I would like to give a great shout out to the excellent staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy Oakville. I’ve been receiving treatment at Lifemark for sometime for my Vestibular condition, back and shoulder injuries . From my very 1st appointment the front staff at reception ,Darla , Jeff & Sofia always welcome me with friendly and professional greeting with comforting smiles .I goto the clinic daily to use the clean and safe exercise room, Once a week I have my physio treatment with a wonderful therapist, Himani Tuteja. She’s very professional, knowledgeable and personable and still continues to help me with my recovery . Once a week I see Nancy Griffenham ,she’s one of the Registered Massage Therapist As she treats me with her massage , she explains her techniques and how they help me with my recovery. Nancy is a great person who shows that she cares for my health and well being .Truly a knowledgeable professional who will share a laugh with me as well. I’m fortunate to use the exercise room and equipment for my daily exercise with Gabby Gould , one of the happiest Kinesiologist that I’ve ever been around . She’s very knowledgeable and explanatory when I exercise. If I need they extra push or pull she’s there to help to do the exercises correctly another pro . Having injuries really suck ! But after all and continuing progress I’m really thankful for the great people here. I continue enjoying the treatment I’m receiving. Thank you P. S. I don’t look forward to healing LOL

I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had- from the time i booked my first appointment (super friendly receptionist) right through to the treatment of my condition. In addition to the physiotherapy with Nadia (who is lovely, knowledgable and professional), the team went the extra mile for me as they accommodated me taking my newborn baby with me (I don't have childcare) and in the event he was unsettled/crying while I was being treated, the team stepped in to ensure I could complete my session [shoutout to Janelle!]. Most importantly my condition was cured within the time frame expected - each stage of treatment explained simply with helpful exercises given each week. Thanks for the great experience, highly recommend this clinic. Kudos to management as you're doing something right for your staff to give clients such a positive experience.

Melanie Whittaker is the very best physiotherapist I've ever had, and due to a chronic back injury I've worked with over 11 physiotherapists since 1998. Her skill meant that I made a 100 % recovery from a high grade ankle sprain. My doctor told me not to expect more than a 50% recovery. Melanie is personable and very professional. She is knowledgable about injuries and their mechanisms and knows how to encourage an excellent recovery. I really felt we were a team. Her massage skills are without equal. Her knowledge of anatomy is exhaustive. It was always a pleasure to meet with Melanie. I should mention that Olivia and Kathleen were very helpful with the ultrasound, T.E.N.S. machine and with exercises. Olivia is engaging and very competent.

I have been so thankful for the excellent care and treatments that I have received over several years from Christine at Lifemark on the Lakeshore in Oakville, Ontario. I am a senior who has been treated for knee replacements and arthritic degenerative disc disease etc. The care and treatment I have received has always taken into consideration not only my condition, but been modified for my very specific needs. I highly recommend this Lifemark!! Their team are very friendly and interactive . The office staff are absolutely great, very friendly efficient and helpful. During the Pandemic, the staff have gone over and above to adhere to all the necessary restrictions and cleansing procedures. I feel safe!

Everyone at Lifemark Physio Oakville was so welcoming starting with the friendly receptionist to the physiotherapist and other staff who provided assistance. I came to Lifemark to get help for vertigo and Melanie worked on my neck tension over the course of a few months. She was so helpful and compassionate and really cared about my well-being. She also talked me through whatever she was doing to make me more comfortable. The reception staff was always flexible and so accommodating anytime I needed to change an appointment or if I was going to be late. My vertigo has gotten significantly better since my treatment sessions and I would definitely recommend Lifemark to anybody for their great service!

Mr. Bennett Ho is the best occupational therapist I have been under the care of. He is professional, perceptive and has a wealth of knowledge. Bennett was instrumental in my recovery on many levels including, but not limited to, advancing my challenges related to my mobility, cognition, confidence, and my return to work. Bennett listened to my health history and perceptively recommended mobility aids that were very helpful. Cognitive tests results and recommended exercises were well explained. Return to work concerns were resolved with discussion and role play. As a result, my confidence and ability to cope has greatly improved. Thank you, Bennett, for your excellent care and professionalism.

I would highly recommend Lifemark Lakeshore! I have been going to the physiotherapist (Christine)with various injuries over the past few years with great success. She is very professional, friendly and gets the job done. Lauren ( the kinesiologist) is very patient and fantastic at making all those necessary exercises fun and easy to replicate at home. It is a lovely atmosphere to rehabilitate in as the staff all work as a team so you get excellent care from the moment you walk in the door to when you leave.

My family and I were involved in a an accident a bit ago and I can see why this is an preferred medical treatment facility for the insurance company. The front desk team Darla and Lisa are the absolute best and most accommodating. They make things so much easier. I have only had an experience with the chiropractor Lucas and the message therapist Nancy and their personality and professionalism make the difference. Even after my treatment, I will continue to use their services.

So this is a physiotherapists I can wholeheartedly recommend. The staff are just fantastic, take the time to not only treat you well but make you feel better. I have moved further away, but will be making the extra journey to keep up with my treatment here. Given they treat me the most often, I know Celeste and Lauren are a great team but know that everyone from Reception to the hands on team here gives their all to give the best support and help they can.

I have been going to this clinic for years. Between sports injuries and car accident care they have always been great! Hours that fit my schedule. Many physiotherapists who have specialties in multiple modalities and well as several different exercises and machines to help strengthen and relieve pain. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Lifemark Lakeshore to family and friends who may need it. I am happy that I found this clinic!

I have visited the clinic several times over the years to treat various injuries and the staff here have always been awesome! Christine is absolutely amazing, as well as Kathleen and Lauren, but really, all the staff are incredibly down-to-earth and welcoming. My husband recently needed physio for his forearm. Due to COVID, all appointments were via their secure, online platform. Christine was outstanding - able to diagnose the problem immediately and provided a very detailed plan for recovery, and followed up with all of the details, including exercises, via email. Very well organized. Platform was easy to use. Could not recommend Lifemark Lakeshore more highly!

I had a chiropractic appointment with Maria and it was exceptional. She did some preliminary soft tissue work to help evaluate the area. She made me feel comfortable and explained what was going on with my injury in a way that I could understand. Christine is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and listens carefully to her clients to figure out the best approach. In my experience, the physiotherapists were knowledgeable and caring and the kinesiologists were patient and friendly. I felt like I was in capable hands during the time that I was a patient. Good selection of equipment in the gym and a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended.

I had the luck of being treated by Dr. Lucas Rizzo in Mississauga. His knowledge, know-how and friendless are second to none. As a former successful athlete, I've been treated by many, but none dedicated and exacting in his diagnosis and treatment. He's definitely the one to ask for!!
