They use barely any soap in there automatic washer. It hurts to see the spinning brushes just slapping the dirt on the paint with hardly any soap to lubricate the contact. Car wash? More like Scratch wash. This place will destroy your paint, little by little. You will have Micro swirls and scratches all over. Lowsy car wash. Barely any soap used by there spinning brushes. This place will destroy your paint. How can you expect to wash off the dirt without scratching the paint if there is no soap? I used to bring my car to this place. I'm Done going to this place. I usually get a car wash more then once a week, in and out. Spend over $100 a month at this place and im fed up. Doors pannels and centre console are never wiped down, side of the seats are never vacumed. Last time i removed my cup holder and ashtray(not used), and a little removable tray so they would clean them and vacuum under them because they had accumulated dirt, even though i get my car washed regularly by them ( atleast once a week). Instead of cleaning them they put them on the floor and just left them dirty, and didnt clean, vacuum or wipe either the removable components or the consoles where they fit in. The Windows had all kinds of lint and streaks on them. I Pull out of their drying bay into the sun and, BAM window streaks right infront of the windshield. Had to pull into the parking spot to clean it myself, literally after paying $30 for some clowns to smear dirt on my windows. I've been looking at the same water marks from rainwater on my passenger console panel for more then 4 washes now. I only see them from the passnger side so i always forget to tell them to wipe it. The door trays and window buttons and trims are dirty and dusty even though i pay for a car wash every week, X 20 plus weeks since ive had my new car, dont think they have wiped it once it the last 4 months. Save your money and paint and go somewhere else. Go to Marco Polo, they care about your car, and you can tell the employees are car lovers. Or you can go to a gas station, atleast it won't gradually scratch away at your paint.

Not worth the money. Console still had dirt on it. Was astonished by the speed at which the interior was done. Paid $19.50 for inside and outside wash and was clearly dissappointed. Plastic on the outside still had dirt everywhere. The rubber mat was washed but other than that, everything was dirty. They got new machines but the guys working there do rush to get over to the next car. Well, we get what we pay for... Definitely not sending any of my friends there. I'll keep washing my car in my garage at home. Those who say they did a great job cleaning your car must obviously not have a great level of expectation when it comes to cleanliness. Good luck to the regular and future clients. In the hope that the way they do things there change. Btw they indeed leave the driver door open to let you know the car is ready to go in case you are not paying attention.

Horrible experiences since new owner!!! I used to go here on a regular basis and loved the work, the staff and everything else. I went back and there was a new owner and they did not only a horrible job but scratched a plastic cover on my 2017. I went back the same day to complain and the owner who is Asian refused to speak to me in English or French and proceeded to write his name in a language I couldn’t understand when I asked his name. I was finally able to get them to clean the parts of the car they didn’t do properly the first time but they would take no responsibility for the scratches. I went back today for lack of another option since they open earlier and I was told I was barred from the car wash. WOW! Don’t go here there are 2 other car washes on Airlie that do a great job. Marco Polo and another by De La Veranderie. Merry Xmas!!

They broke my review mirror when cleaning the inside of my car. And instead of admitting and owning up to it, they said that there was already broken and previously adhesive on my mirror to make it stay that way... Meanwhile I found the missing broken piece on my dashboard. My car is new, and if that was the case then my mirror would have broke my now from all the other times my car got an interior clean or just from simply adjusting my mirror to drive... I'm more upset at the fact that they decided not to own up to it than the actually mirror being broken and that's why I give them this rating. I will not be going back.

Avoid this car wash at all cost. My truck was not clean after the wash and i spent about 30$. They did not return one of my carpet in the back. When i came back for it , they all denied and even said to me there was no carpet there. I explained them that the carpet can only be bought by set because its from the dealer but they didn’t care and denied. You are really better off going to a handwash carwash . There big machine miss alot of spots and did not clean my truck properly. It was a total waste of time and money

There machine ripped my roofrack then when i came to speak to the owner he was acting like he didnt speak french or english. 1 part of the roof rack went flying the other stayed on. The damage to the piece that went flying arent reparable. The owner didnt offer me to pay for it or even pay for my wash. This claim is under assurance hands unfortunately now. Dishonest owner with no intention of making it right and filthy mechanical machines. Dont ever go there.

Waste of money! They are all about getting rid of you as fast as possible, they're all about quantity not quality: one car after the other go go. AFTER 15min of waiting my car got some water'n detergent poured on and a vague blow of vacuum, that was it. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE PRICE, PAY A BUCK MORE ELSEWHERE AND GET YOUR CAR WELL CLEANED AS IT SHOULD!

WoW cleaning worth your each dollar you put in that place, they do the job soooo good your car will shine and clean more than what you expected , hard working employees and not sure if the Chinese gentlemen on the cash there he is the owner but ne is so nice and kind , will repeat using the service on that location cause it’s worth what you pay for.

I decided to give this place another chance since it's always busy. And AGAIN this is terribly executed. Not only did they not vaccuum the entire back area of my car last time, this time it's dirty water used to clean the Mats and so many parts are left uncleaned, not even wiped down....almost 30$ for a job poorly done.

Been going here for many years ! But lately they are not doing a great job cleaning the interior of the car , example vacuum and clean dash board and it cost me $35.00 ‍♂️ Have to redo inside myself again . Will only get outside washed next time if I go back …

This is great value overall. They do a great job at moving things along so you are not waiting forever. The overall in/out wash is not perfect, but definitely good enough to satisfy most people. Highly recommended.

BEWARE!!!! Not impressed my car still dirty, but that's far from the worst....once I got home noticed the DAMAGE ON MY CAR rear spoiler cracked and scratches on one side and I know they weren't there before BEWARE

If your looking a for fast clean its good but don’t expect the cleanest car, i had to go vaccum and clean it again. Good price for what it is, i would take it through two times for the spots they missed.

I would say 50/50 chance you will be happy or disappointed. The last time I got my car wash they did a great job but there has been times previously where they could of done better.

A friend of mine got there today and came out with a scratch on its door.. Not a small one an enormous one. And they denied it all along. Don't trust them. Don't risk your car.

First and Last. My 2 mags Scratched(deep) on the left side because of their old system. 2 guys are using street brooms to clean exterior + rude cashier(not the Chinese one).

You have to check your vehicle before leaving. They don't wash it like it was there own. Didn't even vacuum the back deck. And the outside is still dirty

They didn't clean my dash very well. Dust was still on my monitor and other areas. My back bumper had dirt on it. They could have wiped it clean.

Only 9$ for a basic exterior car wash. The bigger the car, the more expensive it is. Their washing is very thorough and the service was friendly

They do a really good job washing the outside body of the car and on the inside not so well.

Not so good, they clean only superficially. The painel and other visible place is full dust.
