Lawrence Allen Centre is a bustling community shopping center nestled at the intersection of the Allen Expressway and Lawrence Avenue West in Toronto. Boasting a diverse selection of over 80 shops and services, this conveniently located mall has become a go-to destination for residents and visitors alike. One of its prime attractions is its proximity to the Lawrence West Subway station, making it incredibly accessible via TTC. Among the anchor stores and shops that grace the premises, you'll find household names like Canadian Tire, Tim Hortons, Marshall's, PetSmart, HomeSense, Fortino's, and Fit For Less. This impressive array of options ensures that shoppers can find everything they need in one place, from home essentials to fitness facilities. The recent remodeling of Lawrence Allen Centre has breathed new life into the mall. The food court, in particular, stands out with its expansive seating area, providing ample space for shoppers to relax and refuel. However, while the seating area is inviting, some patrons may find the food options somewhat limited in variety and quality. Overall, Lawrence Allen Centre has transformed into a vibrant and modern shopping destination, offering a wide range of conveniences for the community. Its strategic location, convenient access via public transportation, and diverse array of stores make it a valuable asset for residents of Toronto. With ongoing improvements, it continues to evolve, promising even better shopping experiences in the future.

I was quite surprised how bright and spacious this plaza is. I stopped by about ten years ago, and it wasn’t anything to write home about! I wanted to see if the “Structube” at this location had better inventory, and shop at Dollarama, Canadian Tire, and HomeSense. The aisles are very wide, so plenty of room for social distancing! There is also a food court, but we arrived early, and it wasn’t open. Each time I drove by, the parking lot looked like a zoo, but since we arrived right at 10 am, there were plenty of parking spots! There is also a Tim Horton’s and Service Canada. Cute little plaza if you’re in the area.

Another fantastic RioCan property, these guys really get it. The Lawrence Allen Centre is a bright star in a dismal world, this shopping centre has plenty of stores to choose from with many affordable options and luxury brands as well. I much prefer this mall to Yorkdale because there is no snooty attitude or any holier than thou energy in this place it is an all around great vibe. The mall is bright and clean and the fixtures are all in working order. Plenty of parking with a TTC subway stop located conveniently near by. Come down to the Lawrence Allen Centre and have yourself a grand old time.

Some malls have an excellent food court, other malls have a huge offering of premium brands. Lawrence Allen Centre located next to the Lawrence West subway station is neither…. it instead offers a well balanced and very affordable mix of businesses. Groceries at Fortinos. Pet supplies at PetSmart. Hardware supplies at Canadian Tire. Cheap stuff at Dollarama. Plus Marshall’s, Home Sense, and even a Toys R’ Us Express! This mall has a little of everything and is accessible (price wise) to a much bigger audience. I hope it stays that way for a very long time!

Have shopped here before never had a problem until recently when i spent more time shopping In the mall (3hrs so they say) Only to get a parking ticket of $50 for spending money at the mall. They say that their parking is free but it’s only if you park for less than three hours so don’t shop too long because you’ll get a nice fine at the end of it. Will never be shopping at the small again as it is ridiculous that I’m already spending money in the mall only to have to pay a ticket for parking in their parking lot. Would not recommend shopping here

A pretty nice indoor mall right at the Lawrence Ave exit. It is the opposite of it's northern neighbour Yorkdale Mall. It is more for the essential goods and service. Having said that it does have a few things over Yorkdale. Mainly it has a Service Canada office here and a Fit4less gym. In terms of dining options, they have a small food court that is more of the local brand. Fairly tasty and reasonably priced. Overall, it's nice and clean place to drop by for an hour or 2 to get errands done and getting bite to eat.

I went to the HomeSense in search of a secret Santa gift but couldn't find one. I had visited both the Marshall's and the HomeSense but for the life of me couldn't find anything. It is not a very busy or crowded mall and its clean. Not a lot of people just hanging out. I found that out because the security approached me while I was taking pictures and notified me that picture taking is against mall policy. He approached me in a calm respectable manner so I took no offense.

This place used to be called Lawrence Square Mall. But now I see they've changed that and also had some renovations done. This mall does not have anything interesting. There are two floors for retail and the rest of the floors are for offices. The food court is small and nothing looks appetizing. I'd say even with the renovations, this mall needs a major lift and better retail stores.

This mall is getting a makeover as I write this review, it's being transformed into a boutique mall, new businesses are moving in, clean and organised..many stores of convenience here, Winners, Home Sense, Structube, Canadian tire, Full food Court, FORTONO'S to name a few and lots of parking, accessible from Lawrence west subway station..Check it out!! Mar 2023..Renovation completed!!

Now that the Galleria is gone, Lawrence Allen Centre maintains its title as the ghetto mall of Toronto's west side. The McDonald's even closed! Shows you how bad a property can be when it can't support a McDonald's. They can try to rebrand it as many times as they want but it'll always be Lawrence Square to me. Heck, I remember when it was the Simpsons warehouse eons ago!

Best Booster juice ever Amee always makes a good smoothie All booster juice stores have the same recipe but its the love and passion that this woman has to keep her business afloat during these times that make all the difference Love what you make and it will love you back Im here everyday Please get a larger size options hahahah

The WiFi was terrible. I was trying to log onto a meeting on my computer. There were a bunch of low lifes making tons of noise. It was so bad that the zoom meeting had to be cancelled. It was an unclean mall with a lot of strange people in it. They should work to get higher quality ciuentelle

  • Kriz Melendez

Nice cozy little mall, you can find a little bit of everything here, has a gym a fortinos grocery just to name a few the parking at the back is always available. And now that we are getting close to Christmas santas coming to the mall for pictures and they have a mall Christmas tree.

A sweet woman invited me to meet her at this location for a coffee date! It turned into a lunch date after she wore me out shopping! All in all it was a pleasant place to be, me! Just a big old softy when it comes to what women really want, "Just another man they trust."

  • nick knickle

Revisted the mall after 2 years. They did a good job renovating this mall. Has a good food court. Has petsmart for your pets. Has a gym. Has employment centers. Bathrooms are really clean. Canadian tire is okay. Fortinos is great. Overall this mall is worth checking out

  • Discovery Win

This mall Is pretty alright. I think It's In a good area around some Homes to give more Variety. I really like the Detail. It has a Fortinos which makes easy Grocery shopping especially near Homes. And It has multiple entrances so It's easy to go Head In And Head Out.

What a great mall. Upgrades done just prior to Pandemic. Food court is very nice and clean as washrooms. Security staff onsite which is good. Parking everywhere. Wide variety of stores and services. Fortinos has a great food court of their own.

  • Vandana Arora

A shopping mall for basic needs with shops like Canadian Tire, Fortinos for groceries, Marshalls, Homesense, Bluenotes, Specsavers, salon, nail spa, and Dollarama to name a few prominent ones. All in all a good place for a quick shopping trip.

  • Ana Mendoza

I love this mall. The food court is so nice clean. The only thing I don't like is the baby changing area/ breastfeeding section is not clean, there's so many small flies, no hand soap, no proper place for the diaper bin.

  • Sophia L

In this Mall there are NO laws. Young people come in with scooters and hit you with it. I've also seen pitbulls without a muzzle and security doesn't say anything. By the way, he escalators are always broken.

  • G Cruz

Mall is fine no doubt. Had security and all. But the security is not really doing rounds. Hiding in one of the service provider? Or I might be wrong maybe only looking after that store? 2 guards.

  • Leafsfanforever

Home Sense and Marshall's are both very good. Nice selection of items. Fortinos is the place for fresh produce.Large Dollarama on second floor.New Toys R Us just opened on the second floor.

  • leyla rajabi

It is a small kind of mall but you can find useful stuff from clothing to kitchen stuff. The visit is always short but I like it. If you are not looking for fancy stuff, that’s the place.

  • frank molino

Hasn't been the same since the pandemic quite a few place closed and are gone ie. Macdonalds, India fast food place and housewares store, and a store which sold back packs luggage etc

  • chirag parekh

It's a Dino Park located at the end of Lawrence Allen Centre in the Parking lot - an excellent place for kids to have endless fun and entertainment. They have a variety of dinosaurs.

  • Aron Cherishw

I stopped by about ten years ago, and it wasn’t anything to write home about! I wanted to see if the “Structube” at this location had better inventory, and shop at Dollarama

  • Kaywana Dennis (Kerry)

Great location for almost everything, Tim Hortons, Service Canada, lawyer office, food court, job agency, gym, clothing stores, multiple lottery locations, etc.

  • Denisse Islas

It has Fortinos, the best supermarket ever in Toronto, besides dollarama, Marshalls, what more can I ask for. Super located the metro station a few steps away.

  • FAHAD MOHAMMED

I have been here many times, people barely come to this mall or its just huge enough for people to disappear in its shops. Nice and calm time for shopping.

  • Patrick Williams

Great location, close to the major arterial roads Allen, the 401 and Dufferin. Opposite the Lawrence Subway Station and just south of the Yorkdale Mall.

  • Jamal Lee

You can't sit anywhere inside the mall, but some stores/restaurants are still open. You can also get some nice photos of the sky in the parking lot.

  • Serafin Schardt

Good as ever but Metro store closed due to union staff strike and they do deserve better wages to not just survive but live decently. Hope they win.

  • Atchaya Panneerselvam

I am going 5 solely for food court and it’s spaciousness. Apart from that, everything is okay. Comparatively clean environment and an open space.

  • Wesley Kanyanga

A number of amenities and services for human kind. Attractive, clean and spacious as well. I used the lavatories, whoosh! They were super clean

  • Magali Rodriguez

Good parking lot, they have Canadian Tire, Fortinos, Tim Hortons, Dollarama, Blue Note, Pet Store, Nails Salon, Food Court, and much more

  • Melissa Ap

Love this mall. The only thing missing is a Shoppers store! Great food at fortinos. Lovely salad bar and sushi place! Staff is amazing!

  • Eugene William Pruski

Usually stop in for the prepared food before work. Food is always great and the people that work behind the counter are very friendly.

  • Raymond C

Actually there are quite good stores like Marshall, Canadian Tires there, but other than that few other shops for browsing./shopping.

  • Jason Rodney

There is one or two employees at Canadian Tire that tried their best to help. If it wasn’t for them, this place would be a one star.

  • Barbie B

Nice selection of shops and more. It also has a new food court. Lots of parking too and easy access from the transit. Bus or train.

  • Edgardo Reyes

Food court has a lot of stores. Huge dining area. It also has fortinos , Canadian tire dollarama, and many more. Free parking.

  • Mortgage Information Hub

I was there Thursday around 8pm. The mall was very quiet and surely new and clean. Lots of stores were already closed

Ghostly and haunting, a shell of itself and a reflection of a bygone era. Great Chinese food though
