge us 1,000 restocking fee and tell us we had to pay that money and not get our full refund back! We asking to speak to management and their was no one there to speak with ! Just a horrible horrible experience my family is dealing with. We recommend not buying from this dealer ship it’s a fraud and they are ripping off so many people ! FRAUD FRAUD !!!! The lady working there EVA bad service and she threatened my family member ! We will be pressing charges, who knows how many other people they did this too!!!!! RIP OFF DELAER SHIP!!!!

I don’t really write reviews on bad things but in good things yes because when I’m about to purchase something I read the reviews if they’re good I’ll sure buy from that place and I mean bad reviews everyone has different experiences, but I bought my 1st car in this dealer sadly didn’t get the one I was going for but they did help me find one similar to the one I had seen a day before, it’s been a year and a half and I haven’t had any problems with the car, the only thing I have done is give a change of oil and brakes but that has to be done to every car other than that go check them out they’ll help you and give you a good deal! And they do offer a 30 days warranty

No e tenido ninguna experiencia pero se ve que es un buen lugar para comprar carros y tuvimos una mala experiencia en otro diler que se llama Diegos auto sale mi esposo hagarro un carro y no tiene ni el año que lo hagarro y ya no sirve apenas 8 meses que lo hagarro y no se vale que le vendan carros que no sirven a uno el todavía debe cómo 5'000 dólares un poquito más pero ahorita yo quiero hagarrar uno pero que no me suban mucho los intereses por qué yo voy a tratar la manera de pagarlo lo más pronto que yo pueda lo necesito para trabajar me voy en el bus todos los días muy temprano

This place is a serious rip off.. I bought a car, 2 days broke down took it back. 30 minutes later they said it it was fixed.. 2 blocks from there broke down again I ask for my 3k back.. they said no. So I said I don't want that car back I'm gonna get another one.. after 3 days of arguments day said ok.. 4 months later. Power steering system gone. Pomp, Rack and pinion and some hoses.. and week later ac sistem condenser and leeks oil on the spark plugs.. just be careful what you get. check really good whatever you get.. or better just try somewhere else first..

Im really disappointed with this place they sold me a chrysler adpen and they told me they change the wheels and what they did is just rotated them i have spend more that 3000 dollars on this truck i only have 9 months with the truck and its always breaking down on me.. In reality they are so rude and not professional.. If i could give a no star i would.. My sister in law had told me about the place i wanted to give it a chance...

My mother bought a car from them they over price the cars only give u 30 day warranty. After a year the car messed up even by you every six months doing a oil change and all those things , the people that give u the loans over charge for late payments and it seems like u would never get to finish paying the car really bad attitude s on the phone not the car dealership but the loan people

Mi esposo compro 2 carros hace unos 5 años atras el antiguo dueño muy honesto pero compro otro carro no hace ni un año y puros problemas lo llevo en el tiempo de garantía y nada dejaron que pasara y ahora es puro meterle dinero asta los amortiguadores eran de otro carro y no de la troca ahora el radiador no no puras perdidasno compren hay muchos problemas suerte!!!

Compre un Acura MDX que al fin terminado de pagar y hasta este dia corre como nuevo. Fraude no era un problema aquí que es habitual en otros dealers y eso es lo que me gusto sobre todo. Aunque la ventana del pasajero derecho no estaba funcionando fui al dealer y Wilmer el manager se encargo de arreglar el problema que solo era algo electrico.

Mike LaVella spent the better part of two days walking us through everything. He was great - knowledgeable, kind, patient, and an interesting guy! We ended up getting a pretty good deal on a Forester we really love.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, bought first car here with years of saving up money only for the car to break down a month later. Dealer refused to help me even though my car was still under warranty. Please save your money and go somewhere else
