Firstly, I had worst experiences with this post service. Mailers do not care at all about delivering registered mail to the recipients door, always put a receipt in the mailbox saying "the delivery was unsuccessful please go to this post office to take your mail/package on the next day". As the support staff from LP (Lietuvos Paštas) explained, mailers do not want to bother themselves with climbing stairs and delivering packages/mail to peoples' doors. They seem to be really unprofessional. Furthermore, there are times when they will not notify you that you got the registered package AT ALL. Usually they MUST inform the reciever via sms or a reciept in the mailbox that they have your package, but this unprofessional aproach to work may indeed lead to such instances, where one would wait for a notification from LP that the package has arrived to Lithuania for 2 months and in the end find out that the package one was waiting for was sent back to the sender because the package was sitting in post office for 1 month. Lastly, my recommendation is to avoid LP services and use other mail company services, because LP indeed has an unprofessional approach to their work.

Very cold attitude... As I’m a stamps collector, everywhere I go, I try to buy beautiful stamps. And I alway got kind helps. (I even spent 300 euros on buying foreign stamps on the trip!) I always find the pictures of the stamps that I want before I go. And when I showed her my pictures, she didn’t even bother to look carefully at them just said “NO NO NO” and seems like she understands English but refused to speak to me with a language that we both can communicate. Anyway, when I asked “Then, do you have beautiful stamps?” She showed me the whole pages of the stamp book, and I found there was one in the picture I showed her, but she told me there wasn’t any of it...

To run away from! I've been living in Vilnius for a few months and every time I've been there the two women who work there are obnoxious. I went there just to buy stamps and envelopes and every time they understand that I don't speak Lithuanian they are disrespectful, agressive and treat me like a piece of dirt (while one of them seems to understand basic English...)

Worst post office I’ve ever visited! Wanted to buy stamps for a post card to the UK. They treated me like I was stupid for not knowing how many I needed. How am I supposed to know, they’re supposed to be the experts!! Bought 2 and keeping my fingers crossed crossed it gets to its destination.

I went 5mins before closing time, knowing exactly which size box I wanted to buy and wanting to send one postcard. The 2 women started yelling at me, 3 mins! Close!! No!! And forced me out… I tried to tell them I only need a minute but no… very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful !!

Vos atsidarius paštui 10 ryto jau eilė, du langeliai viso, dirba vienas, sėdi kažkokia kaip iš filmuko kur lėtai dirba, patalpa maža, stovi asocialūs ir gadina orą, tragedija, nežinau kodėl mano siutna nuėjo nebe į totorių g,bet čia aš sugrįžt nebenorėčiau

Neneša registruotų pašto siuntų namo, nors siuntos paprasti registruoti laiškai, daug nesveria. Atneša tik lapelį, kad atėjo siunta ir reikia atsiimti pašte. Eini kitą darbo diena į pašto skyrių, o skyriuje jos dar nėra.

It's strange to see so many negative reviews about this post office. I visited it several times and I can say that very friendly and helpful people work there. The staff speaks Lithuanian, Russian and English.

Na tikrai nepaslaptis, kad kaip senamiescio centriniam pastui ir darbo laikas trumpas ir aptarnavimo kokybe nera ipatinga. Deja ir Uzupyje uzdarytas poskyris, ir apskritai nekokia situacija su sita imone.

Eilės kaip visada kosminės, dirba vienas langelis, nori susigalvoja savaitę dirba paštas tik iki 14val. O ponia Božena dirbanti čia apie 20 metų, taip ir likusi Tarybų Lietuvoj su savo požiūriu

Palinkėsiu tik padaryti išvadas iš atsiliepimų ir įvertinimų. Darbuotojoms - šiek tiek žmogiškumo. O šiaip - laiškai prapuola, darbuotojos atsisako padėti ir piktos varo lauk..

Uzsidaro kada tik jie nori. Tempiau 10kg deze is namu, kad nusisiusti. Ateinu, o jie uzsidare 2 valandom anksciau... Taip sakant, nuejau su deze pasivaiksciot

Absoliuciai nera pagarbos klientui, kalbama pakeltu tonu, klientas tuscioje vietoje, atrodo, kad greiciau tik atsikratyti nori.. berods vardas Danguole buvo.

Hinreichend zentral gelegenes aber nicht überlaufenes Postamt. Die Dame am Schalter war freundlich und sprach gutes Englisch.

Labai blogas paštas. Dirba iki 17:30 ir visada chaosas. Rekomenduociau kita lietuvos pašta, jeigu butu galima pasikeisti.

Tragedija kas per darbuotoja dirba dabar 12:08 sąskaitos pas ją apmokėt negalima. Balsą kelia. Nu ir aptarnavimas!!!!
